Some people use baseball/trading card binders, or photo/floppy disk organizers.

Alternatively, those 4/8 disc soft cases are super cheap and easy to find. Organize your collection into genre, alphabetical, most-used, whatever and split it up among multiple cases.
It’s the $7.99 one.
I have this adapter and it works well to line up the lens, but it’s still not as clear as I’d like.

As a stargazer myself, I'm skeptical this is anything but a high altitude plane or satellite. That being said, It would do you well to get a pair of binoculars to investigate more closely. A great, cheap way to get pictures of the night sky is getting a mount like this to attach your phone to your binoculars. https://www.amazon.com/Spotting-Smartphone-Telescope-Binocular-Monocular/dp/B01ASY1HZE/ref=sr_1_4?dchild=1&keywords=binocular+adapter+phone&qid=1604852697&sr=8-4
and then mount your binoculars on a tripod. If you take exposures longer than 3 seconds you will begin to see star trails. If there is anything else unusual in the sky it's movement will be traced in light. It could be a great way to get evidence of erratically moving objects as you describe. :)
sleeves were from amazon: Print File Preservers for 12 3.5x3.5-Inch Prints, Pack of 25 https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00DDTQFN6/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_kqoyCb44VKFE7
Holds 6 games perfectly, I'm using a 1.5inch binder which can for 5 full sleeves, went with that amount to avoid too much weight on the binder.
I got a binder full of them, one of the oldest I have is Traffic - Jan 14th 2001.
Cause I'm a film buff.
PrintFile - These keep them safe, but depends on the ticket size.
I believe I got it at a craft store but I found this link on Amazon.
Printfile 20 35mm Slides 10 Mil 25 Pack - Printfile 2X220HB25 https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00009R8ZZ/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_kyaCAbR7B444Q
I picked up one from a local Walmart. Generic cheap 2 ring binder.
And as for the manual size, there are different sized pages available. If the size difference is minimal, then they will likely fit in 5x7 pages like these.
PrintFile sleeves stored in archival binders.
Then it'll just become a value judgment for you if getting the 1 or 2 extra frames is worth having an incomplete row in your binder sleeves. For me, taking that 1 or 2 extra frames, makes me also have to question if i should throw it out or not.
These are what I have.
Whatever you do, don't start pushing single frames into a row, it'll be a PITA to get them out and you risk damaging them.
Anyways, just a thought... good luck !
Yo Joe, I've actually got a solution for this that is relatively cheap: Film negative sheets . I use this method to store my surplus storage of caps. I just simply staple one end closed and then line them up... it is a pain to get them out though.
If the SMD are on tapes you can use this:

Otherwise something like this for loose parts:

if you're re-rolling them after they're entirely dry, i wouldn't think that sticking would be a problem.
however, look into this instead
