It's a pill holder. Most likely waterproof. It usually has a small metal o-ring through that top hole that can attach to a keychain. It's for people who have medicine like nitro pills that they need to carry for emergencies.
Here is one on Amazon.
Side note: I use these on my keychains, but I keep folded money in there. For emergencies.
I highly recommend a small safe for your pills. Seriously. She *will* abuse them again.
Also, if your folks would be sympathetic, talk to them. Explain your sister is abusing your drugs. If they brush it off or do not take it seriously--don't buy it.
This is probably evidence that she has abused Adderall before and possibly other substances, too.
This is coming from someone who is pretty lenient in terms of recreational substance use. Stealing from family, and specific, stealing prescriptions they need to function is just all sorts of fucked up.
Some options for preventing misuse of your meds:
Two different combo lock bottles, and a small storage box (for weekly organizers and the original prescription bottle)
The priciest one is around $20.
Since I follow TSM (the Sinclaire method), though I was prescribed daily, I take it only before I know I'm going to drink (ideally an hour or two before, otherwise as soon as possible after). That's how I understand it is best effective. It doesn't decrease alcohol cravings by itself. It dulls the dopamine reward system when you take it in combination with drinking. Then that slowly (can takes months) but very effectively rewires your brain away from the addiction. It took years to get you here, it'll take time to get you back too. I had an alcohol-diary app for the first 6 months, and I noticed no change in alcohol consumed for approx 2 months, THEN it started to gradually decrease, along with my cravings.
Nal only lasts in your system a few hours so in my opinion it's fairly pointless to take it in the morning (for example) if you're going to be lashing into the cans in the evening. I don't take it regularly anymore since I don't drink daily anymore (thanks to nal). But I would always have them on me (I've a little pill holder on my keys with 2 or 3 in it), ready to take if I'm suddenly dragged for Friday afternoon beers or something.
It's not an alcohol specific drug. If you took it before your morning coffee and doing a bunch of coding, as I understand it you might begin slowly to find those activities less rewarding, hence the reason TSM has you target your dose. For me the coffee might be OK but I need to get my dopamine hit from work/coding, I gotta earn a living after-all.
Anyway I'm no biochemist or anything (just an engineer who's done some reading) so what I'm about to say isn't gospel: I do not think daily untargeted dosing is the optimum way to take this drug. They're not antibiotics and shouldn't be taken as such. If you happen to drink daily, and take it before you drink then it will have some effect, but you can get much more bang for your buck with TSM.
I keep a keychain pill holder on my key ring with a couple adderall and xanax which I'm prescribed so if I need to take one when I'm out I'll have it with me. Accidentally lost it a few weeks ago at a family event with all adults and now some family members are accusing me of popping pills at family events and even the ones who don't think it's a big deal are telling me it's a bad idea to keep that on my key ring. Am I nuts for thinking that keeping 3 or 4 pills that I'm prescribed on me so I can take them the way they're prescribed isn't a big deal at all?
I made a few OTC medicine kits that are pretty comprehensive, both a 10 drug and 20 drug version.
10 drug:
Additions for 20 drug:
I also usually have a separate prescription pill bottle of Tums because they are large and used frequently. These are the pill containers I use, the only downside is they aren't moisture proof.
The reason I went for components instead of combo drugs is because you can make most combo drugs with this kit - nyquil, dayquil, excedrin, mucinex dm, etc.
Meaning how to remember to take the second dose? I struggled with this a few weeks ago constantly second guessing if I’d taken my second dose. I started using a weekly pill box (am/pm) and it’s been an absolute game changer for me. I’m now using something like this (sorry for the really long Amazon link idk how to shorten it). It’s taken so much stress off me.

I use these from amazon. (Not an affiliate link)
Here is an example of a box I made
I got this one!
7 Day Pretty Pillbox | Wide Weekly Pill Organizer | for Vitamins, Supplements & Pills | Ideal for Travel, The Gym, The Office, Pregnancy | Rose https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07BBWDBKK/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glt_fabc_XKVPACM8S42QBGS86ENH?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1
I really like how sleek it is, and that it doesn’t have any plastic “hinges” that will break super quickly.
I have something like this: https://www.amazon.com/SHD-Keychain-Waterproof-Stainless-Organizer/dp/B075K6W7JZ
Big enough for two excederin and a packaged triptan, plus a dose of topamax for if I forget to take it before leaving. It hooks onto my keys so I never leave the house without it. It's saved my bacon more than a few times.
There are pill containers (that don't really look like them) that you can attach to your keys: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07D6KV6FV/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_5K6IFbTP8Y68A
I recommend, they are great for days you forget.

