I know you said you're not into leather, but I can't recommend the wallet I've been using for the last three years enough. I'm sure there's a fabric iteration out there. The leather feels a lot like that slick faux leather after years of daily conditioning, if that's tolerable for you.
I'm a woman, and my ex-boyfriend and I both have this wallet. I only have five cards in it right now, but my ex has somewhere around ten and some cash in his at all times. Neither of us have had any issues with longevity and each time I try to switch to a different style of wallet I always find myself drawn back to this one. Best of luck!
Distil Union Wally Micro - Premium Leather Minimalist Wallet
I personally really like the vaultskin wallet. The pull tab is fun to use and the whole wallet has held up for three years for me. In my experience, it can hold up to 9 cards and it's pretty affordable!
Sorry in advance,, I'm not sure how to link something on reddit. I have this one and it's pretty minimal and slim.

I like it and it's helped me really down size my wallet and purse. I can even carry it in my back pocket when need be.
I use something like this. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B083W7K3SJ/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&th=1
The pages can be taken out and rearranged. It also comes with organizing tabs. I sort it by active cards, debit cards, other cards (priority pass, global entry, loyalty cards) and inactive cards.
I bought a card organizer from Amazon. It holds quite a few cards, and the ability to flip through pages means I can usually find the one that I want quickly.
May I suggest the Travelambo minimalist wallet: https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B073D2J5ZS/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_image?ie=UTF8&psc=1
I hated tri-filding my money with the ridge type metal wallets and still wanted something leather. Despite the real cheap price it has held up really well.
I've had one like this (another brand that only sells leather so I found one for you that wasn't leather) and have really liked it. My wallet has remained slim and I find the extra pockets on both sides to be really handy. There are other companies that have the same design so you can shop around:
I got this thing...it's indestructable
If that's too "slim" for you, this is the wallet I had previously. Thinner, lighter, and tougher than leather... and I like the style of it more as well.
I used to cycle a wallet every year or two (tough on them). I have both of these still in perfect condition. I expect them to last the rest of my life.
I’m a big fan of minimalist wallets, I’ve tried a bunch over the years and landed on this one which is by far my favorite. It still looks great and going strong after 3+ years of abuse.

I’m assuming you’ve at least bought the competitors wallets to see how you can make yours stand out, so what makes yours special and worth 2x the price?
Chelsea by Vaultskin! Here's the link on Amazon, I used to use mighty wallets before this one. I like this better simply cause I can keep it in my front pocket. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01AYH43B0/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_gr8nDbEYKF3WZ
I finally broke down and got a wallet lanyard to stick all my side hustle cards in. Stuck a quarter in it too for just this situation.
There are way cheaper options available but I bought this one and like it a lot: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07MD7H4SF/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_akxoFbKCVMMBY

Do you have this one?
I have something similar as well, though it's a tight fit for 6-8 cards. More like 4 max. My extra cards sit in the purse station to swap in or out. It works well because they are store cards, so it makes me mindful that "I am going shopping." They sit along side my coupons. If I wind up in a store without such forethought, then that gives me pause and I will not buy anything, go home, cool off, think about it, come back with store cards and coupons.
I would love to get my husband a new wallet so let me know if that's the one you recommend. I bought him his last wallet, 10 years ago, nice leather slimline one... he overstuffed it anyway... but I could try with a gift of love, right? He has hinted he'd like a new wallet so ...
I've been pretty happy with this https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01IEEJX3S/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o02_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
It does take a while to break in, at 1st getting cards out was a pain in the ass.
I suggest something from the Wally Line from Distil Union (or something similar).
The Wally Micro would probably be your best bet due to it's extremely small size. You can fit plenty of cards and it takes up VERY little space because all the cards are stacked together, unlike a traditional wallet where each card gets its own pocket. They're still very easy to access though since you can fan them out easilly once you've pulled the tab.
I have used the larger Wally Bifold for the past year and it's been a delight. It may be a good option to hold all of your cards in the same wallet. I'm actually thinking about switching to the Wally Micro now since I've cut my card carrying down to just my Driver's License and Debit Card on a daily basis.
I realize both suggestions are leather and that's not preferred, but I hope this helps you narrow your search!
This is not related to 3d printing, or a knock in any way to this design - but just want to share my results for searching for the perfect front pocket wallet.
I probably bought on the order of 10 wallets trying to find something just right. I wanted something very thin, something that could hold the 8-9 cards, plus maybe a couple of bills folded up (I almost never carry cash).
I tried so many wallets because I kept having problems - cards would fall out, wallet too bulky, wallet too small to hold my cards, poor quality. In November 2014 I finally found this wallet: https://www.amazon.com/Flowfold-Minimalist-Pocket-Holder-Wallet/dp/B00DBBHCXI/ref=sr_1_3?ie=UTF8&qid=1490096458&sr=8-3&keywords=slim+wallet+sail
and it's been in my pocket ever since. Probably the cheapest of the wallets I bought and it has done me very well. Just thought I'd share.
I use this (amazon link). It will last forever. I've had mine for 4 or 5 years.
I use this one by AccessDenied. I can't comment on whether it's really BIFL, but for $15 it's done me well. Mine is now 2 years old and looks as it did the day it was new.

Yes, I've always been a front wallet guy and this one fit fine (though I don't wear skinny jeans, just well fitting ones). I now have one like this (couldn't find the exact one). I like the current one I have because it's much slimmer and I'm a huge fan of the open on 2 sides cash slot.
I love mine :)
