Yer gonna need a bigger bowl.
I recommend something like this and spraying it lightly with olive oil using one of these.
I turned my pre-COVID hobby into a business as well. We're a signed-sealed-delivered licensed Cottage Foods business!
The one that worked best for me was a squirt bottle, not a pressurized pump:
Evo Oil Sprayer Bottle, Non-Aerosol for Olive Oil and Cooking Oils, 8-ounce Capacity, Set of 2
I use this cool technique for cleaning frying oil and get at least 3 or 4 uses out of it.

As for disposal, I bought some Japanese powder from Amazon that will gel your used oil into a more solid mass so you can pick it up and drop it in the trash. Haven't used it yet so not sure how well it works, but if it's as easy to use as I hope I'll probably always have some on hand.
You can get an oil aerosolizer that turns your oil into a spray and then spray the food directly before throwing it in. Some of the store bought cooking sprays can mess with the coat on the air fryer basket, so it's better to use actual oil like that. I got this one
Get thee a Misto! It does mist. If it every starts to come out as a stream, you just give it a bit of a soak in hot, soapy water, then flush it with hot water and let it air dry and it's right back to spraying a nice, fine mist of olive oil.
These are my MVP brushes. I can do anything with the number 6 brush as the point is so sharp. You get such a great selection of width and brush length. I don’t think you would be disappointed.

I got this one on amazon because the world was shut down at the time. It works good. It’s $10 US. I’ve been happy with it. :)
I got mine at Costco in a 2 pack. But they are "Misto" brand and you can get them on Amazon Misto Brushed Aluminum Olive Oil Sprayer https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00004SPZV/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_GCTZyb2QTBWYD
Here you go! :)

Quick edit: this is the one I have that I know is measured. There’s other bottles I’ve seen but I’m not sure if they’re measured
It's the extra additives in Pam - I use something like this and you can spray just olive oil - I do this all the time for foods in my air fryer.
I have a Misto Oil Sprayer and fill it with the oil I want (usually olive oil) and spray the pan. Harsh detergent will ruin the non-stick coating.

These things are pretty sweet. Made for oil but you really put any solution in there. Used last weekend with apple cuder vinegar water blend for beef rib plate. Works awesome for spraying a light coat of oil as well

I can’t live without the Misto. Unlike others I’ve tried, it actually vaporizes the oil similar to an aerosol. Misto Brushed Aluminum Oil Sprayer, Silver https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00004SPZV/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_514175C7BEP8784M7QHE
Here's a link for brushes i use a they are cheap ad pretty good in my opinion Good cheap brushes I'm not the best mini painter but I did find having brushes like this really helped
You should be aware that the propellant in cooking spray (and most spray cans, including hair spray) is butane, used as a fuel just like propane and natural gas.
I use https://www.amazon.com/Misto-Brushed-Aluminum-Oil-Sprayer/dp/B00004SPZV/ for oil spray. It isn't a trigger sprayer - you pump up the canister with air and then spray. It's all one set, easy to use. Mine is about 15 years old. Works great, no drips.
Not a fan of air fryers but you be you.
I have this thing called a Misto - you fill it with oil, pump the lid to pressurize it, and then it sprays the oil out in a fine mist, like a can of Pam, but without any extra weird ingredients. I use it for adding oil to my cast iron all the time. It's great for laying down a thin even layer of oil for cooking. Post cooking I usually just put a little olive oil on a paper towel and swipe the pan down, though the Misto would work just as well for that.
You can get the Misto on Amazon https://www.amazon.com/Misto-Brushed-Aluminum-Oil-Sprayer/dp/B00004SPZV (not an affiliate link or anything, I just really like mine).
I use this one. Not really a mist, now that I think about it, but it gets the job done.

If I have to pop a large quantity of corn for a party or something I use an air popper and then spray on the olive oil with a Misto (link below) before salting with popcorn salt. Easy, works great, and tastes perfect.

This, the easiest way to do is buy a can of non-stick spray. Works good in a pinch. Otherwise, buy a Misto and fill it with your oil of choice.

To add on to the above, this is what they do with crackers to get seasonings to adhere at well, since they are baked and don't have the inherent oil like a fried product.
If you have a gas burner woks or Dutch ovens are a step below deep fryer. Second recommendation is to use some of that powder that turns the oil into a gelatin like substance so you can just toss it in the trash.
Waste Cooking Oil Powder (pack of 6) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B088LWBK26/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glt_i_57WKMQW4ATACBHW96TX7?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1
No suggestions on the pans, but consider looking into a non-aerosol oil sprayer. Aerosols are not great, but I still need a way to mist oil for the air fryer and was gifted this one several years ago. I like it well enough, but have not looked into other options to see if there's something better today; https://www.amazon.com/Misto-Brushed-Aluminum-Oil-Sprayer/dp/B00004SPZV/
Aerosol spray oils will cause the coating to peel on your basket style air fryer. For that type of air fryer I suggest getting something like this. Or just brush oil on. Or like for wings or fries I just throw a tablespoon of oil in a bowl and toss.
Noo I got here too late to save you all! The correct answer is to use Japanese oil hardener. It's a flaky powder that you mix in with oil while it's still somewhat hot, and it'll solidify it all into a single sheet a hard jello. It then easily slides into the trash and leaves the pan behind almost entirely clean (just needs a light rinse). I'm surprised it hasn't made it here to the US, but you can get it on Amazon: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B088LWBK26/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apan_glt_fabc_QR5PNEJK6E8KZH6B5VEY?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1
you may have already gotten a similar comment but there are hundreds and i cant really search em all. but you can buy a spray bottle for canola oil
cheaper in the long run
I use this stuff from Japan: Waste Cooking Oil Powder (pack of 6) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B088LWBK26/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glt_fabc_YFA9CHAZ6BAMVRNTCXAJ
You stir it into the hot oil when you are finished cooking and then let it cool down completely. Leaves you with a solid oil block you can throw in the garbage
Use solidifying powder like this. It only costs a few bucks. You add the powder and ten minutes later you can scrape the whole solidified piece of oil into the garbage.
I think I have this sprayer, but its been a few years and at this point I'm pretty sure they're all the same thing with different names. Gets the job done, but sometimes comes out a little too focused for my liking
I got my in-laws a Misto which basically aerosolizes the oil. They love it. I think I paid like $20 in store, but online I'm seeing $34 for one and $16 for 2 so I'm not sure which are real. But eventually I'd like to try a Misto for myself
I got one of these and haven't looked back.
You'll get a grinder with the vape as many have said But found this one that's cheap and good from Amazon metal grinder
Just popping in to point out to never use canned aerosol oil /cooking spray in an air fryer, instapot, foodi, ect. It will absolutely destroy the nonstick lining. Instead, get a cooking oil mister off Amazon like this and fill it with olive oil.
