I bought this one off amazonand it has worked great. It’s compact and inexpensive.
The one that came with the car is incredibly small and flimsy, so I got this one which is much easier to use, either with the hand crank or my 18v battery impact wrench.

When I had a larger SUV I actually kept a small aluminum floor jack in the vehicle, but my current vehicle is much smaller so the scissor jack is a better fit.
Don't forget to familiarize yourself with proper jacking points on your vehicle as well. Obviously in my scenario I had to improvise to lift the full tank of fuel, but if you had to actually lift a corner of the vehicle to change a flat tire on the side of the road, it's good to know where you should and shouldn't be putting a jack.
I keep this one in my toolbox in the back of my car. It's inexpensive but much nicer than the one that came with the car.

I can crank it up with the included handle or my battery impact wrench. I've used it in the past to jack up the car, and I just used it this week to jack a fuel tank back into place when the straps broke.
The other good option would be a small aluminum floor jack if you have the storage space for one.
A bottle jack would be almost useless on most modern cars which sit too low.
This (https://www.amazon.com/VIVOHOME-Hydraulic-Motorcycle-Lift-1500Lb/dp/B0732WP8D9?ref_=ast_slp_dp) exact lift is sold under many different names all around the world. I have full red one branded by Motonet. My friend has the exact same in black, branded 24mx. That Amazon one I found is little bit expensive, I paid around 100€ for mine.
It has been great, it is little bit tight to fit under my 600 Shadow, but that bike is lowered way too low anyways. It can go high enough to also be used with dirt bikes.

Yoi only need some way to hold the bike straight up and stay there. Hell you can use blocks of wood to hold it up straight. Sears makes a cheap bike jack that ive used for years. I also bought a center jack from Amazon to use on my lift table. I found this one on Amazon for 50

You can use 2× 12 or a stack of short boards just to hold it upright while you work on the shocks. Hell ive used an old oak tree and a bottle jack for a bearing press before. Its amazing what you can do when you have to. Keep us updated. Good luck
That’s actually what I’m working on lol. Not THIS one but I bought some like this with a crank that can lift 100 lbs & stay level. I’m just trying to figure out the best way to secure the cabs though. My 1 yr-old son is starting to get interested in the games I play (loves watching Pac-Man) & ideally I’d like something where I can raise it when I play & lower it for him.

I've taken my 390 engine out like 5 times with a scissor lift from Amazon that was like $70 bucks, it's rated up to like 1000lbs or something

Remember, they are just stabilizers, not jacks. They just help take out some of the bounce. You can pick up a bit for your drill so you can use a cordless drill for raising and lowering.

Extreme Max 5001.5044 Wide Motorcycle Scissor Jack - 1100 lb. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0196PAZ1S/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_taa_rGt1Ab1YM58V5 I have this and it works perfectly for me. It lifts the bike tall enough to change your tires and stable enough too. And it's easy to store when you are not using it.
Something like this works fairly well... it's basically a 3/4" hex wrench that fits snugly over the jack:
I've got this (Extreme Max Wide Motorcycle Scissor Jack - 1100 lb. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0196PAZ1S/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_KPQEzbC5ZMP4Q). It's been pretty useful for chain stuff and other work I've done on the bike.
However, I got a Triumph center stand from a neighbor for cheap, so the jack doesn't get much use anymore. I'm on a bonneville, but I'd recommend a center stand to anyone. It's very convenient.
The lugs are the same size(21mm) and the jack will work, the Prius hasn't gotten much heavier in the past few years. So any tire iron that's 21mm will work, and any jack that is rated to lift 3100lb will work.
However if I had a chance, I would get an aftermarket jack that will be more reliable than the stock ones. This looks like a good option. Hell, put that together with this wrench and you'll be set. Can't get much cheaper than $30 for this stuff.
Do yourself a favor and get a motorycyle lift. A damn good investment, I assure you. Makes cleaning and maintenance much, much easier. Especially cleaning and lubing the chain.
Having the bike lifted of the ground would be great for winter time storage, as well, as it will take pressure of the suspension and tires; allowing you to avoid getting flat spots on the tires from sitting for a long time.
Plus, bikes looks cool af on a lift.
I have one similar to this, but it seems that the kickstand and some other bit is in the way when I try to lift the bike with it, and I don't want to damage these parts ('16 883). Maybe i'm doing it wrong, I dunno, but I couldn't figure out any other way. This is the one I got: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000OCHCIW/
