I use this one. It doesn’t irritate my dark circles and my under eye circles and jawline greatly improved with years of use.
I switched from a mouth guard to mouth taping and I found it works much better.
Additionally, my teeth have been slowly moving back to where they were before.

that product helps mouth breathers work on using they’re nose even while sleeping, great product.
If the one you ordered doesn't work, this is one I use. It's better than the other 3 I tried before it, and it's lasted a long time. I don't know that any of them are the be-all end-all, but they do help.

Amazon — there are basically 2 styles.. you’ll see a resmed strap that is very simplistic (I ordered that one and then I ordered this cafe fusion brand one which is what I wore last night)

Yeah, two ways around this -- it can either be that the structure of your nose is working against you, or that you have an inflammation problem
If the problem is the nose structure (something like polyps), you can take a look at these nose stripes. I use them daily, and they help
If your nose is fine, and suspect that inflammation might be the problem, check out this post I wrote

This is the one I use. Light-weight and works well
Just what the doctor ordered: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B008MJW18K/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1
Pulls up, not back. Doesn't at all irritate my TMJ, so I have no jaw pain.
I use these. I will say I tear it off in my sleep almost every night. I’ve only been trying it for a few weeks tho. It is a little addicting as I generally wake up feeling more rested.
We have this problem. It wasn't a problem for years until a mother and teenage daughter moved in.
I use these soft silicone ear plugs called "Bio Ears" which I get from Amazon:-

They are perhaps too effective. Don't even hear someone hammering on the front door. Get a really peaceful nights sleep though.
I use this one: https://www.amazon.com/Respironics-Premium-Chin-Strap-P-R/dp/B008MJW18K
10 bucks. Like I said, it aint fantastic but works for me. I don't use very high pressure on my machine and I don't like wearing alot of material on my head ... too hot.
these have helped me, a chin strap is cheaper in the long run. But, this will not necessarily seal your mouth shut, it may help, or it may not make any difference at all. A full face mask may be more appropriate for you, based on the information that you provided.
The stand-alone chin strap may help keep your mouth shut and force you to breathe through your nose. That, without the cpap in action, may help save your sore throat.

I‘m not as far along as you so I don‘t know if we’re dealing with the same thing, but lately at night (not sure why it’s only the evenings), I’m struggling to breathe as my nose gets stuffy and my throat gets a ton of phlegm. These Breathe Right Nose Strips help me a ton, it opens up my nose airway really well. Warning though, I think the sticky part of the strip blocks pores and causes pimples (it does for me) but it’s a small price to pay to be able to breathe and get a good night’s rest.

These help a good deal with snoring. They'll reduce it for me, but will not eliminate it.
What completely eliminates my snoring is a CPAP machine. It's a mask on my face that blows air into my nose (or mouth, depending on your sleep style). With that on I do not snore at all.

I use the Respironics https://www.amazon.com/dp/B008MJW18K?ref=nb_sb_ss_w_as-reorder-t1_ypp_rep_k0_1_11&amp&crid=2U2HWMZFEJT5T&amp&sprefix=respironics
I like that it doesn't pull my jaw back, and instead pulls it up towards the crown of my skull. Much easier on my jaw pain.
I do it every night. I don’t have lip fillers(anymore) but it has drastically improved my sleep. I use this tape https://www.amazon.com/Sleep-Strips-SomniFix-Breathing-Nighttime/dp/B076CQ1NR8/ref=mp_s_a_1_1_sspa?crid=15JSZN8TWSSGG&keywords=mouth+tape&qid=1653261071&sprefix=mouth+tape%2Caps%2C73&sr=8-1-spons&psc=1&spLa=ZW5jcnlwdGVkUXVh...
I'm confused by your post - are you confusing sleep apena with "sleeping through my mouth"? Do you mean, breathing through your mouth? If you want to stop that, put a piece of tape over your lips (here, here)...sleeping upright won't magically make you close your mouth.
If you do have sleep apnea - meaning your breathing repeatedly stops and starts - sitting upright will help. It won't cure it, by any stretch, but it will provide better results than laying flat on your back.
Yes, you are receiving poor sleep if you mouth breathe during your sleep...but that alone doesn't mean you have sleep apnea. If you know you have a mouth breathing problem, try taping your mouth for a few nights - there is special tape, or just buy the cheap paper medical tape and Walmart.
I have the same one, and I use a chin strap to keep my mouth closed - I've tried just using mouth tape, but I've found that the p30i straps slide around too much and that the chin strap gives it the friction needed - so maybe try that as an option?

I use this one: https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B005HYTVEK
I suffered terribly from this same issue as well. I replied to OP already, but I strongly strongly recommend physically keeping your mouth shut at night by using a strap under your chin until it becomes habit. My life has changed in the last 4 months because of having done this.
And for context, people used to think I literally had narcolepsy because I would fall asleep sitting in a chair or during a conversation because of how horribly I slept at night. This solved even that problem for me so please please give it a shot!
I use this guy: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B008MJW18K/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1
I was replacing it about once every 6 months, and was only mildly satisfied, but I looked at the velcro strap and made a minor change and mine has been going strong since August with no rippage of the foam. Works great and it's super affordable.
It can definitely be a contributing factor to what you're describing.
There are a lot of things you can do to "help" until you get your CPAP machine. Have you tried sleeping on a wedge pillow? Also, is your sleep hygiene in order? Meaning, do you try to go to bed and get up at roughly the same time every night, do you cut out the screens before bedtime, is your room dark and cool, do you limit your alcohol intake a few hours before bed? Do you sleep with your mouth open, and - if so - have you tried taping your mouth? None of this will cure sleep apnea, but I will help you get better sleep in the short-term and it will help you once you start your CPAP therapy. If you do a search, I'm sure you can find other tips I haven't mentioned here.
Best wishes, and I hope you get your equipment soon. What was your diagnosis, by the way (what was your AHI score)?
You need the 7-pin adapter: Dongar Technologies Dashcam Power Adapter (Economy 7-pin)
I have this in my 2008 470 and it works great.
I am in the exact same position. Breathe Right strips might help reduce it at times.
I have never used AIRMAX nasal dilator. Maybe some else can chime in.
Surgery can help open the airwaves but removing cartilage that is troublesome.
I think the BIGGEST culprit is inflammation. This causes the turbinates to swell.
If you have a powered rear-view mirror you can try one of these style adapters.

I just bought a light mesh chin strap from Amazon https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08DR16XGV?psc=1&ref=ppx_yo2_dt_b_product_details

I wore it too tight the first night and had bad pain in my right mandible when I had to chew something though so be aware. Went away after a day or so and it is much more effective than you might think at a looser tension. I have a full mustache and beard so the tape wasn't really an option. I've had a nice pleasant turn around in sleep quality since switching form the airtouch f20 to the swift fx nasal pillows. 10/10 would recommend once you get it tweaked to work for you just right
