You wanna raise T-levels? Grass fed ghee (it has butyrate) + prebiotic in coffee. Take probiotic also. My T-level were tested via blood and went from 300 to 800 in 3 months. If you have some understanding of the gut microbiome, this will make since to you.
Give it a shot.
Edit:
Lots of the same questions here. Here’s my recipe:
My coffee in the morning: 1 tbs of bulletproof ghee. 2 tsb of creatine 1 scoop of bulletproof prebiotics Blend all of this up. That’s it.
Take 1 pill of probiotic with coffee
Take probiotics before bed

Try taking a probiotic like Re-Phresh Pro B. I had a similar issue a while ago and this helped it tremendously. I haven’t had the issue since!
Eat liver/liverwurst- best possible form of A
100mg of magnesium isn't much. And I'm not sure glycinate is the best form (it laxates me). I would try taurate, malate and threonate, and, if you can, try to hit at least 300mg. But monitor the laxation closely.
GABA might not cross the brain blood barrier. I think it's better to get GABA from magnesium, theanine and your gut microbiome. Quite a few of the strains in this:
https://www.amazon.com/NewRhythm-Probiotics-Technology-Resistant-Refrigeration/dp/B071DZQLPQ/
appear to be gaba agonists.
Berberine can be helpful to control cravings. It's pretty big in Chinese traditional medicine and goes back a very long time. This being said... I might get tested to confirm your liver is okay.
400mg of fish oil is nothing, and, unless I'm missing something, I'm not sure about the benefit of omega 6 supplementation. With your issues, I might go 4g of fish oil a day (and eat a lot of sardines).
NAC can thin the mucosal layer. It can also, for some, be stimulating/mess with sleep. It's great short term, but I'd cycle it. There's a chance that tyrosine might impact sleep adversely as well, so, I'd monitor that.
B100 isn't a very balanced B. I lean a bit more towards B200- which, rather than 200mg of everything, is 200% of everything.
How about zinc? Potassium? I might also look at selenium and chromium (in small amounts). Maybe iodine (kelp).
Chlorophyll is supposed to be a good detoxer. Maybe parsley smoothies or spirulina/chlorella?
You have to understand that you'll start to like what you eat. You only like what you eat now because of the accident of your birthplace and upbringing. If you'd been born in a very different culture, you'd like different stuff. So you can train yourself to like stuff you don't now.
I use two main strategies. First I went back through all kinds of vegetables and fruits, especially the ones I thought I didn't like. Turns out I didn't like things like asparagus, avocado and broccoli because I'd never had them prepared well. Try different recipes. The internet is full of food blogs.
My other strategy is smoothies. I do one smoothie a day with fruit, vegetables and supplements. I use a fruit and vegetable supplement. There's one people like Joe Rogan and Tim Ferriss recommend that's supposed to be great, but it's more expensive. It took a while to get used to a green smoothie. At first I didn't like it, but after a few months it was fine, and now I look forward to it. Look up micronutrient green smoothie for ideas.
There are a lot of vegetables and supplements you can put in things and not notice them. Flaxseed meal is a good one. Carrots are another. They're sweet, so you can do a fruit smoothie and put in several baby carrots and not even notice. Try bell peppers and other veggies with hummus. Lots of stuff out there.
A probiotic! I was pretty constipated early on and tried all the things - prunes, fiber, etc, but once I started taking this https://www.amazon.com/Garden-Life-Formulated-Probiotics-Guaranteed/dp/B00Y8MP4G6/ref=mp_s_a_1_3?dchild=1&keywords=probiotics+for+women&qid=1626758255&sprefix=probiotic&sr=8-3 each day, I haven’t been constipated once and I’m now 33 weeks.
I take pills! Specifically these ones. They have been working for me and are more affordable. I used to take gummies but those were not high enough CFU for me. I used to get crazy bloated, throw up after meals, and generally feel sick to my stomach a lot (it seemed every food triggered it). I also used to be really prone to yeast infections. No more of this unless I make a combo of particularly bad eating/drinking decisions in a night lol. It dramatically improved my life.
