Don't know of a pillows mask that has a chinstrap. I use a separate one. I've used several over the years. Current one is linked. Its good for me, YMMV.

Nasal spray addiction is extremely common I was addicted for alot longer then 3 years. At some point you just have to suffer through and come off the stuff its not easy. I would maybe keep going to see different ENTs until maybe you find one that has a good technique for winging people off the stuff. Breath right strips like the super strong ones i use linked below along with a strong decongestant at night might help winging her off .

Balloon Sinuplasty is an extremely common procedure that most all ENTs are pushing doing so there's absolutely nothing special about that above doctor you linked to there all doing it now. I had it done along with many other procedures over the years and in the end they all made things much worse for me not to say they don't help some people just be careful
Really let me just confirm your saying your getting that short of breath feeling also even when your not exercising ??
I get it also when I'm not exercising just that for me exercising can trigger it also making it worse .
Wearing a breath right strip like the super ones below link help

When you wake up after 2 hours, does it feel like the air pressure is really high? I'm having similar issues, and my doctor says I have a leak. Currently using a full face mask. He thinks my chin is sliding down when I go into deep sleep, causing the mask to leak air. When the leak occurs, it's causing my CPAP to increase the pressure (as it thinks something is wrong), so more air is blasting out. This is what's waking me up. He's recommending a chin strap, something like this...
I have the exact setup as you (Airsense 11 with the Airtouch f20 mask) with the same dry mouth issue. The only thing that helped was this chin strap and it fits under the mask.
Admittedly, it’s takes a day or so to get used to have yet another device on your cranium lol but I’ve been using it for a week so far and haven’t had any dry mouth.
Here you go. Idk how to make a shorter link but here's the link lol.
