I recommend getting the pod type that drop into your ear pads. Easier to control on the slopes, and don't block your hearing.
I have these, which are good enough for me:
If you have a helmet, these work awesome.
OutdoorMaster Wireless Bluetooth 5.0 Helmet Drop-in Headphones HD Speaker Chip Compatible with Audio-ready Helmet with Built-in Mic for Skiing & Snowboarding Easy Control Buttons IP45 Sweat-resistance https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08JD2SK66/ref=cm_sw_r_apan_glt_i_6ER288VJWNPMN5KS6R30?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1
To each their own and sorry for the loss but I can’t think of a worse product to use in the snow due to the needle in a haystack situation if you lose one. Not sure if you wear a helmet but I’d suggest a cheaper alternative going forward

I’ve used these for helmets (Iron man, Black Panther, and Boba Fett) and they work great:
Wall Mounted Equestrian Helmet Rack https://www.amazon.com/dp/B008OB3Q9Y/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_fabt1_b9kXFbA7CVKTG?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1
They’re easy to install, sturdy, and pretty cheap. Depending on how protective/custom you want to get you could add some padding to it and could an art backdrop behind the helmet pretty easily if you prefer to have some flair behind the helmet. Haven’t found anything great to wall mount the gauntlet(s) so I currently just have them on top of a bookshelf but you might be able to find some floating shelving for them.
There are hangers especially for helmets, if you have a riding/equestrian store nearby they may be able to help.

I've got this helmet and love it. Look for a helmet with a magnetic buckle, so much easier to deal with when you have gloves on.

Here's a good place to start, not sure about your budget, these are all going to be $100+
I bought a cheap ski helmet which has made a fantastic difference. That, these overshoes (though when I bought them they were only $60; guess demand is higher as winter rolls in), waterproof gloves + large mittens over top keeps my extremities quite warm winter riding in WV. Definitely invest in some base layers. I'm usually fine with poly tops/bottoms, casual clothes, then a decent jacket and snow pants if it's particularly wet/cold. The main things are definitely your head, hands, and feet
Went ahead and ordered some so I'd have something when the board gets here on Wednesday. Went https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01K47RVSC/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_awdb_6FTvyb0GMVAEV for the helmet and https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00GG7AYLG/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_awdb_uHTvybZ125X37 for knee/elbow/wrist.
Went with a lower cost option because the reviews from the low end all the way to the top seemed pretty mixed. I'll let you guys know how it all works later in the week if I can get some decent weather to try it all out!
POC with Beats headphone inserts is the amazing! Especially when you don't have to deal with any heavy traffic. I take a 5 mile bike path to work so the helmet + music is a must! Defiantly worth the price. The only downside is it gets a little warm so I swap it out for a basic Triple 8 on occasion.
This is the one I have atm in orange
I like how it fits, it seems to be slowly stretching though. I wish the winter hit didn't cost $50 on top of the helmet itself.
I have a Giro Slingshot. I bought it because it was cheap and I was new to the sport. I wear it for boring, East Coast, all mountain resort skiing.
I don't like how bulky it is, and the design is silly. I would like bluetooth headphone pockets in the ear flaps.
I liked the price. I like that I have fallen on it and didn't get hurt.
