An actual sunsleeve would be better. Sunscreen breaks down after 2 hours of sunlight, that's why the bottle tells you to reapply. A big hat to protect your head and neck. I'm not worried about getting sunburned, skin cancer is no joke.
They look like arm warmers but are made from the same material as underarmor, there’s a vast selection of them on Amazon, they come in a lot of fun colors too https://www.amazon.com/dp/B073TVN384/ they’ll feel a little warm at first but once you sweat or get them wet any breeze will make them feel chilly.
Dips also hurt my elbow,
I don't have a popping sound "which would mean that your tendon is moving out of place during the mouvement" but I have my elbow that shocks me, sometimes I have to stop doing them because of the pain.
What I found aleviate the issue is putting an elbow brace : something like this "attention This one is very expensive in my opinion"
It will put pressure on the tendon therefore you'll have less risk of it popping out.
I also watched a few videos in which they advised to work the shoulders as it my be due to a bad alignement with the shoulder that the elbow tendon pops...
And some advice to warmup!
at the end everybody's different. But yeah, get yourself an elbow brace! it should help a lot!
If anyone is interested. I use these that I found on Amazon. They work great. I only buy them in white as they tend to be a bit cooler than other colors and also match with any outfit that I'm wearing. https://www.amazon.com/Protection-Cooling-Arm-Sleeves-Activities/dp/B073TW7CR1/ref=pd_bap_rp_2/141-5968752-5556816?_encoding=UTF8&pd_rd_i=B073TW7CR1&pd_rd_r=2679b68e-c102-4cab-a408-86d22f86398e&pd_rd_w=VcvhP&pd_rd_wg=M94Fz&pf_rd_p=3dad8606-079a-4e44-a2b6-9e295e1b470c&pf_rd_r=R3624DPQV1KXYKFN25AP&psc=1&refRID=R3624DPQV1KXYKFN25AP
When he is training in a short sleeve shirt, my son will just slip on some compression sleeves like these. That way he gets protection but it is cooler than an undershirt.
I don't think covering up tattoos is necessary (unless he's worried about the tats themselves), but if he insists on doing something I've been using UV Sun Sleeves and have been very happy with them. Based on the tan-lines I've been getting at my wrist the sun protection works and if there is any sort of breeze the "cooling" really does feel nice.
I don't have an Artisan pad yet (Zero coming allegedly in a few weeks once LethalGamingGear receives and ships the pre-orders). However, I've been using the Precision Zero that works well and you can turn it inside out for even a smoother less friction experience.
That said, there's still a little friction caused by any sleeve (since it's cloth-on-cloth) BUT what you gain is consistency vs. using your arm skin (subject to different oil and sweat levels) or varying cloth (e.g. wearing a hoodie one day, a long sleeve shirt the next day from different materials).
I bought them as more of a sunscreen (sun is very intense at this altitude!) but I'm sure they'd provide some warmth as well.

They are very stretchy and comfortable!
I have 2 of those jackets from the same company, with hoods. I live in a hot climate though so in the summer I use uv sleeves with my t shirt, similar to these (not the compression type though) https://smile.amazon.com/dp/B073TWJ7LL

I would recommend something like these sleeves on Amazon. These are used by cyclist to protect their arms from the sun and they are great because you can just take them off once you’re done using them and you don’t have to carry around an entire shirt. They are also very cool in and are good in hot locations supposedly.

Literally anything will do, as long as it decreases the friction between your wrist and the mousepad. I sweat a lot during sessions, so it really helped me. Honestly, you could just make one out of a sock lol.

I have UV sleeves that I got on amazon. They’re usually about $8 or $9 and they go all the way up to my shoulders. Just looks like you’re wearing a tight undershirt.
I like mine! from Zensah. It keeps my arm cool too. I did realize though that I was using my arm too much for the force, which has to instead come from your core, legs and the whole body. So I improved on that front too
I wash my hands a lot during the day, and I dislike the greasy feeling on my hands/arms so I wear sunsleeves/gloves on those areas when I'm outside(these are the ones i use). If you are wearing sunscreen on your hands and wash them, yes you need to reapply every time.
