Take a poke around at like "business" desks. Prices are kinda all over the place (Amazon marketplace sellers), but you can usually find some basic ones for ~$200 that are 60-70 inches wide and about 30 inches deep. Example
Bush Business Furniture (BBF) and Alera are two brands I have used. The material is like a really dense particle wood with a generally durable laminate surface. Basic but get the job done. I can take a pic of my setup later if needed.
Storage can be a bit hit or miss though (You can usually buy a matching hutch, tough may take a bit of work to find it), never really looked into white as a color either.
And, as others have said, IKEA.
I liked them as they have lot of ventilation holes. Both in the back on the shelves themselves. So you can keep the doors closed without worrying too much about components overheating. Techcraft has a lot of different models.
Look on their website. http://www.techcraft.net/
They have schematic diagrams with dimensions for most stands. So you can find something that will fit your components.