This one! https://www.amazon.com/Garden-Life-Formulated-Probiotics-Guaranteed/dp/B00Y8MP4G6?ref_=ast_sto_dp I got it at Target and I noticed a difference almost immediately. Not pre pregnancy better but still much better than the first few weeks!
Oh I used to drink Yakult religiously, mainly for the taste. Lol But I found that the probiotics I take now have been the best out of all the kinds I’ve tried! I’ll see if I can figure out how to link it for you. :) They have them on Amazon, formulated for men and women.
Garden of Life Dr. Formulated Once Daily Women’s Shelf Stable Probiotics 16 Strains, 50 Billion CFU Guaranteed Potency to Expiration, Gluten Dairy & Soy Free One a Day, Prebiotic Fiber, 30 Capsules https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00Y8MP4G6/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glt_fabc_WEDEVT85YJH9QSP87C4B?_encoding=UTF8&psc= That’s for women, but they also have a men’s version. I hope the link works, I’m not the best with Reddit. XD I’ve a lot to learn still.
Just saw your post and I recently discovered this probiotic to help me a lot! Even through eating poorly over the holidays I have surprisingly not gotten any new pimples.
Check this out at Amazon Hyperbiotics PRO-15 Probiotics—60 Daily Time Release Pearls— Digestive Supplement Formula—15x More Survivability Than Capsules—Patented Delivery Technology—Easy to Swallow https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00JEKYNZA/ref=cm_sw_r_u_apa_fabc_k9I8FbKXSPDBQ?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1
Many probiotics often contain prebiotics as well. There is also a popular train of thought among the probiotic community that they need to be encapsulated so they don't get killed by the acid in your stomach. They get released slowly over many hours after passing through the stomach.
Here is an example of a probiotic with many strains and contains prebiotics (often in the form of some type of fiber, in this case FOS or Fructooligosaccarides) and they also are time release like I mentioned before. That product is currently the best seller on amazon for probiotics. Slightly pricey, but if it works, totally worth it.
I’ve never had BV so I can’t be much help there but as far as the probiotic I would definitely recommend trying a better one. I use a women’s probiotic that is physician formulated. It’s in a pink and white bottle and I get it on amazon. Kinda expensive (about $25 a bottle) but it works for me
I only had luck with this exact probiotic in this picture. probiotic
Yes you can drink kefir while on it and I can't remember what the doctors put me on but nothing worked.
The probiotic they gave you looks like a really good one! I am on a similar one with nearly all the same strains in it (I checked the ingredients for both) and it’s a lot cheaper! If you’re interested I get mine from amazon https://www.amazon.com/dp/B079H53D2B/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_zb3gEbKF5B0HC it’s only $18 right now!
About a teaspoon of straight, plain yogurt won't hurt. Yes, cats are lactose intolerant, blah blah, but with yogurt you're re-populating the gut bacteria. You see people use this a lot when the gut flora has been killed off because of antibiotics.
Another option is to just give her probiotics, which encourages whatever bacteria is left in her gut to grow. Proviable and Fortiflora are the two for veterinary use which could help.
One that's good for people with digestive upset is s. boulardii, and there's anecdotal evidence that it works in cats as a probiotic (works in mine). I use this one. Note that it has mannan-oligosaccharides (MOS), which is really bitter. So there's a decent chance the cat won't eat it, and the capsules they use are HUGE. A standard dose would be just under a full capsule, but I give a full capsule to my 14lb cat without issue.
Another option is to try canned pumpkin (not pie filling) for fiber. Take about a tablespoon and mix it in with wet food (or some cats eat it straight).
If that works, you could try doing daily supplementation with something like this. This stuff has different fiber sources, but it's basically dietary fiber with a couple ingredients which are soothing to the digestive tract (slippery elm bark, specifically). I've been using this for about a year with my cat. He gets 1/4 teaspoon/day, and I'm still on my first canister.
You can also use metamucil.
Sure! Here is the probiotic I've been using. It runs about $25 a bottle usually, and works really well.
