You can wear it 24/7. No issue with cutting off blood flow because the ring size is a larger diameter than what I've measured behind my glans (~19mm circumference). The only issue I've had is if the ring is too tight (less than 22mm), not all of the urine will come out without some coaxing after peeing. I've settled on this ring:

I got a silicone ring since it's safe for me to wear at work. Discovered I like the feel/comfort of a silicone ring more than a metal one. You can get a pack of them for pretty cheap. Win win win.

Thanks! The blouse is from Zara and the necklace is from amazon. Be warned that the lobster clasp on the necklace is plastic garbage and broke immediately - but I replaced it with a metal one I had handy and now the necklace is good to go. :)

I got these BCW sleeves, 500 for about $16 USD. They shuffle well, and seem fairly durable. Only had 1 of the 1400 I used rip so far. Spent under $50 to sleeve all of Legendary heroes set (no Villians or Fear Itself).
