Enough powder to make 9 gallons of gatorade for <$10.
Check by sinks and miocrowaves in breakrooms. But yeah we have fruit punch and lemon-lime Gatorade in soda fountains when they are working. Stuff general goes fast though and housekeeping or whatever takes a while to ever refill the stuff.

There's also just pure caffeine powder you can buy too. I may go that route too.
I like pickles and pickle juice too. I don't really salt my foods so I must get added sodium. I use broth, also. I increased my supply by power pumping every other day then just 1x a week and drinking these EVERYDAY, along with oatmilk or oatmeal. HUGE DIFFERENCE. i am still pumping and son is 7 months. I pump 7-10 oz in one session. and i am now able to go 4-6 hours between pumps.

I just buy these nearly 5lb tubs of gatorade powder and portion them into 1L (approx 50g) servings using a vacuum sealer. The tub makes about 32 liters or 9 gallons of gatorade for less than $10 which comes out to about $0.30/liter. It's not the best for you, it's not the lightest either, it's not intended for multiple times a day, but damn if it doesnt taste superb after a long hot day or at dinner with some cold fresh spring water. Other times I simply use Nuun tabs which very few of those do I like, fav, Wild Berry w/caffeine
Let me highly recommend buying these.

While I understand Skratch or some other stuff is better, the gatorade powder makes 94 bottles for $10. So around 10 cents per bottle. I 'll take that over Skratch that can make 20 bottles for $20, so a dollar a bottle. I think Nuun ends up being around 60 cents a tablet (40 tables for $25). It adds up if you are going through 1-2 bottles a session.

They make gatorade packets for water bottles now. There's also propel ones, and random brands have electrolyte ones, including store brands.

You can find it in grocery stores cheaper. But even on amazon, 50 for $15.

Gatorade sells a ~100 serving tin of powder on Amazon for $12 that you could mix a little bit with to improve the taste. Some preworkout sugars are always good
Pickle juice is great as another "sports drink". It is also great for headaches and cramps.
