I used this, and only used tape, scissors, and the materials that came with the kit. I used 2 of the 3 paper strips that were included, but there are refills (also on Amazon) if you need them.
I also downloaded a free piano app so I could test out some of the intervals before punching holes in the paper. I used the tape on the underside of the paper to cover the holes if I made any mistakes.
Guess you sell them on amazon too, huh? Maybe take a different picture of it instead of taking one off of Amazon.
They didn't make it, unless they are selling a bunch of them on amazon
Custom music boxes with the pin drums are incredibly expensive, sadly. Your best bet is the more affordable paper music box like this.
There are these office music boxes which I think are super cool. They play the theme song :)
The paper strip ones are the only ones I can find that you can customize without the price getting exorbitant.
A music box. Here's how you can build one

A cute little music box! Really love music boxes since you can't get the same effect with a piano. I'm also a producer and I'd love to use some of the notes in my songs
You can do this with a microcontroller, either with conductive, or probably less fiddly, optical sensors. However, you may have seen these already, but music boxes are ideal for punch-card style programming.
You can do some neat math/music concepts this way, including mobius music.
