contractor here, I bought a craftsman small pistol type drill with a tiny battery in a pinch. I noticed right away it had tons of torque and amazing battery life, especially for something that small. It put my Makita and DeWalt tools to shame. I used it for a whole deck job as a joke thinking it was gonna die every day. It never did, never even burnt. We're talking 3' deck screws in pressure treated joices. I lost that drill along the way somewhere, still think about it often. Even more now that milwuake has an identical drill for sale at more than twice the price, even has the same battery. Unfortunately, you're not going to find something exactly like this in the prosumer/homegamer world. This is probably the closest you'll find, but its not going to perform the same way as the industrial line tools.
I’ve gone through two of these in one school year repairing Chromebooks in a small district. Not very robust. OK for smaller less frequent repairs. Got this Dewalt gyroscopic and although it’s much more bulky, it’s faster, stronger and you can set the torque.

Always on Amazon cheap AF
Oh, you're looking for fuel. Nvm.

This is my go-to, inexpensive, guy-gift this year:SKIL Rechargeable 4V Cordless Screwdriver
I bought this after a big IKEA trip and it was a lifesaver. I now use it constantly. Same with my wife.
I got a black and decker cordless screw driver for this exact purpose. +/- $20 on Amazon. I'll track down a link shortly for you. Worked like a charm before I said fuck it for on the press trimming and went back to my zip trim.
Edit: BLACK + DECKER AS6NG Alkaline Cordless Screwdriver https://www.amazon.ca/dp/B004HY3APW/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_.9Fsyb4X9WK90
It takes AA batteries so you can replace them instead of having the factory battery slowly fuck off like they do.
Here is a link to a similar really highly reviewed one on Amazon for $15 OP..
It's not gonna be drilling through oak but it's good for small electronics and Ikea furniture.
Why the thing is like $15 and perfect for fixing small toys and assembling Ikea furniture which is more DIY then most people do. It's not gonna be able to drive a screw through anything stronger than drywall but it's cheap enough to be perfect for the average Joe's random stuff drawer.

Protip, since you're making pretty links anyway, you don't need anything after the item code. https://www.amazon.com/DEWALT-DCF682N1-Gyroscopic-Inline-Screwdriver/dp/B011WRUODC
In fact, you can shorten it further to just https://www.amazon.com/dp/B011WRUODC too.
Oooh, I had this debate myself!
I actually found that my favorite option thus far is Craftsman 4v gyroscopic screwdriver. ........ Well crap, it looks like they discontinued it, and all the listing ive found for it are scams. Lowes used to cary them. That makes me sad. It worked like the es126, but its 1/4in hex instead. It could damage screw holes if driving into plastic alone, but worked fantastic otherwise.
Maybe the Dewalt version? Dewalt 8v gyroscopic screwdriver
It's expensive but when we rack mount things we don't use drills and screw drivers were a pain.
Finally settled on this as it allows you to go slow enough and feel the torque similar to a screwdriver. Dewalt Gyroscopic Screw Driver
Handle can be turned like a drill or left straight like a screw driver.
Not sure if by "devices" you are specifically referring to flashlights or not...

This Dewalt gyro driver (I'm a big fan) uses 2S 14500s.
My goto tool is my Dewalt Gyro Screwdriver This works like magic. Just a twist of the wrist allows you to forward and reverse at an adjustable speed. And it NEVER overtorques. From motherboards, furniture, and heavy duty use, this just magically knows when to stop and prevent stripping of screws.
If your ordering online you can search up 7mm cross wrench
Wheel nuts are in size m4 so the outside diameter is 7mm
Right now im using an electric impact driver with some Driver bits. But id recommend using hand tools for now really. Since you may strip out some plastic threads when screwing stuff in with electric tools. But i will recommend something like the Dewalt electric screwdriver
And no worries about you being a newbie, we all started somewhere and its usually better to ask than do something wrong. Feel free to ask if your unsure in this subreddit!
I highly recommend:

I have had it(the original - Hitachi) for years, it has served me well and is still going strong. Very practical for around the house usage.
This one is the one a lot of service techs for large format printer/plotters use, and swear by them.
METABO HPT w/Lifetime Warranty:
If youre just doing some screws, you can buy the basic M12 screwdriver. It's like $50, if you think you'd get enough use out of it
Milwaukee 2401-20 M12 12-Volt Lithium-Ion Cordless 1/4 in. Hex Screwdriver (Tool-Only) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00VYNEEZO/ref=cm_sw_r_apan_i_NWMRJ7KTYSJWMYJ81NQM
Doesn't look like it has a clutch, so it may strip stubborn screws and round out when tightening down too much. I use a Hitachi/metabo one for my machines. Works great.
My favorite is this: BLACK+DECKER Cordless Screwdriver (AS6NG) AA Battery - https://www.amazon.com/dp/B004HY3APW/
SKIL Rechargeable 4V Cordless Screwdriver with Circuit Sensor Technology, Includes 9pcs Bit, 1pc Bit Holder, USB Charging Cable - SD561201 , Red https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07C4916LS/
…as a new homeowner you’re forever assembling furniture, randomly screwing/unscrewing stuff, and a simple screwdriver (and rechargeable battery setup) is a great gift. It’s not a great screwdriver, but it’s so much better than twisting a manual one a thousand times when you’re assembling a set of IKEA chairs.
That FELO Frico is the best bit holder on the planet.
All you're missing is the METABO HPT cordless screwdriver. All of the copier and large format printer/plotter guys I know of SWEAR by these:
I am not aware for any.
For precision work, I use this guy, which is admittedly a lot bigger. A lot of teh computer technicians I know use that one or similar ones from other brands. I would assume that, although fairly large, it is more ergonomic to use than the pencil-size drivers you linked.

Pocket electric screwdriver is awesome withy ifixit kit. like this one for 19$
I'm pretty sure a lot of the big keyboard youtubers like wildcat use the wowstick.
I’ve stopped using manual screw drivers. Get yourself one of these electric ones for laptop. I’ve never stripped a screw ever since. Also get a small iFixit kit for the guitar pick…it’s essential to wedge and open the lid.

I think folks aren't recognizing the tool for what it is: That's a 12V Milwaukee Hex Screwdriver. They are less than 50 bucks now: https://www.amazon.com/Milwaukee-Lithium-Ion-Cordless-Screwdriver-Tool-Only/dp/B00VYNEEZO
I'd just throw that in grass, hose it for a minute, and take a scrubbrush to it. All that mud would come right off, but worst case you are just getting a 50 dollar replacement after X months.
Disposable tool being treated as disposable.
I'm an engineer, but I have one of these and it's decent value. It's brushed, but I like the mechanical clutch. Pretty good for detail work... but you're going to get pissed off if you try to do anything fancy.
I use this BLACK+DECKER Cordless Screwdriver with Pivoting Handle, 3.6V (Li2000) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B005LTNLDS/ref=cm_sw_r_apan_glt_fabc_5H3XFCZ3XRPHJMK6EXG8?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1
It works surprisingly well. I've built a bunch of computers with it and you need a decent amount of torque for fan screws since they aren't pre-threaded.
