Sorry for the filthy car.... seriously though, these duckbills look so nice. There's a teensy gap near the middle top bit, but other than that it's perfect. If you've been thinking of getting one of these - do it!

Spoilers generally don't make noise
I've seen a few people with this duckbill and it looks good, thinking about picking one up myself. For $150 and already painted, it's a steal.
Monitor = OC refresh rate and you can put custom resolutions
CPU = Yes
GPU = YES
RAM = YES
PSU = You can't exactly OC it but you can replace the fan for better thermals/noise performance (This is not recommended as the PSU has many components and circuitry that could kill you during disassembly/assembly)
SSD/storage = Nope
Fans = Yes, you can always deliver more power than its suited via manual power delivery/improper power sources
Mouse/Keyboard/Controllers = Only terms of OC would be equal to putting macro mods to give you inputs that wouldn't be possible unless done via software.

I have the 3AMotor duckbill from Amazon. Installation, fitment, and paint are fantastic for $150! I had a hard time justifying a $300-400 OLM one

I've always like the yellow fog lamps/covers, so I may go that route if I don't add LED DRL to them.
I did add the lip. I had something flip up from the highway and gutted the guard that is usually under the front bumper and it made for a bit of an eye sore when you looked at the front end since you still saw where it clipped in. I ordered that off of Amazon. It's literally just a heavy duty foam/plastic that has really good 3M tape. Here's the link.
