Fasting Salts Capsules
I haven't really experienced much dizziness, but I drink water like a Camel.
Thanks. I buy pretty much everything off of Amazon, for the potassium and magnesium in capsule form I like Now Foods brand:
I broke the fast last night, just wasn't feeling right and decided it was better to end it than to push on. They say your body will tell you when you need to end it and I was having that feeling, but no regrets and I feel good about it.
I see that you’re already on the salt, which is a great start. However, are you 1) sure you’re taking enough, consistently and 2) using salt that ONLY contains sodium and no other minerals?
I ask this only because I’ve had a hypotensive nutrition client who was using a sea salt that turned out to also have various other minerals present in it, such as potassium, which can counteract the effects of the salt (depending on the causes of your low blood pressure).
Because of that risk, and also because of the need to take a LOT of salt (more than most people would find palatable in food), and take it consistently, the gold standard tends to be straight sodium chloride tablets.
Here is an example, if they’re not available at your local pharmacy :
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B000GCN130/
The consistent size can be helpful to determine how many tablets per day are needed after you take it slow titrating up a bit. I’ve known hypotensives who have used anywhere from 2 to 5 per day.
Finally, if you don’t already have your own easy-to-use blood pressure cuff for home use, that may be useful as well, and will give you a better sense of what works and what doesn’t, in the moment, even when you’re not at your doctor’s office. Hypotensives who successfully raise their blood pressure often report clearer thinking, better mood, and even improved sexual health.
I just buy salt tabs. I suck on them like a mint and then chase with water. Honestly tastes good to me because I crave salt. And salty water is nasty in my opinion so I prefer this way! I buy these in bulk and take one an hour when I hike. Assuming I’m working hard, I drink about 2 cups of water an hour, and I can fast for a lot of my hike without bonking. Also I always start and end a hike with water and a salt tab.

“Smart water” and the like only add electrolytes for taste. This is the shit you need. Gatorade on steroids, without the crap in Gatorade. Electrolyte Powder, Lemonade Hydration Supplement: 90 Servings, Carb, Calorie & Sugar Free, Delicious Keto Replenishment Drink Mix. 6 Key Electrolytes - Magnesium, Potassium, Calcium & More. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07Q33CN85/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_elFmFbAMMZEFZ
Yay!! Omg actually I kind of do! I do ibuprofen + acetaminophen and a high dose of CBD, plus a glass of water with this electrolyte powder. I don’t know why but that powder is incredible and almost always takes my headaches and malaise away!
In my country either, you live in europe?(me poland)
I'm using this product
https://www.amazon.com/NOW-Potassium-Chloride-Powder-8-Ounces/dp/B00028M02Q
BE AWARE IT TASTE VERY BAD.
i drink potassium three times a day and salt 5 or 6 times a day - mixed in 250 cup.
i read that potassium citrate is bad on empty stomach (but Magnesiumis ok, and i taking citrate pills)
Chipping in to second electrolyte powders. That's going to be your closest nutritional match.
I use this when intermittent fasting. A little goes a long way. It's not sweet like Gatorade, but it has the right stuff to replenish his body. Pickle juice, lemon juice, watermelon juice, ect will have some of that, but it's not nearly as much as Gatorade or electrolyte powder.

I use these. They are just sodium chloride. They can be dissolved or swallowed whole. I just swallow them and haven’t had any gastric issues.
This is what I got from Amazon: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00ENS39XK/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o02_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

It's listed as pure potassium chloride powder with no other ingredients. It cakes up into a chunks a bit due to that but otherwise it's fine and doesn't seem to add that strong of a taste to my snake juice.

I dislike promoting amazon but this is at least what to look for
I like the paint sprayer idea a lot, with your PM recipe i hope you're open to one small change. Baking soda is sodium bicarbonate, a salt that plants don't like. An alternative which works as a fungicide is potassium bicarbonate.

Green Cure is a commercial version of this if you don't want to make your own mixture.
I used to get the powder packs of Pedialyte but found the packaging to be super wasteful and I was blowing through them so it was getting expensive. I've been using this powder for about 3 weeks now and have definitely noticed a difference! It doesn't have a ton of sodium but the electrolyte balance seems to be helping me and it's zero sugar which is a plus. I don't mind the taste either.
I try to drink 2 16-oz servings a day on top of other fluids and salt tabs 3x/day. It's more cost effective and there's way less waste than buying bottled drinks or the individual packets.

