I can't help with advice, but on searching for self help books, I found a high star rating book on Kindle that's free right now. Just downloaded and reading tonight, figure someone else might find it useful too.

Look up “Marriage On A Tightrope” podcast and the associated Facebook group.
John Dehlin has a great podcast called “The Gift of the Mormon Faith Crises” that has some good tips for your situation.

Hey I saw your post. I'm starting a new publishing company and my first book is out. It talks about stress management. I will be giving it away for five days starting tomorrow 10/19/17. I will put the link at the end of this I hope it can help you out. The book has a chapter on sleep and sleep routine in it. One thing that can help you out if you are still wondering is to stay away from using any type of cell phone, computer or TV screen right before you go to sleep. This will keep you brain stimulated and it will be hard for you to sleep. If stress is causing you not to sleep you can try and focus on some simple breathing meditation where you only focus on your breath. Another way is to write down everything that is on your mind before you go to sleep. This allows you to kind of clear out your mind and the act of writing down allows you to relieve some of the stress. It is best to try and get yourself into a relaxed state of mind before you try and sleep, otherwise you will be laying in bed thinking of all the things that are stressing you out.
