Law 52 (in my list) : Create your own kingdom
(Because no matter how hard you try, you will never have all your power playing someone else's game in some else's place).
This would have been rather obvious once upon a time, and civilization was built on this law, but the very fact it needs to be stated to a man is concerning.
Ok, no one's asking for a total disruption of modern civilization (it's kind of fucked up as it is), no one's telling you to be a poor team player either (cause no one can do everything in isolation), but a man must have an aspect of his life that he owns, in which he's king, and he pulls his load.
Modern society in that regard behaves like a cult - one defining feature of any destructive cult as per Steven Hassan (https://www.amazon.com/Combatting-Cult-Mind-Control-Best-selling/dp/0892813113/) - is that cults tend to reverse age fully functioning adults back into a childish state of dependency and validation (he calls it reverse aging, we know it as betaization) where they're enslaved to authority and can't think for themselves.
A man is meant to come full circle from a boy.
Start reading Combatting Cult Mind Control to learn more about how groups like the JWs manipulate their followers. It's a devastating organization and treacherous for the soul. Add in extra prayers and personal sacrifices for her. It's probably going to be a rough road.
If you read The Satanic Bible you quickly notice LaVey did indeed borrow a lot of his ideas from social darwinists and people like Ayn Rand. Which, after looking it up, is a major gripe the satanic temple (as opposed to church) has with him. And an understandable one.
LaVey was often going out of his way to be shocking, and more than anything he envisioned Satanism as a kind of nihilistic inversion of everything Christianity claims to preach. So if Christians claim you should be forgiving then Satanists claim you should treat people who hurt you with contempt, if Christianity says be charitable then Satanists say don't give anybody anything they don't deserve, etc etc.
Follow this attitude to its logical conclusion and you get a bunch of pseudo-authoritarian dickheads masquerading as libertarians. Which is one reason that, despite enjoying The Satanic Bible as a read, as an actual ethical system it's pretty fucking shallow. He makes some great points about religious hypocracy and the absurdity of treating normal human emotions as something dirty and evil. But that's really kind of it. It's one thing to criticize, if you can't come up with something better than who cares?
It's a damn sexy book though. Like, god damn, that cover...say what you will about LaVey that motherfucker had some style.
If you would like to know more about this, I would HIGHLY recommend this book:
https://www.amazon.com/Ancient-Giants-Who-Ruled-America/dp/1591431719
Well worth it to know more about the background, lots of research and a convincing argument about what was here before native Americans.
I don't think it's what qcumbers think it is, though.
1: Amazon or call your local bookstore to see if they have one in stock. My Barnes and Nobles only carries one at a time to prevent people from vandalizing it.
2: You can say Hail Satan to anything. I said it multiple times today, my wife and I say it when something cool happens or something works out in our favor. Essentially it is the vocal equivalent of "praise god", but since we don't believe in god or Satan and we praise ourselves, saying Hail Satan is like "yay me" or an affirmation.
As far as Lucifer, one of the titles for Satan, no we(LaVeyan) do not worship Lucifer. Luciferians on the other hand revere Lucifer as a liberator character but also a deity who they do not worship.
If you have more questions I would be glad to answer them through PM at any time. :)
The classic treatise on Cognitive Dissonance is When Prophecy Fails by Leon Festinger (the Psychologist who coined the term). It's a fascinating read. Festinger and a few of his students infiltrated a Chicago-based UFO cult in the 50s. They observed firsthand what happens in a religious group when presented with undeniable evidence that their beliefs are false.
If you want to understand the psychology of belief, this is an invaluable book.
From the Church of Satan FAQ:
Can I get a free copy of The Satanic Bible? Where can I download it?
>No, we don’t proselytize so we don’t send out free books or pamphlets as do other religions. The publisher of this book, HarperCollins/Avon, has not released an eBook version, so if you do find an electronic file of this book it is not authorized and is violating the copyright.
The book is for sale on Amazon and is inexpensive.
You can also buy it from satanme.com which has other books you can look into.
