I bought this last winter and my wife is still mad at me about it
Yep, I started wearing shirt stays about two years ago and have worn them every day since. No more tucking my shirt back in 1,000 times a day! These are what I have: https://www.amazon.com/Worlds-Shirt-Stays-Stay-Plus/dp/B00PYKPB3M/ref=sr_1_5_mimg_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1522944633&sr=8-5&keywords=shirt+stays
I'm not sure what part of the human experience I'm forfeiting by trying to keep my shirt tucked in while moving.
If yall don't go out and get some shirt stays and stop looking tacky everytime yall stand up.
This is an old trick. I did it on my old shirts. Better solution are the stirrup shirt stays that clamp up top with a metal spike. Used them for years and they’ve never come loose. Not once.
Similar to mine without the spike:

It's the gay illuminati injecting their homosexuality into our think sponges! But you can stop it with this stylish hat.
^ +1 for the Halo II Headband. It fits well under a helmet and does a great job at keeping sweat away from your eyes. I take mine off during breaks in the action and it dries very quickly. I don't ride without it.
i bought one of these on a recommendation here, but haven't got to use it due to injury. but anyway, that's what's come up before in discussion.
I wear these: https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B07H25M7WF/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1
Didn't like the halo band I tried (anything tight on my head gives me a headache, hats, etc.). They're super light and thin and I don't get sweat in my eyes while riding.
I've been really happy with the Halo II headband. It's very thin so it fits under the helmet easily and has this rubbery bit to direct sweat away from my eyes.

I'm super cheap, so I buy these. They work great and so far, they hold up to repeated cycles in the washing machine.
I’m using the Yoga/Exercise headbands. They’re awesome and keep the sweat out of my eyes. I don’t like the sweat caps because they’re too warm for me.
Best for me are the small Keychain suspension clips Clip Hooked to the pocket it holds the knife nicely in place and does not distract while using the knife.
I don't have a big wallet, I bought this slim wallet from Amazon for $10 absolutely love it.
I stuck with the ones that loop around your foot after the ones that are supposed to clip to your socks kept popping off randomly
I don't know how much they cost at a PX or whatever. Might want to try an Army/Navy store or something.
Shirt stays are your friend. They serve the dual purpose of keeping your socks up and your shirt down.
Or if you wear shorts or whatever (or you're a little freaky, no judgement) you could go the thigh garter route.
Shirt stays if needed. Really, though, a belt and properly fitting pants and shirt should keep it tucked in.
I don't have a specific brand recommendation, but I much prefer the stirrup style ones like this.
You could split up your keys on a suspension clip https://www.amazon.com/TEC-Accessories-P-7-Keychain-Suspension/dp/B00L75GRX6/ref=sr_1_2?dchild=1&keywords=suspension+clip&qid=1618790375&sr=8-2
Man that certainly dropped in price, I think I paid over $25 for that thing. There are other substitutes, though I wasn't aware of them before deciding to pull the trigger on it.
I just wear a tight, neutral sports bra. High-cut racerback works best. If it has pads, I take those out. (I actually don't bind at all; that's what I wear basically 24 hours a day.) I'm relatively flat-chested to begin with, though.
For pants, I like men's sweatpants from Target. They make me feel comfy and nicely gender-neutral. In the summer, I do embrace the booty shorts lifestyle. I've noticed that a lot of men wear compression shorts under more flowy-type basketball-ish shorts; that could be a good option if tight-fitting shorts don't feel right for you!
I wear a lot of band shirts (if they aren't already tank tops, I cut out the sleeves, because I guess I'm living up to the dudebro stereotype these days). They're more "me", and they're usually unisex cuts. I've found that works better for me than women's athleticwear, which gives me awful dysphoria.
Here's a weird tip that may or may not apply: I started to feel really good when I started wearing headbands. I'm growing my buzzcut out now that I'm more comfortable with my gender, and wide headbands like these contain my horrible shag-mullet-thing without causing dysphoria. They also contain the buckets of sweat I shed, so they're very practical!
I think you'll just have to experiment to see what's right for you! Good luck!!
I use these headbands from Amazon: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07H25M7WF/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o03_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
They help with sweat and with comfort. A+ I recommend them for any VR user, the difference is extremely noticeable.
Here’s the one I have.

haha, thanks! it's just from amazon. Initially got them to exercise in but they've served me well past that
lol I don't actually carry all of them around with me. I tend to carry 3-6 depending on what I'm doing and if I'm meeting spend on new ones.

Looks super weird with your pants off, you will look like a million bucks dressed.
That's what I do. Around 5 years ago I really cut down the amount of things I carry in my wallet to just the necessities and it's allowed me to only carry around something like this.
Fits easily in the front pocket with my keys and I don't have sit on my wallet anymore.
What you need is a suspension clip.

I'm sure you can find cheaper options, that was just found with a 2 minute Google search.
