It's mentioned elsewhere in the comments this is what the kids were playing with. Can you imagine? They were in SUCH peril!
Fun fact; Go Girl is also a non-phallo-looking STP device (stand-to-pee device) which is able to help people with typical female parts to pee while standing. : )
The good news is this is a TENS machine that they made cute and pink. You can get them over the counter a lot of places or on Amazon for under $50.

I just bought a desk cycle via Amazon for $150. Essentially it's just resistant pedals that sit on the floor. Probably one of the smarter purchases I've made in a long time and perfect for a small space, keeping it out of the way.
Edit: For those asking, this is what I picked up ... https://www.amazon.com/DeskCycle-Exercise-Pedal-Exerciser-White/dp/B00B1VDNQA?ie=UTF8&ref_=cm_cr_arp_d_product_top
I have one of those female urinary devices that is shaped like a funnel so I can pee standing up. I use it for outside music festivals with narsty blue portapotties, camping and whenever I want to write my name in the snow. As most people know, us wimmins mostly sit to pee. I was 28 years into peeing sitting down when I suddenly had to learn how to pee while standing. When you sit, there’s no thinking involved, gravity just does it’s thing and pee just falls out, easy! Peeing while standing though, your body just doesn’t want to do it, your brain says “holy shit don’t even try, you’ll just pee all over yourself!!” and no pee will happen. You actually have to sort of clench the upper muscles in your legs and, like, force the pee out. It’s the weirdest thing I’ve ever had to learn as an adult. My husband actually had to teach me how to do it, telling me which muscles to use and what foot placement makes the peeing easier...I always thought guys had it so easy and it took me a few weeks of practice before I didn’t have to concentrate on peeing to make pee happen. I still think it’s more convenient to get to pee wherever I want but the actual act of doing it isn’t easy at all. Get the foot placement wrong or arch your back the wrong way and you will still pee on your own shoe, the toilet seat and it will probably get on your leg too.
As a female who camps with three boys, I'll say that my GoGirl has revolutionized camping and hiking for me. No more long schleps to disgusting port-o-potties, no squatting in bushes. My kids call it my "pee funnel" and laugh hysterically every time I use it, but I'm telling you, in the middle of a cold night it is a lifesaver. (Pro tip - practice at home MANY times before trying it outside.) In a similar vein, I have a designated "shower bag" with all my shower necessities (including flip-flops and a microfiber towel). As much as I love the outdoors, I also love feeling clean.
We car camp, so I also bring my Kindle, a packable pillow, and slippers. Plus cocoa and a French press for coffee. I can tolerate any discomfort if there's coffee.
I have that same scale(or least one that looks exactly like it)! It works pretty well.
only $20. Not bad.
Ginger, teleport, vignette, play timed sessions and stop BEFORE you feel “funny” and do this every day, get a tms kit on amazon and run it below your palm while you play : amazon, use the natural locomotion app on steam, take breaks, ginger tea, Benadryl
Try getting a RENPHO scale from Amazon. You’ve probably gotten to the point where you’re gaining muscle and losing fat at the same time so the scale isn’t changing much. You might still be improving but the scale # has stalled or gone up because of this.
The scale tells you your body fat%, muscle mass, body water and a ton more useful stuff.
That way you’re not relying solely on one obligatory # but a breakdown of your makeup and as a result, real progress. Hope this helps.

I would very much recommend getting the light houses mounted on the wall or using this Support System. I found the tripods wobble the tiniest bit as you walk around and if you are sensitive this can be really nauseating. The supports I linked don't leave any marks and are much more stable. Plus they give you a little extra room compared to the tripods.
Edit: You will need these to mount the base stations on the support beams if you use them Clamps.
Don’t waste your money! You can literally buy a TENS unit for $30 on Amazon instead of wasting over $100 on the “cute” version livia is marketing up the wazoo commercially preying on women in pain!
This is the tens I have and it’s great: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00NCRE4GO/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_mUfcAbGPT84CF
Love it very much, just recently purchased it. Very accurate, consistent, and simple to use.
Congrats! And normal pillows aren't typically meant to be sat on. You could look into something like this: https://www.amazon.com/Everlasting-Comfort-Cushion-Designed-Tailbone/dp/B01EBDV9BU/
I would definitely get one. I have an office job and I have to sit for multiple hours a day. I have had this cushion for about two years and it’s still holding up. I would also suggest getting up to walk around a little every hour or get a standing desk.

