They’re kinda like sports socks or soccer socks. They stop right below the knee. Amazon has tons.
Knee high, yes. These are the ones I have:

Amazon has lots! You need to look for compression socks that list the compression range. Usually for POTS they’ll recommend 30-40mmhg.
These are my favorite socks (i tried tons): https://smile.amazon.com/dp/B01CYI94ES/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glt_fabc_BXWH3BXRDC1KDR855H9A?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1
And these are my favorite longer stockings but they don’t work as well as the socks: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B001D06BZE?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share
In my experience knee high and thigh high work about just as well. Get the knee high ones. You’ll need firm or extra firm compression but they’re sort of hard to put on. Mine are 30-40mmhg which is what is used for POTS.

As for electrolytes, a lot of people like vitassium but personally I prefer to drink pedialyte, it works better for me. Hi-lyte electrolyte concentrate also is my other go to. It’s the most cost effective one I’ve found.
These calf compression sleeves helped me a lot: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00E6GRGQ0/ref=oh_aui_search_detailpage?ie=UTF8&psc=1
Regular stretching also helped, as others have stated. The one that seems to help me the most is sitting on my butt touching my toes. Legs straight with feet together, pull tows towards you and hold, and push toes away and hold. I do that with my toes together, toes apart with heels together (make a V), and toes together with heals apart.
I hate shin splints, and lived with them for too long. Now that I do this, I only have issues if I forget to wear the compression sleeves or don't take my time breaking in new basketball shoes.
At 28 weeks, my dad and I took a last minute father-daughter trip to Texas, and our flights were slightly under 3 hours each way. Just make sure to bring a re-fillable water bottle (US, so no liquids over 6oz past security; just fill up your water bottle at one of the many foot joints post-security or at a water fountain) and grab a pair of compression socks off of Amazon (these are the ones I bought) to try and ward off the swelling. Also, be up and moving at least 1x/hour if not more if you can - we had turbulence so we weren't technically supposed to get out of our seats, but I just stood at my seat if the air attendants were up and about and walked in place.
Also - with some airlines you can get priority boarding if you are pregnant (aka sit towards the front of the plane if you're a nervous flyer/near the bathroom!) Check your carrier's website to see if they have guidance for pregnant flyers - Southwest was awesome for me!
My favorite is compressionZ.
I don't know why these make my feet feel so much better, but they do.
You can pick them up off amazon. Compression stockings are guaged by mmHG and 15-20 is very low compression, 20-30 is moderate (it's what feels best to me) and then 30+ is usually what is prescribed for serious lymphedema patients or post op and you need a special tool to get those SOBs on.
Personally, I like mine with an open toe to let the heat out and then I just wear socks over them.
I've gotten a few pairs from Truform (open toe, which that link isn't) and with care they can go pretty long before needing replacing.
I took my measurements and took to Amazon! A lot of them are nude or black with lace at the top.
EDIT: Here are some links to my favorites /u/satumaatango , and congratulations on your big day!!

I'm currently taking Thermotabs, and they're pretty helpful but it's a bit of a pain to take so many throughout the day. I have also started taking Fludrocortisone 0.1 mg twice daily (I've been taking it once daily). The Fludrocortisone once daily has helped, so I hope that taking twice the dosage will help even more. I'm taking Thermotabs only because I wasn't able to get my hands on some salt tablets that I've been taking for months that REALLY help; (http://www.vitalitymedical.com/sodium-chloride-tablets.html?gclid=CI6msrrx1MgCFdgcgQodXZcJNA). They're 1 gram tablets, and they're a bit bigger and make a more significant difference than the Thermotabs, so I would recommend the salt tablets more overall. However, the Thermotabs are more easily found (at Walgreens and Wood's). The sodium chloride tablets I added a link of can be purchased online and are honestly quite worth it. You can take half the amount of pills than you would with the Thermotab ones.
Also, have you tried wearing compression stockings? It's not the most fun thing to wear, but there are some really fashionable ones that a friend helped me find (http://www.amazon.com/dp/B00CPO48F2/ref=wl_it_dp_o_pC_nS_ttl?_encoding=UTF8&colid=39B0JUJ5J2W2Y&coliid=I34YAJ6KXG3CHT&psc=1). There are around 75 different colors and patterns of them, but this is only one place to find them. Since it's becoming cooler, these will not be too hot or bothersome and may help. I wear them as much as possible, and I really do see a difference.
Hope this helps :)!
Non-mobile: I got these ones from Amazon.
