This is my personal favorite. It is spicier than anything you would usually get in a grocery store and I think it has pretty decent flavor. I always doctor ramen with sauteed vegetables like mushrooms or scallions and almost always with an egg poached in the soup while its cooking.
CDN$137.02 for the one pictured
Cheaper ones available on Amazon.com for like $15-$25
especially if you put some Flavacol on it. it’s the secret ingredient all theaters use to make their popcorn taste better than microwave popcorn
The problem I've had with this method is getting the amount of water correct. If there's too little then it boils off before the pasta is done, too much and you have to overcook the pasta. I feel like I'm doing something wrong, because I've never seen this mentioned. Anyone have tips?
Also this recipe is kinda annoying since you have to keep evaporated milk on hand. My lazy mac and cheese of choice is to buy dehydrated cheddar powder and just make it like the kraft stuff.
Hence the creation of this lil' beauty.
Unless you have an all edge brownie pan?
edit: After reading the title again, my statement doesn't make sense. Still, check out that pan.
this opinion is popular enough that all "all corner" brownie pan has been invented. you might want to look into it

NongShim Shin Ramyun is my go to instant noodle, flavorful and delicious. Easily complemented with a fried/softboiled egg, simple greens and some fried spam. Each pack is $~0.87 each, much cheaper if you buy it from a local Asian market. I typically get mine for about $0.60/pack.
Did y'all know that making "movie theater popcorn" is actually dummy easy and pretty dummy cheap too
You just getcha popcorn, melt down some coconut oil, drizzle that on your popped corn, and then sift in some Flavacol, of which you only need very little, and viola!
Not to mention that using coconut oil is a must no matter what seasoning you're throwing on there. Gives you a nice element of sweetness and basically acts as an adhesive for all the seasonin' to stick to
I grew up with many types of noodles, and I highly recommend Mi Goreng noodles. They're super tasty and even delicious to eat without the broth (boil, dump water, mix packets in).

This shit right here.
I saw it in some random reddit thread a few months ago when I was drunk and people were raving about it and I was like "Well shit it's gotta be good right?" So I ordered a whole box and god damn were they right, I love the stuff.
It's cheap to order off Amazon and it's fucking amazing.
I recommend it 11/10, make sure you open the package take out the flavor packets and then crush it up a little first before you put it in the water though.
Theoretically shouldn't be too hard. Toss your pork rinds in a little butter for sticking power and then some Flavacol to coat.
Not OP and I don't use this specific one, but I get the cheddar cheese powder from the same brand on Amazon. They also have the mac mix!
I've spent far too much time on Reddit today (it's still my 'Saturday') and your post is by far the most important thing I've learned in my travels. Just purchased a box at Amazon.
I do not know your Chicago brands, but I do know my local Mennonites: powdered cheddar cheese. Obviously they do not source theirs, which I buy, through Amazon, but the stuff is great. There are times I do not want the smoothness of sodium citrate and instead up the cheesiness of a sauce with the powder, but mainly I make great popcorn and Tex-Mex-Chex mix. It also can be added to a bread dough without creating pockets of moisture that make hollows.
I found this cheddar powder on Amazon. Cheddar should be easy to find shippable to Canada.
Holy cow, I was expecing blue cheese to be harder to find, but the same company makes blue cheese powder too!
If you want legit movie theater flavor pop-corn, you’ve got to get a box of Flavacol. It’s the flavoring the theaters use. It’s legit:

There is also No-Salt where potassium replaces the sodium for people with high blood pressure, or others who need a low-sodium diet, but it seems like not a lot of people know about it despite hypertension being a big problem. Just because it never became a big deal doesn’t make it less necessary a product.