Hey man. I don't grow anything but weed so I don't know much about your plant but in the flowering stage of cannabis if I get a bug infestation I used potassium bicarbonate (there's recipes and how to mix it online with soft water) or you could use the traditional Dawn dish soap spray which also works. Neem oil has previously worked for me too but what I had to do was place a bamboo stick in the soil and drench the soil so that all bugs go to the bamboo stick as it's free from neem. Next day I just remove the bamboo and that will usually solve it for me too.
If you have tried all these then I have no idea how you'd remove them. Sorry if I couldn't help but both of these methods would work on a cannabis plant. Good luck!

I use this and add some salt
Hydration and electrolytes! Dizziness/brain fog can easily be caused by an electrolyte imbalance, and all those little bastards like to sweat out of you at class. Grab some electrolyte mix from Amazon and take some every day. You can take some with you to class in a water bottle too. It's amazing how much better you can feel if this is your problem. Easy fix.
I use this: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07Q33CN85?psc=1&smid=A2YN08W96E4YC2&ref\_=chk\_typ\_imgToDp
Is something like this available in your country? This is what I use.
The problem with potassium capsules is that they usually contain so little potassium compared to how much you need per day that it's almost pointless to take them (unless you have prescription potassium but that's usually only for people with severe heart or kidney problems).
Cream of tartar is great for potassium. I'd say eat lots of avocados as they are probably the food with the highest potassium, but they have too much fat for PSMF (although they are great if you every switch to regular keto). Instead, do lots of dark leafy greens for your veggies- kale, spinach, etc.
Sorry im just getting back to you now but I think other people answered it better than I could have from a technical standpoint anyway.
Originally I thought I just needed more salt and it definitely helped but after trying a formulated electrolyte powder it was night and day. sounds weird but mentally I can drink it almost as food because it gives my body the same satiated response to hunger pains.
There are a lot of different ones out there and I've only tried a few but this is BY FAR the best one I've had. it has a lot more stuff in it so I think thats why my body is loving it so much. on top of the added ingridients, its also the most tart and powerfully flavoured one(likely not that hard, just adding more citric acid).
I've tried to figure out how to describe it but...it's almost as if lemons made and orange juice type drink....in the same way that a tall glass or orange juice used to satiate me to some degree. sugar and electroyles i guess? I mean if you look at the ingridient/nutrient list it might as well be a glass or OJ haha.
this one also comes with a full container, none of that 1/2 full packaging. makes it not only the best, which I would pay more for, but also the most cost effective by a mile.
There are carb free electrolyte mixes. I would recommend Electrolyte Powder: Lemonade. This is what I use.

I like this one
Don't use regular electrolyte packets because they will have glucose in them and break your fast. I've fasted with the homemade electrolyte blend, but it's more work and unpleasant tasting, so I prefer the nutri-align fasting salts. They come in capsules or just plain salts you can mix in water or capsulate yourself to save money. They have nothing that will break the fast and are proportionally correct.
When you break your fast you should take a b complex vitamin and phosphorus supplement before breaking to help prevent any refeeding syndrome.
“Salt” is simply sodium, an essential mineral. We discuss essental minerals as supplements all the time. Sodium is no different in role than magnesium, calcium, or potassium. We just happened to grind it up and give it a little nickname.
Look, salt is even prescribed in pill form (even though you can ger it over the counter). You can raise your blood pressure with sodium TABLETS — yes, supplemental salt in a pill you swallow! — like these: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B000GCN130/
Do what you have to in the minute to get things working like Miralax, but also start taking magnesium regularly. It will be your new best friend. The one I take I also sweat like a horse and work out daily, so I find it helps keep my electrolytes in better balance.
You'll notice improvement in so many things when you supplement magnesium.
Snake juice
1L water+ 1/4 tsp pink salt :1/2tsp bicarb:1/2 tsp KCl salt
Magnesium lotion
I like pedialyte popsicles for sore throat comfort and (minor) rehydration, too.
I keep dry electrolyte mix on hand for most uses. Not going to lie and say it tastes great, but it's perfectly acceptable, and most importantly, works very well, as it has a more complete set of salts than gatorade and its ilk.
Potasium citrate powder from bulk supplements

I use this below but be warned ⚠️. Potassium supplementing without blood work can be lethal. I get bloodwork done almost every month to monitor my levels.
It's tricky because you're serum test alone don't give you a clear Magnesium and Potassium status. Because you're serum levels are so critical the body will starve your muscles and bones to maintain the ideal serum composition/ levels.
OTC pills in the USA are 99mg each and at some point I had to be in taking upwards for 2000mg a day. So I went with the powder form and adjusted based on blood work and body symptoms. (I will post a chart that calls out symptoms low or high levels)
