Lived at the ECV, YES they are worth the money!! The mattresses there are the same as any other dorm or apartment - it’s those navy ones that I like to call glorified gym mats. I got a 3 inch gel-infused memory foam topper off Amazon and slept like a baby all 4 years of college on it, you gotta invest! Yes they’re expensive but they last and I even sold mine recently for like $40 on FB marketplace.

I did this with a yoga mat under it Olee Sleep Tri-Folding Memory Foam Topper, 4'' H, Blue https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0742B6F1H/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glt_fabc_QZC71F15EVPAYAKG8S26?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1
It fits perfectly on the 60 part of the 60/40 split and also fits in the trunk folded perfectly if you need to use the back seat for people
If you're not looking for that exact thing, here is a well-reviewed portable mattress: https://www.amazon.com/Olee-Sleep-Topper-Tri-Folding-Memory/dp/B075S5JTGW/ref=sr\_1\_6?dchild=1&keywords=portable+memory+foam+mattress&qid=1622348016&sr=8-6
My friend who slept in his Prius for weeks, swears by this pad - I may try it out. Olee Sleep Tri-Folding Memory Foam Topper, 4'' H, Blue https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0742B6F1H/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glt_i_HEJNB02KNR04ETME48BR
This is very similar to my setup. Here is how mine differed:
your rear has two large drawers that are three feet deep. The drawer slides have been rated at 300 lbs so I do not need external support. I placed a lid of sorts over the drawer to work as a work platform when the drawers are out.
I have not had any passengers in years, and I have other vehicles if I need to transport people. So I outright removed the seats. They take up a massive amount of space. My instillation was more or less permanent. I have access to the seat storage from the top as the platform is hinged. One side is a very large open space I use for recovery rope and other larger items, and the other side has a cross partition so I fit smaller items neatly. I also use the floorboards in that area for large items, ie powered cooler/refrigerator, backpack packs, etc.
I’m 6’3” so sleeping diagonal works for me, but I’m going to look at a two door passenger seat so it folds all the way forward instead of just barely upright. That should give me a foot or so of room.
This is an amazing mattress I recommend to everyone super comfy and tiny. Feels like a standard mattress.

I’m looking at this for the colder camping (I live in Alaska)

I honestly enjoyed the mattress as much as my bed at home. It's this one off Amazon https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01INZBCJG/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_JSGUzb0GYEEBC
Just had to open it up and let it air out a day or two to fully expand and you're good to go.
I got a cheap one from amazon. I cannot vouch for the uncc one but the one I got is very nice and gives you great sleep.
It's interesting that no one is really suggesting a nap. I always need a short nap after lunch. Is it possible to eat lunch faster (maybe bring a pre-made lunch to work), work out a spot to nap, set your timer, and a take a nap? I'm guessing there's not a great place to do it at work, but I'd just be upfront about it with my boss. The bottom line is that you'd get more work done with the short nap.
I literally use this badboy from amazon at work: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B075S5JTGW/ref=cm_sw_em_r_mt_dp_U_CNPeDb97W18Z0
Folding mattress on Amazon $69. I use it and it’s more comfortable than my old bed. I use an Olee 4” thick one for months. Don’t listen to this other bullshit these cats don’t know what they’re talking about- you don’t want a stupid twin size mattress clogging up your car.
Here’s what I use:
I got this one
I didn't do too much research aside from reading product reviews and feeling like 3-inches was a safer bet over 2-inch
I think some retain more heat over others so that's something to be mindful of
Something akin to this. They come in a width narrower than a twin, and that opened up some space for me in my van setup, plus the folding makes it easy to move out of the way. I have not missed the extra bed space, but I sleep pretty straight and don't move a ton
So it seem you do Yoni and lingam as pro service. in my case i do it for free and for fun only. i went with this and i will see if it works out

I dont know about knock-off, but I've used this Amazon mattress for over a year (300+ sleeps) and I love it and it doesn't hurt my back or anything. Highly highly recommend.
I started with one and it was great. Eventually added a second that I cut to fill out the rest of the space. If I have a passenger or need the extra space i'll throw the cut up mattress in the trunk and leave the single.

