Canelle et Vanille has by far been my favorite. There is also a dessert one Canelle et Vanille BAKES SIMPLE and it has the best gf baguette recipe IMO. Hope this helps!

I use a recipe from the Cannelle et Vanille cookbook (Cannelle et Vanille: Nourishing, Gluten-Free Recipes for Every Meal and Mood https://www.amazon.com/dp/1632172003/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glt_fabc_01J0H1WKR9Y4MGWAHWGE). It’s gluten free but I think it would be easy enough to convert it to a gluten-containing recipe.
Grilled meat Cured meat
Cheese Nuts
Grilled vegetables less root vegetables Roasted vegetables Steamed vegetables Cooked vegetables doused in butter
You get the point :)

I have this book and I really like it, even if I haven't tried the recipes yet ;) https://www.amazon.com/Damn-Fine-Cherry-Pie-Recipes/dp/0062495550
And yeah, there's a chapter "How to throw a party inspired by Twin Peaks" ;)
I like to forage for edible plants and mushrooms. Someday I'm going to make it to the west coast, so this book would be super cool to have.