I regularly use a TENS for other issues I have.
Talked to my OB and she was onboard for me using it during pregnancy and labor if I desired.
I got one through my insurance - it was astronomical and didn't feel as good as the "medical grade" TENS units they use at a PT facility.
I returned that one (it was like 400$ - absurd), and tried a few different ones.
I bought this one from Amazon - it is amazing and does an excellent job for much cheaper(30$)! Weee! I also bought these pads as replacement.
But seriously - it is far, far better than the one I received through prescription and it is the third one I tried off of Amazon (after learning about it from others with my genetic disorder). Highly recommended!
Not sure if you have ever used one before - but definitely make sure you understand how to put the pads on correctly before you use it!

I got this one off Amazon. I'm up walking 3-5 miles a day for work, and it's helped a ton. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0113WE0QS/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_glt_fabc_JCRTWCAHJMJCWGQ6B6CN?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1
You can get these neat under the desk "bicycles" like this one.
This could get your heart rate up and burn some energy discreetly.
It's the app that came with my scale. I think this is the scale that I bought. It's been really great!
I recently bought a portable TENS unit from Amazon for $27 - it's been an amazing purchase so far and really helps with my bone and joint issues.
Here's a link if you want to give it a try: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00O7CM12W/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_RmOFxbHST306X
TENs machine is a crap-shoot, sometimes it helps, others not so much. There is a decent TENs unit on Amazon for <$30
I finished a Prednisone course last week, and I am just this moment having to use it again, the back pain is flaring up. I have several discs that are 'obliterated', complicated by diabetic neuropathy and DDS.
I got this one from Amazon and I’ve been loving it!!

I love (yes, love! 😄) my Renpho body fat smart scale from Amazon. It has an app where it shows many stats like BMI, body fat, muscle mass, protein, body water. It syncs with Noom and Apple Health, as well as other health apps. When my weight ticks up a little, it’s nice to see that it is often due to an increase in muscle. I first got it when I did keto about 4 years ago, so I can compare my progress with Noom as the data and graphs are still in the app. https://www.amazon.com/RENPHO-Bluetooth-Bathroom-Composition-Smartphone/dp/B01N1UX8RW/ref=sr_1_5?crid=3NJF77KEZJOK2&dchild=1&keywords=renpho+scale&qid=1626899128&sprefix=Renpho%2Caps%2C239&sr=8-5
I use a TENS for my back mostly and some for pelvic pain. I was able to get one covered through insurance (I went to physical therapy and they ordered it). But they said if insurance didn’t wanna cover it then this one would have been a good choice and under $30.
As far as helping with pain relief- it helps a little. For me, It kinda changed my focus from the pain to the electrical pads and helps me relax my tense muscles.
About 40lbs (262-->223) all from working the dock (I like moving full pallets/gaylords around) and eating a bit healthier. For my gender/height, obese is 211+ and overweight is 179-210. Since March, I've been picking up VET just about every week and typically work 44-48 hours since then.

When I first started in October, I'd treat myself to ice cream or McDonald's/Wendys after each shift. In early December, I had lost only about 3-4lbs and thought to myself that as much exercise as I'm getting at work (peak was just getting under way), I should be loosing a lot more. Got this scale ($25; 180k positive reviews) that syncs with an app on my phone to keep track of weight lost and started eating healthier. Not that I was ever eating very unhealthy, just more salads and keeping rough track of calories. I'm not the type to stick to a strict diet. A big motivator is the fact I'd never exercise much outside of work, so I want to loose as much as I can while working my present position.

It uses bluetooth rather than wifi to sync to the renpho app and then that app dumps the data into the Fitbit app. Not sure if that's gonna do everything you need it to, but it works for me.