Here's my setup with two
There are various softness levels, I got the softest one:

I actually just bought another one for a bed at a vacation home.
I've been super pleased with this setup as it lets me carry 5 passengers, takes 2 minutes to set up, and can sleep one or two. I keep two fitted sheets in my car, a twin for the single mattress pad and a queen for the two put together.
This is the mattress pad. I bought two and cut the passenger side to fit. Couldn't be happier! There have been many occasions where staying at a friend's place where I brought in my mattress because it's more comfortable than a couch.
We used a 4" foam mattress topper in our Acadia. They have them in twin size, which should fit the area you have. They fold up in three sections. You can cut them with a bread knife, though some people use an electric knife.

Not a proper mattress, but you can get tri-fold memory foam 4 inch topper from Amazon for $60 which is a cheaper alternative to even Ikea mattresses. I've napped on these before and I think it beats sleeping on a blanket. https://www.amazon.com/Best-Price-Mattress-Trifold-Topper/dp/B077BLTB1K/ref=sr_1_5?crid=395CDVRM5QN1V&keywords=small%2Bmattress&qid=1650074120&sprefix=small%2Bmattress%2Caps%2C127&sr=8-5&th=1

I bought this one 4 years ago and am still using it. I do fold my extra blankets under it for storage and a comfort bonus. It's not terrible, but I am moving up to a 6" memory foam mattress in my newest build.
I use two of these, cut to fit the car a little more exact. Super happy with it https://www.amazon.com/Olee-Sleep-Tri-Folding-Memory-Topper/dp/B0742B6F1H?pd_rd_w=4qYJO&pf_rd_p=85da05e5-c593-4314-b5c1-e397081af052&pf_rd_r=ZYS90R4B1SR894JV0BWM&pd_rd_r=7588671e-d412-4b39-aa4b-5b54df6154cb&pd_rd_wg=jLCvs&pd_rd...
I got a two inch soft latex topper with the cover from sleep on latex's Amazon store. Great pricing, prime shipping, well reviewed everywhere. It's Dunlop latex at 20 ILD.

Olee Sleep Tri-Folding Memory Foam Topper, 4", Gray, Single size
This is the one I have. Fits perfectly with the seats down, and is a million times more comfortable than an air mattress
On a road trip I got something like this: https://www.amazon.com/Olee-Sleep-Topper-Tri-Folding-Memory/dp/B075S5JTGW
Fold the passenger seat all the way forward. It lays almost flat. I thought it worked pretty well for me.
I've been sleeping on this tri-fold mattress in my MY full time for a few months and I swear by it. You can buy one and put 2/3 seats down or you can buy two and cut it to fit the entire back of the car.
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0742B6F1H/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glt_fabc_X9WQXCHPKVK67JJWRTB9?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1 . If you don’t want to deal with the stress of cutting then this is the best way to go! Trust me it was stressful cutting
I use a compressible 3” mattress topper for my clamshell RTT. It barely closes, but it does close. It’s a revolutionary difference and now it’s like sleeping on a cloud!
Like an air mattress? That sounds good too! I can't sleep on those though, terrible for my back :p but that's just my body having a unique back.
By the way for anyone wondering, this is the one I bought! https://www.amazon.com/Best-Choice-Products-Portable-High-Density/dp/B01INZBBZQ/
How did you like the inflatable? It hurt my back and i moved to this tri-fold mattress which I think is as comfortable as a bed. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0742B6F1H/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o07_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
I bought this one; cheap and effective.
URL split because I'm not sure the Sub's rules:

But here is what I've learned about cold and foam— most memory foams get hard as a rock at frozen temperatures. I need to use a 12v electric blanket to keep my pad and my pillow soft enough to be comfortable. Enough blankets and body heat should work, but I toss and turn, so I can't rely on blankets keeping the entire pad warm.
This mattress is presently my top choice so far for reference
I was looking at mattress toppers a while ago when I had a very firm cotton futon mattress in my car. They were ridiculously expensive.
For a little more you can get something like this.