Golden Tarot is great for quick reference! I also cannot recommend enough: 78 Degrees of Wisdom by Rachel Pollack. It's based around this deck and it really helps you dive into the symbolism and really LOOK at the cards and help you glean how to make the cards' meanings and symbols meaningful to you.
Edit: a word
You might be jumping to conclusions here, even with a curse much of your life success or failure is due to your own effort, beliefs, and other factors.
If you still think it's a curse, do the master protection ritual from this book. If it's still a problem it's probably an internal factor that's affecting you.
Man, that's laziness. Typing your request literally takes more effort than going to Amazon and searching for "Satanic Bible". Not to mention you have to wait around for your request to be filled, IF it's filled.
In Chrome (assuming you're already an Amazon user, since you requested the link):
Click New Tab button or CTRL+T
Type "am" and Amazon.com pops up (because it was already in my browsing history)
Hit TAB and search for "Satanic Bible"
Hit Enter
****** Lo and behold, SEARCH RESULTS! ******
That was 17 key presses and a couple mouse clicks.
Edited for late night spelling
😂😂😂😂 man read The Ancient Giants who Ruled America, such a good book. Only focused on America but such good info. Smithsonian been covering this shit up since the beginning, might have even been founded to hide all this shit.
Hi it has someone's name next to it now but here is a link from Amazon...a lot of cheaper options for gently used books...I cleanse all books so im good.......Seventy-Eight Degrees of Wisdom: A Book of Tarot https://www.amazon.com/dp/1578634083/ref=cm_sw_r_u_apa_glt_fabc_QXS4ADCWB8CDZVDRZ0SX?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1
General protection:

Though for your case, having archangel tzaphkiel help you “establish emotional boundaries” specifically targeting this sleep disturbance seems it would likely be more effective.
Can work with Tzaphkiel here: https://www.amazon.com/Archangels-Magick-Rituals-Prosperity-Divination-ebook/dp/B078T8MWPY/ref=nodl_
You shouldn't consult anyone for black magic removal, you'll probably get scammed, I haven't seen anyone who's actually trustworthy on the internet with that stuff. Chances are, they'll take your money and you will be none the better for it.
From what you've said it may be likely that you or your family's been seriously cursed. The best way to stop this is to clear the energy in your house through banishing and create a field of general protection around you.

It should be pretty easy to completely solve all these problems yourself. Use the money that would be wasted on someone who claims to do black magic removal and buy this book. Use the sword banishing from it twice a day on your house and also do the master protection ritual from the book. If this doesn't clear up the curse, use the ritual to repel a curse from that book too.
The sword banishing will clear any negative energy in your house and in your energy field if you do it twice a day, this prevents the curse from doing any more damage. The master protection ritual should eliminate the curse completely and stop the bad luck and unfortunate occurrences. It will also make your life generally better and establish very powerful magickal protection around you.
Avon Books. This is the Amazon page. The Necronomicon https://www.amazon.com/dp/0380751925/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glc_fabc_HTaaGbBWTQ5GN
I actually secretly bought mine when I was a teen (so help me if my mother saw it xD) from the book store Borders back when it was still open
If you buy GoM's chaos magick you'll find chaos magick isn't really chaotic. It's really just "DIY Magick".
I'd say working with demons is where you'd need some added protection. (I've only worked with one but there's a different mental approach you need.)
If you're really worried about protection, start with protection magick!
https://www.amazon.com/Magickal-Protection-Against-Bullies-Violence-ebook/dp/B00UL9VFUO
There's also a lot of healing magick in Archangels (Raphael(I think?) in particular is a good archangel to work with, focuses on healing).
The authors of the GoM books say continually, just do the magick. Three weeks of thinking about doing magick is three weeks of transformation you've missed out on.
According to Amazon, it is exactly 0.7 inches thick and 272 pages long. It's a quick read, though; especially if you're reading it to gain an understanding rather than an intense study.
The Satanic Bible https://www.amazon.com/dp/0380015390/
If all it says is get a necronomicon, then get a necronomicon.
I did. Full of juicy horrors and gruesome details on how to summon them.