Monster zero if I need caffeine but don’t want coffee
Have also been drinking green superfood powder (Amazing Grass Greens Blend... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00112ILZM?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share) as a coffee alternative in the afternoons. Gives me a feeling of drinking a tea or coffee and also convinces me I’m being healthy.
renew lifethis one comes up often and can actually be found at most grocery stores. But then I purchased this one, maybe best seller is what got me but they both seem to be in the same realm of the help needed for my body women’s probiotic - this LCM247 can be found in most yogurts, Kiefer and cheese as well!
I've never had that happen, but I definitely would put a pause on both tampons and baths until things are feeling completely better! A really key part of treatment for a vaginal infection is following up the antibiotics with vaginal probiotic suppositories. This is what helps to actually repopulate with good bacteria / replenish the lactobacillus that may have been wiped out.
There are protocols on myvagina.com that you can look into for this but I believe their BV protocol suggest transferring the Azo women's probiotic to a vegetable capsule, to be inserted vaginally. And the folks at Evvy recommend taking this: https://www.amazon.com/Probiotics-Formulated-Probiotic-Supplement-Acidophilus/dp/B079H53D2B Lactoferrin is important to get the bacteria to stick around locally in the vagina.
And have you done an Evvy test? It lays out your entire vaginally microbiome so you can see all bacteria present and tailor your treatment/how to move forward. You can order it on your own: https://www.evvy.com/
Make sure you are drinking tons of water! And, you might be gaining meddle. Also, try taking a probiotic for your gut health, like this:https://www.amazon.com/Probiotics-Formulated-Probiotic-Supplement-Acidophilus/dp/B079H53D2B/ref=sr_1_2_sns_sspa?crid=1UXGRKPKKBWZ9&keywords=50+billion+probiotics+for+women&qid=1666558200&qu=eyJxc2MiOiI0LjE3IiwicXNhIjoiMy40OSIsInFzcCI6IjMuMzIifQ%3D%3D&sprefix=50+billion%2Caps%2C102&sr=8-2-spons&psc=1

And, finally, check in with a doctor about your asthma, thyroid, and any possible immune issues and ask your OBGYN about PCOS. Good luck!
https://us.naturalslim.com/collections/productos-naturalslim®/products/good-flora this one is the one that worked after using it for about a month.
https://www.amazon.com/Probiotics-Formulated-Probiotic-Supplement-Acidophilus/dp/B079H53D2B?maas=maas_adg_8C9262106D63D3BF13A7519B169ADE54_afap_abs&ref_=aa_maas&gclid=CjwKCAjwzNOaBhAcEiwAD7Tb6P_KKwDpbgHC47--cmSrNvKplK6zQKubW_De0InLO76ws5Rw... this one is the one I’m using now and has not been as good as the other one I’m thinking about trying with another one because even tho the first one worked its more expensive and it does not last as long since I was taking 2 capsules instead of one.
I have diagnosed “extreme anxiety” as well. And I would say just try to relax . 1 in 3 people have HPV which literally means if you threw three people in a room 1 of those people most likely has it . Don’t feel alone.
And as for anxiety . What helps me is taking my medication. I take buspar. I also go to therapy. I also notice a huge difference since adding a probiotic to my diet . There is a big connection between stomach health and the brain , you can even find more info about this on YouTube. But I recommend adding a probiotic to your diet .
If you are interested here is a link to the kind I use https://www.amazon.com/Garden-Life-Formulated-Probiotics-Guaranteed/dp/B00Y8MP4G6/ref=mp_s_a_1_3_mod_primary_sns?crid=3JPND2UEGAIMK&keywords=garden+of+life+probiotics&qid=1664640541&qu=eyJxc2MiOiIzLjk5IiwicXNhIjoiMy4zOCIsInFzcCI6IjMuMz...
I also got them all the time when I first started having sex. It’s been said but I’ll say it again because it’s crucial - pee after sex. Make sure to drink lots of water all the time so you’re flushing everything out consistently. Also, I started taking a daily probiotic which made the biggest difference. I take the Garden of Life once daily Women’s probiotic.
