The momma comes out for food. She goes back home with a KILLER headache.
Then the 6-10 babies come out and die in all the other traps.
I have 3 cookie traps and no mice.
Hi, you'll want to purchase Ortho Bed Bug And Flea Spray this is for the house not the kitty I've used this stuff for years, it works amazing.. We recently brought in 3 outdoor kittens and all had fleas we had fleas for a total of 3 days.
Spray this stuff everywhere we have had no reactions to it at all, I spray the carpets, sides of beds, under beds, along walls, the floor, couches, chairs, etc. (I'll be honest i spray on the bed, don't tell the wife) Within 3 days fleas are dead. Find a flea bath appropriate for your age kitten.m and give them a bath, treat it like lice use a fkea comb and pick each one out if you have to.
I don't have a significant mouse problem, a few seem to have found their way into my garage once and got into a bag of bird feed, so I used this:
https://www.amazon.com/Tomcat-N-A-Mouse-Station/dp/B01MT6BOR0
I saw a few nibbles taken out of it and then my bird feed no longer got harassed. Nothing since.
I also found a small hole where I think they got it and filled it.
If I had a bigger problem I'd probably set several more in my attic/crawl.
I recommend using these snap traps. Use peanut butter or attractant in the bait holder and set trap. https://www.amazon.com/Tomcat-0361710-Rat-Snap-Trap/dp/B012RGM7BO/ref=mp_s_a_1_4?adgrpid=55614185746&gclid=CjwKCAiAh_GNBhAHEiwAjOh3ZMX2e5k7G1KSytq-Ahd1oIU8adcXPByACRYzOez-Hfbso6SCkmUp5BoCdhEQAvD_BwE&hvadid=274731107683&hvdev=m&hvlo...
If it doesn't stink keep it. If the cushions still have rebound and there isn't a permanent sag, keep it. If it cleans up to be presentable, keep it. If it has no rips, tears, or overly worn out patches, keep it. Now... buy this. https://www.amazon.com/Ortho-Home-Defense-Killer-Ready/dp/B07YM6QZQV/ref=sr_1_1 and hose it down do you don't get uninvited guests.
Motherfuckers!!! I used theseblack plastic type traps that snap, you can adjust sensitivity of the trap by using a stick to push down the bait platform because rats are pretty smart and know not to push down. Don’t forget to tie them down to something though, rats that don’t immediately die take the trap with them. This worked way better than those electric type traps and even when I didn’t bait it, rats would get caught.
Noted.
I've also looked at this product on Amazon, very likely the last I'll consider for spraying methods but I'm confused whether or not steps 1 and 3 are a requirement before using. Link: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07YM6QZQV/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_awdb_imm_GPP8VDCKESP1A2EWDB94

Tomcat(R) Bait is green/grainy. But seems a lot of brands are.
Active ingredient is Bromethalin but I don't think it's particularly toxic to large animals. I quit using it for mice myself after a raccoon got into my bucket and ate it all.
And you can just get the miracle grow slow release fertilizer pellets to start with. You just sprinkle it on top of soil every 3 months. It’s great for beginners and my hibiscus like it. I do use a plumeria fertilizer for mine but the levels of nutrients aren’t that different.

Both plants can get burned from too much fertilizer so this is a good start although there are more specific ones you can move onto later if you want. Though it’s not vital.