Best of luck
amazon (if your in the uk or ireland book depository also has it with free shipping)(https://www.amazon.com/Satanic-Bible-Anton-LaVey/dp/0380015390/ref=sr_1_1?crid=2LU557ZRDXXF2&dchild=1&keywords=the+satanic+bible&qid=1596050863&sprefix=the+satanic+%2Caps%2C133&sr=8-1
Hear me out here. I’m not trying to sell you on religion or a way of life, but The Satanic Bible is a pretty interesting read. There’s nothing to believe in and it only costs $10 on Amazon. How would your roommate react to seeing this in the house?
As a LaVeyan Satanist who had to go to Christian church every day during high school, sitting through a sermon isn't all that bad. You get a nice story and you get some free money when they pass around the plate. It would be pretty boring to do that for a whole weekend, though. If you accept the offer for bible study and show up with a copy of The Satanic Bible, they may leave you alone. You can get a copy of The Satanic Bible here if you don't have one.
I'm relatively new to magick so I hope that other more experienced practitioners will comment on this and correct me if I'm wrong.
If I were you, I would read Magickal Protection by Damon Brand and do the "cancel a curse or supernatural attack" spell.
I would recommend that you check out the concept of "Love Bombing" and how cults utilize this concept to manipulate and control their members.
I would also recommend you read Battling Mind Control by Steven Hassan to have a better understanding of the psychology of indoctrination and coercion.
Yeah, from my point of view, CE5 is basically calling ‘stuff’ to physical manifestation. I think it’s dangerous because you are mostly aiming for whatever to come and show itself.
What will come will be largely influenced by your internal state and expectations. So if you think a blood moon can be dangerous, even subconsciously, you increase the risk of getting something nasty.
Practice loving kindness meditation for a while first. When you think you are doing that well, try it.
But you should definitely also learn to banish and protect yourself if things go sideways. The most effective and simple stuff would be the Sword Banishing from the GoM: https://www.amazon.com/Magickal-Protection-Against-Bullies-Violence/dp/1508842787/
Overall, I think it’s much, much wiser and safer to call on specific entities in a classic occult context and methods, rather than doing the equivalent on standing on a street corner and shouting ’Who wants to be friend?’.
Also note that aiming directly for physical manifestation can be dangerous because it’s strongly ontologically shocking.
I agree here. The first step is consider common sense, rather than jump to the most magickal answer possible. I am sorry your partner was unfaithful, of course. Best to cut em loose and move on.
Now after the common sense part we move to the next consideration. Without out sounding to snooty (due to my Ceremonial/High Magick preference) I would consider a banishing ritual prior and post to what your doing. If, of course, you're not already doing that. It's always best to spend sometime cleaning your energy, aura, or how ever you would personally define it. Wiccans have grounding rituals and also use, or have variations of the LBRP. I would strongly look into that. I'll post a link.
Also consider Damon Brand's book Magickal Protection: Defend Against Curses, Gossip, Bullies, Thieves, Demonic Forces, Violence, Threats and Psychic Attack (The Gallery of Magick). You can find that here: Magickal Protection link
Your emotions during workings can be very important as well. When you journal note how your emotional state is and over time you can find out what your emotions can tell you about your magickal effectiveness. Even the weather can have an affect on how your ritual is going to work out. Some people do their best magick pissed off during a thunderstorm. Some do well happy on nice snowy day. You have to find those combinations.
Before your next spell maybe try some meditation as well. Control of the breath and mind can go along way to helping us "disconnect" with any harmful emotions that can mess a working up.
Best of luck to you!
Lesser Ritual of the Pentagram - LBRP Link
there are other books. Joseph P Farrell and Peter Levenda are the two authors that most come to mind when talking about this topic.
there is also the youtube channel "Forgotten Battlefields" by Tino Struckmann where he goes and searches for some of these research facilities. It goes in to a lot of detail, and it does seem like something was covered up by the US and the Soviets after the war. it's one hell of a rabbithole: The Last Nazi Secret
That was an interesting read (if a bit difficult with a hyperlink every third word in each sentence). I get the sense he really believes everything. Will be interesting to check back a few months from now and see how When Prophecy Fails is kicking in.