I have done this before, but I noticed that the smell and flavor gradually get slightly worse with each batch.
Instead I've been using these probiotic capsules. Just open a capsule and use that as your starter for each batch. The capsules are pretty cheap and keep for years in the fridge.
I just ordered this. It's not an affiliate link or anything like that, so should be safe.
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B002S1U7RU
But remember I chose this based on my particular needs. There are a few dozen types of bacteria used in various probiotics, so make sure to find one that has what suits your goals. This just happens to look like what I'm after.
Oh and one other thing I forgot.
Sometimes these problems can be caused by digestive issues because the intestines and colon are all located around the pelvic girdle. If he's frequently experiencing gastro issues like constipation or irregular bowel movements, I would recommend trying a combination of probiotics to encourage good gut bacteria and bacteriophages to kill off bad ones. Here's two products I personally use.
RepHresh Pro-B Probiotic Supplement for Women, 30 Oral Capsules https://www.amazon.com/dp/B001FOPQQS/ref=cm_sw_r_apan_i_VZT124WVMCD92J18NRHK?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1
I've NEVER gotten a yeast infection from antibiotics when I use this! Just space out your antibiotics when you take the probiotics. For example, take antibiotic in am, probiotic afternoon, and antibiotic in pm (if you're to take the antibiotics twice a day). Otherwise, take one in the morning and the other in the evening.
Spinning babies is free! I did the stretches some in second trimester but really did them a lot in the third trimester, along with LOTS of walking, walking feels so good in pregnancy :)
I looked up the exact probiotic needed for babies to be able to digest their milk and this one has it-
That’s a good brand of probiotics- getting on top of nutrition will set the stage for a healthy mom and baby, I’m glad your into checking out that book :) I do not know any doulas, sorry, but that’s a great idea! Just don’t let them induce you unless it’s really really necessary, and try natural inductions if you have too (your close to 42 weeks), the rate of C section after inductions is SUPER high- also the longer you can labor at home the better your chance of having a natural birth, I had all three of mine with no drugs and it’s totally doeable, if I wouldn’t have had a midwife I probably would have had a C section with my first but I labored at home so long I was only in the hospital (transfer because I was soooo worn out and not progressing after 3 days) for 1 hour before my son was born (LOL!) Try to find a good doctor or midwife in the hospital that supports laboring in your own way (not hooked up to the machines constantly) and you express your wishes beforehand. I birthed an hour away from the hospital with my second and everything was great, a good midwife will be able to foresee any issues and get you there in good time if that’s what you choose, I am blessed to have had a very medically aware midwife who had all the tools and drugs and was very experienced, I was in good hands with her for sure. Hospital births can be great too though :) good luck and congrats again!
I will try it. Thanks for the tip. I've felt pretty good using this one from Amazon NewRhythm Probiotics 50 Billion CFU 20 Strains, 60 Veggie Capsules, Targeted Release Technology, Stomach Acid Resistant, No Need for Refrigeration, Non-GMO, Gluten Free https://www.amazon.com/dp/B071DZQLPQ/ref=cm_sw_r_apan_i_P65T940C8TP6E8WRZD2P
I used to take two femdophilus, then I switched to taking two rephresh pro b, now I'm taking two jarrow dophilus daily. So about 10 billion probiotics? Is this the garden of life one you take? https://www.amazon.com/Garden-Life-Formulated-Probiotics-Guaranteed/dp/B00Y8MP4G6/ref=sr\_1\_7?crid=L6X8U8PZBV76&keywords=garden%2Bof%2Blife%2Bwomens&qid=1652980903&sprefix=garden%2Bof%2Blife%2Bwomen%2Caps%2C76&sr=8-7&th=1
Dude. MIRALAX. Take 2 caps a day. You'll thank me later. Just do it !
Start over ! Flush yourself out with dulcolax. Take like 3 of those babies. Wait 10-20 hours and you'll be on the toilet.
Take probiotics and prebiotic.

These are the best sellers on amazon. After a month of taking a pill per day religiously my bloating and cramping went away.
Drink water obviously and at the least eat 20gs of fiber when you start this routine.