These are a few dollars at any grocery or drug store-Skip today and never have to wonder again! Congratulations on your pregnancy you’re doing a great job staying informed!!
When I used to forget my meds, I set a secondary alarm a few minutes after my first alarm that just said "take meds." Also, get a pill-minder (like this one) if you don't have one already so that you know for sure that you took them!

If you can afford it please get something like this. It comes with a code, and you can sign up online and save the code in case you forget it. that way if she tries to take some of your pills individually, she would have to break this open.
Get something like this and put your pills in it, please. I never thought I would need it until I came up five pills short one month and realized that a housemate had stolen it. I recommend locking up your pills so that if he or anyone else wants some, they simply wont be able to take them. Yes someone could smash it, but if someone is willing to destroy the bottle to get the pills then you would know youve got a more serious problem than recreational use on your hands.

I keep it on my keychain. Sure, it looks a little goofy but it's convenient. The one I have holds about 6 doses.
Take photos of the prescriptions. For the pills, store them each in their own pill pouch and carry them in a small waterproof bag. I carried mine in my electronics bag.

Something like this might help, then you just have to remember what day it is. And remember to refill on the last day. And remember that it exists.

>lo malo es que tienes que aguantar los corridos a todo volumen.
Ufff te falta barrio mi buen, concert earplugs, los llevo adentro de uno de estos a todos a todos lados
I solved this problem buy using one of those little medicine organizers. Where you put in what you're supposed to take everyday for the next week. If the pill's gone I know I took it.
Something like THIS
I have these keychain pill organizers. https://www.amazon.com/Portable-Opret-Compartment-Waterproof-Container/dp/B07D6KV6FV/ref=sr_1_5?keywords=keychain+pill+organizer&qid=1658962369&sr=8-5
Also I save the tiny pill bottles, and once a week I fill them up with the supplements I'm taking, so I can just do a shot of pills, because there are a lot. I label them AM and PM. Because I take b vitamins and others that tend to swell, I put a little dessicant absorber in that I save from other bottles. If you sit down and do it all once a week, and you have lots of containers, and a bunch of those pill organizers, you can have a system
I take my pill in the middle of the night 3:00 am usually when I get up for a pee and go back to bed. When I finally eat at 7:30 am there are no interactions I have to worry about. It works beautifully. I have one of those pill dispensers with the day of the week on it so I know I've taken my pill and it's easy to get out to take and my husband installed a lit light switch in the bathroom that gives just enough light to see the pill container and my water bottle. Buy a pill carrier for your keys. They are small and discrete and cost very cheap on Amazon. I put my pill in every night (set a reminder) and take it in the morning. Then you dont need to do anything to remind yourself you can just shake your keys to know you took it.
I got this one fits triumeq perfect https://www.amazon.com/SHD-Keychain-Waterproof-Stainless-Organizer/dp/B075K6W7JZ
As always, check the sizes to make sure this would work for your pills, but I see this keychain pill storage as being a good solution for people who don’t carry purses and might not have pocket space.
Instead of a little vitamins pills, i got this small plastic pouches at amazon …EzyDosePillPacks I just fill them when I’m going out with my vitamins, or even when i travel
I got this one on Amazon! Get a travel case like this one that you can keep on your Keychain and cut the pills in advance :) that's what I do.
I like these boxes because I can bring just one or two with me if needed, they are different colors for different pills (you could organize by time of day), and it comes with little labels to write on. I used my label maker and the handwritten labels, and the handwritten labels are lasting just as well.
I've never experienced adderall abuse but have you considered pre-portioning out your meds? Get a weekly pill organizer and put only the exact prescribed dose in there. Meanwhile, keep the original pill bottle with remaining pills out of sight/in an inconvenient location. Only take out the bottle for the weekly refill. I'm linking the organizer I use!

But in the end, I know this is a really small bandaid to a bigger problem. Do you have access to a therapist/counselor you can discuss more strategies with?
