Thank u! It is my go to hat for pretty much anything outdoors. Here is the link to that exact hat:

If you want a hat of a similar shape, I can’t tell the actual material of this hat but it looks like it might be leather? The hat I personally can recommend is a harvested wild Kangaroo leather hat. They are foldable and crushable, you can put them in a bag and then when you pop them open and shake them out they go right back into shape. I love mine and wear it daily for K9 Search and Rescue work in the very hot western state in the US where I live. You can also water proof them with leather wax, and mine looks better than the day I bought it. It comes in different colors and styles but here’s the one I personally have:

I bought the Barmah because my husband loves his so much. I also wanted a cool looking but very durable and practical hat I didn’t have to care for, and I fold this one up to travel with it. I also customized the hat band by removing it and having my own attached, and putting a feather in it. Hope you find a great hat for your needs!
you can try this as a last resort.
A hat stretcher might work depending on the measurements.
You can buy a hat-stretcher on Amazon for a couple of bucks. I have a large nugget, so the 8’s I buy off the new era site don’t always quite fit. I set a small pot of water to boil on the stove, then when it’s rolling, I hold the hat over it for 20-30 seconds. Then I put the stretcher to it and let that bad boy chill somewhere for a day or two. The steam helps the fabric relax, making it easier to stretch.
That's what i use (or something similar). There's a pin on the side so you can have the bow side brim up. But really Any brimmed hat can get a permanent crease by weight or repeated folding. Heating in an oven and then allowing to cool may help with softening the leather and then allowing it to stay, but depends.
Just take a note that this MAY not be the exact thing as items go out of stock and are restocked with possibly similar but not exact items. Stocking stuff that isn't popular on amazon can get weird sometimes.
I looked and didn't have much luck either. And apparently on Amazon you can't filter for hat size. I did find THIS, though I wouldn't try it on a nicer hat to start with. And I'd think the closer your starting size to what you want it to end up, the better. While it's not exactly the same style as Stetson, Tilley makes hats in sizes 8+.
I bought this one for a trip to Costa Rica in May of this year, and used it during the sunnier moments at GovBall:

It does the job, and if the cord is too goobery for your tastes, I'm fairly sure you can remove it.
