You just need to swap out to a different collet size.
Mine came with few different sizes. Just don't get the speed chuck, it leaves dents in the brass.
Amazon?

But yah, if it’s supposed to have both, then I’d contact the seller
I cannot speak for them yet, but these are super cheap as tool holders go. I'm hoping they can handle most things. They appear well made. We'll see when they spin.
Dremel sells collet sets so different sized bits will work. I know how was able to use a Dremel for both bits on my 19 build.
There definitely are! However the "stock" Dremel collet is 1/8th, so you'd need to get the collet set (or a 3/32" if you can get it as a single).
You can use a collet sleeve.
This is one of the name brand ones though I have had decent luck with some of the $1.5 ones. (I'll buy 2-3 and pick the best and keep the others for use in a die grinder)

Yeah it’s about $15 on amazon but it’s basically new. If changing the height doesn’t work then yeah I pull the trigger on it but is there a better aftermarket 1/2 in collet? I do not want to buy the same collet if it doesn’t work that well.
I got 6 with the spindle from CNC Depot. I think they are German, but not sure.
I haven't had any problem finding the ISO30 tool holders and ER-32 collets though. Amazon and Ebay are loaded with Chinese models, but there are a few German and American ones out there too, just pricier. I ordered a batch of Hozly holders. If they are as specified the prize is pretty amazing.
Usually there is a Morse taper shank that is in the drill press, I think most small presses are MT2. There is a slot in the spindle where you drive a wedge (drift key) to knock it out, you can put in a er collet holder which has a range of collets so you can hold anything round with extreme force like an end mill. Drift keys can be bought for like $4 online. Collets range greatly in price but a chinese holder and collets can be had for $50 if you shop around. Check reviews of course. Two things about that:
You should use the Dremel collets because you can see the bite marks from the 3 points from the keyless chuck on some of your pins. I had that problem too.
Also, to reduce the wobble, cut the 100mm brass rod down to 3rds and push the stock as far into the dremel as possible. 33mm should give you enough material to work with and have enough stock in the dremel to stabilize it.
Personally I like to play with the baggie of pins to figure out what I can do before I commit to the brass stock.
The name you're looking for is collet adapter.
search and take your pick
That's a good idea and would probably work just fine. I looked around online and found this thing. That solves all the problems. I just hope the festool router has the same mount size everywhere in the world then. And that the brass bushing fits the router as well.
I have this adapter, and I havent had a single issue yet. I know it's not super fancy or anything like what you use. But for the work I do, This allows me to use 3/8" dia endmills just fine, I prefer this over the 3/8" collet/nut combo porter cable sells, cause this has more surface area evenly gripping the fem verses just a small ring gripping it.
Routers do have quick change collets:

So...you're telling me the people saying my CNC "Router" isn't a "Mill" are just mad because they paid more?
