Not sure if anyone else has wanted/needed a little more height on any of their cabs, but I just put my Pac-Man legacy cab on this and it’s a great improvement! It was easy to slap together, and it goes with the black riser. I wish I had done this sooner.

This is another option that seems to work well.
Get it and get this as well as a regular a1up riser:
Raises an a1up cabinet up another 4 or 5 inches use it on all mine
The issue is mostly for those 6ft and above.
However, using one of these raises the whole cabinet up by just about 5 inches and eliminates the perspective issue:
using casters w locks on all my tables/cabinets has been really helpful for me in this sense, including stands like thisfor the jointer
Mobile tool bases exist commercially that are made to mount floor standing tools on. They typically either have little feet that you put up and down, or wheels on one side so you tip the tool to move it. WEN makes one.
Top of your head to the top of the drill press sounds reasonable. Should put your eye level close to the level of the drill chuck. That's about where my drill press is mounted and I like it. If anything I'd move it a little lower, looking down at what you're drill helps align everything.
Low-profile dolly of some sort? I'm thinking a low COG like a table saw base would be heavy enough to provide some low-centered weight. https://www.amazon.com/WEN-MB500-500-Pound-Capacity-Universal/dp/B077QQSLLM/ref=asc_df_B077QQSLLM/?tag=hyprod-20&linkCode=df0&hvadid=343230804212&hvpos=&hvnetw=g&hvrand=8725437752668184405&hvpone=&hvptwo=&hvqmt=&...
Can vouch for the Bora mobile base kit, bought a few of them for my shop- jointer, planer, radial arm saw, and bandsaw. Just attached the wheel assemblies to 1" ply and its rock solid. When the casters are lowered it's still only like 1/4" off the ground, so while the bandsaw will be more top-heavy than the other tools, it never feels unstable or at risk of tipping.
All the best :)
Look at this under each of his a1ups in the background:

Raises the whole unit up securely by upto 4.75" & eliminates the sightline issues for most. A lot of us here use these on all my cabs. I have the same marquee for a custom Galaga cab I made using a pacman 40th and these risers are a must have: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08SKV5PVM/ref=cm_sw_r_apan_glt_i_7VVBQKTRHRJ8XR11SW87?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1
Cheapest option I've used gets it up about another 4.5 inches they're nice and barely noticeable
I can't speak to this cab specifically, but this small appliance solves a lot of common A1U issues. It's amazing what 4-5 extra inches can do for viewing angles and overall comfort. I have one for both of my cabs. Now I can comfortably see the screen, and no longer get backaches from extended play sessions. Just something to consider.
I got this base from Amazon. Just remember you don’t put your kiln directly on top of this. It should be the rolling base, then your kiln stand, then the kiln. Adjust the base so it fits as tightly around your kiln stand legs as possible
I'm sure I'm taking SOMETHING I've learned for granted, but the list is a good start.

And I love the Bora wheel base - Bora Portamate Mobile Base Kit PM-1100 - Heavy Duty, Universal, Customizable, Adjustable Rolling Set, Dolly Roller Frame and Casters for Moving Equipment, Tools, Machines - 400 lb Capacity https://www.amazon.com/dp/B06W5JJ2QN/ref=cm_sw_r_apan_glt_fabc_JTPJHNZTYM8BTVSKAEF5?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1
I currently have this base below on the sitdown it works pretty well for the screen steering/wheel section. The only caveat is that you have to get a little creative on blocking the pedals from going under the base.

NBA jam was one of the rare $500 versions along with pacman 40th - both having that awful(imo) led strip on the control panel along with the stool.
These new $600-$700 prices are ridiculous for what you get. Lumber has also steadily been coming back down over the last 6 weeks+ honestly
I don't care to sit because I use these which raise my a1up cabs by 5 inches and make them a lot more comfortable to stand as adults: https://www.amazon.com/Universal-Multi-Functional-Adjustable-Washing-Refrigerator/dp/B07SDQG31W/ref=asc_df_B07SDQG31W/?tag=hyprod-20&linkCode=df0&hvadid=366338096521&hvpos=&hvnetw=g&hvrand=14888951842086289343&hvpone=&h...
Barely noticeable especially in a dim arcade environment

I own both as well, agree about the more horizontal screen being visually blocked by the marque, but I solved it with a mini-fridge riser from Amazon.
I no longer feel the urge to Frankenstein/merge/mod the two MK cabinets together into one machine.
Look into wheels designed for shop tools tou can get the ones that can be raised/lowered so it's stable when not moving and you step in a pedal to make it mobile.
at least that's what I would do
Those castors my friend, are the Bora Portamate PM-1100 Universal Mobile Base Kit.
https://www.amazon.com/Portamate-PM-1100-Universal-Equipment-Stability/dp/B06W5JJ2QN
I wanted something beefy and low to the ground. The cast iron jointer weighs 80 pounds, it's very solid in all directions when you release the foot pedals.
I would be a lot more worried about it being permanently on wheels. To me that is way more dangerous than no riving knife. I have not had a riving knife or blade guard saw in 40 years of having table saws. I do have an assortment of push sticks that I use regularly.
All of my shop tools are on 4-wheel or 3-wheel mobile bases. I like the 4-wheel type better. One like this:
Always stand to the side of the material that you are trying to cut.
What he said the biggest baddest 10" table saw that you can find on Craigslist or afford new. Go belt drive not direct drive or flexible shaft drive.
Just be sure to get a mobile base for it. I like the 4 wheel kind here is a link from Amazon. I have both a 3 wheel and 4 wheel type. 4 wheel works better. In a 1 car garage you want to find a place to tuck it away and pull it out for ripping or cutting larger panels.
"Mobile Machine Base"
You'll have to check the weight requirements but the link below should be the type of thing you're looking for:
https://www.amazon.com/Adjustable-Mobile-Power-Tools-HTC-2000/dp/B00002262M/
No problem. It's a knockoff of the Shopfox base, picked it up on Amazon. First impressions are good, jury is still out on how long it will last. You can see a few areas where they cut corners, but so far they have not proved to be an issue.
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01H225M0Q/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
Make sure to check the shopfox base as well. When I picked this one up, the SF base was about 15-20 bucks more. Right now they're the same price.
I went with this base: https://www.amazon.com/Titan-Adjustable-Mobile-Capacity-Universal/dp/B01H225M0Q/ref=sr_1_1
It's ok, pretty much the same thing as the shopfox base. My shop is pretty large and I don't plan on moving it too much, so I wasn't super concerned with something overly robust.
I JUST put this one together for my laguna 14bx yesterday. Works really well. http://www.amazon.com/Adjustable-Mobile-Power-Tools-HTC-2000/dp/B00002262M/ref=sr_1_3?ie=UTF8&qid=1456788069&sr=8-3&keywords=mobile+base
I don't have any experience with the item you linked but I really like having two front wheels for support. Plus, the HTC one is adjustable and comes with all metal bars and such.
if you like those check this out, comes with bolt together material fo make a full frame. no need to cut wood to fit if you don't want (but i did laminate a base for my jointer)
I have this mobile base on my TS which makes moving it much, much easier
