are good value disposables but theyre only single jet which a great for touch ups and will light a cigar fine..but for bigger sticks id reccommend a 2 or 2 jet lighter makes life a lot easier for the toast and light.

Check out Baleaf on amazon, they meet most of your requirements I think. I have many pairs and really like them. Both the liner and no liner options are good. These cost right around 20-25 so its also a good deal.

I have a few pair of the 5" Baleaf shorts with a zippered pocket on the back. They are some of my favorite shorts and very reasonably priced. They do have a liner but maybe you can check their store to see if they have an unlined version.

The Muay Thai shorts are just unnecessarily expensive while those running shorts are more comfortable.
Personally I'd opt for proper lined running shorts instead of generic training shorts and underwear. Here's my "go to" cheap shorts and the same thing but a little longer if that's what you prefer.

I use the baleaf 5" shorts from Amazon. Have the mesh liner and a zipper pocket in the back that I use for trash and maybe a key fob. At $20 a pair, they are by far the best running shorts I've ever run in. link
Prof lighter off Amazon does the job perfectly, single flame and you can pick butane up for about 50p from B&M or Home Bargains, enjoy!
Prof torch lighter. Just £2.97 and reliable af. No fuel window - but at the price you can get two and keep the second full in case the first runs out. As used my the British army, I'm told.

Getting into the high 80's and closer to 90 around here so I finally took the plunge and bought some split-running shorts. It feels like I'm wearing nothing at all! Jokes aside they are really quite comfortable and after a few runs with them any self-consciousness I may have had while wearing them has gone out the window. Amazon is definitely overwhelming but I've found their Baleaf shorts work fine. They're light, cheap, and have a 3" inseam. One note of caution - the "drop in pocket" is pretty much useless other than for storing a key and they don't have other pockets. I run and do outdoor activities and my warddrobe consists of:
- 2 high impact sports bras
- 5 shorts
- 2 ranger panties
- 3 regular jogging shorts
- a fuck ton of old, ratty T shirts
Sidenote: Ranger panties are god's gift to this earth and I have no idea how or why I put up with regular jogging shorts for so long. As my old ones wear out I'm replacing them with ranger panties and it's night and day. I'll never go back to anything else, even the nice lululemon shorts can't hold a candle to them.

Have you tried Dickies Dri-tech socks? They are fantastic for the price and extremely hard to wear out.

I really like these military surplus running shorts that I bought on Prime Now when I was on a trip and forgot to bring shorts. They're not as good as the best running shorts I have, but they're a lot better than the worst and they're cheap and basic. They're kind of the ideal simple running short.
I run in ranger panties. Yes. That’s what they are called. The military uses them. They work. No underwear needed. Just put on your panties and run.

I just got these a couple weeks ago. Like $15 on Amazon and they're pretty great. Took me about a week to get over the shame of debasing myself with 3" inseam shorts, but the comfort won out in the end.
I wear C9 active wear shirts from target. Have about 3 I rotate through and they're all great. Also cheap.
Pretty much any wool socks - not picky about those.