Get a thin layer of oil in your pot. turn the heat onto medium-high. throw in a few kernels. wait for the kernels to pop. add the rest of the kernels. put on the lid and leave it a bit ajar, pop until you hear pops ever couple seconds.
if you want movie theater popcorn flavor, use flavacol and add it to the kernels before they pop -- I usually just give it a thin dusting. many theaters use coconut oil for their fat but I find it way too coconut-y when I do it at home, I just use vegetable oil.
if you want other flavors like butter or salt or whatever, put the popped kernels into a bowl and then add the flavorings.
Have you tried using a Z-Pan, btw? They are AWESOME. Basically, it's a brownie pan with 2 ridges, making the inside look like the letter Z. Every piece is an edge and all have at least one crispy side! I love mine. :D Mine is no longer sold, but I've heard good things about this one. https://www.amazon.com/Bakers-Edge-Nonstick-Brownie-Pan/dp/B000MMK448
Okay... so why is a prescription required for 10meq of potassium, but I can just buy this from amazon? https://www.amazon.com/NoSalt-Sodium-Free-Salt-Alternative-11/dp/B000H185N6
If it's so dangerous, shouldn't I not be able to buy this online??? It's really confusing
>Don't worry about spritz. I never do it.
>
>But I definitely recommend a smoke tube. Pellet grills don't put off as much smoke as analog smokers. MUCH better bark creation.
>
>I also highly recommend the meat church overnight method.
>
>Basically start at 6-7pm the night before. 180F temp until you wake up in the morning and internal temp is 150-160.
>
>Wrap in paper, crank grill to 250F, and take off when internal is 203F. Let rest minimum 4 hours in room temp cooler.
>
>Insane. Will never do it another way
The only thing that I do different than this is to brush the paper in Beef Tallow and then wrap the brisket.... the whole thing will be super juicy and tender. https://www.amazon.com/South-Chicago-Packing-Paleo-friendly-Keto-friendly/dp/B0881XTCR3/ref=sr_1_2?crid=1XCNY2RSYITLE&dchild=1&keywords=beef+taloe&qid=1625071397&sprefix=beef+talo%2Caps%2C348&sr=8-2
well, you can buy or make it yourself.
Option 1 Make your Own: I use the trimmings of the brisket, place them in a foil pan at the beginning of the smoke and take them out when the fat is crispy but not burned. Let it cool down and will be creamy at time of wrap. Left overs can be saved for later/other uses. I go by Mad Scientist BBQ method.
Option 2 Buy: Almost every supermarket has beef tallow for sale I've seen and purchased from Kroger (I live in Texas) and have also seen it in Sprouts and Walmart.
Mad Scientist BBQ also recommends Wagyu Tallow and I did purchased one for $30 at Amazon
South Chicago Packing Wagyu Beef Tallow, 42 Ounces, Paleo-friendly, Keto-friendly, 100% Pure Wagyu https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0881XTCR3/ref=cm_sw_r_apan_glt_fabc_85WAK7VYKTAXJ6H3F3ZY
For today's cook I used the smoked Tallow from the trimmings.
I agree, my pizza is so much better than most (and I live in Chicago)
I just buy an lb. of Saf-Instant Yeast on Amazon
I have some of those old Fleischman 4 oz. jars that I saved and I divide it up and store in the fridge.
Amazon, Essential Depot. You can order from Essential Depot direct at
https://www.essentialdepot.com/
Or save on shipping if you have Prime
I've been getting my PG/VG from Essential Depot via Amazon for years.
At least unpopular enough that they created a pan to cook only edge pieces. I have to agree though, center pieces are by far the best.

Best I've found is ez-sweet, I think I've got all of them, Stevia, liquid Stevia, Splenda, truvia, swerve etc.. You can get it at Amazon. Convenient easy to use, tastes good.
EZ-Sweetz (2oz - Liquid Sweetener 800 Servings/Bottle) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B002MO765O/ref=cm_sw_r_other_apa_-4Fkyb8DJ0DW9
Here's the Amazon product page for the brownie pan..
$35 USD hrm
Maybe one brownie tray per person?
Edit: To make it fully legit the $13 spatula probably needs to be bought also
On amazon right now for under $1 a piece, OP may not have gotten the best deal: https://smile.amazon.com/NongShim-Ramyun-Noodle-Gourmet-Spicy/dp/B00778B90S/ref=sr_1_4_s_it?s=grocery&ie=UTF8&qid=1505088671&sr=1-4&keywords=shin%2Bramyun&th=1
