24g of protein in a scoop of NowSports Pea Protein. A scoop or two a day with some PB thrown in to cut the foaminess and add flavor will help you hit your goal easily. It's also the cheapest protein powder I've ever seen. 2lb for $16, 7lb for $45. 120 calories, no saturated fats, and lots of iron. It doesn't taste good alone (unflavored, hence my PB suggestion), but it goes great in smoothies and shakes.
I have turned "bacon tho" carnist friends onto this based on the price alone.
Also, maybe think about replacing whatever vegan milk you might use with Silk Protein NutMilk. 10g of pea protein in an 8oz serving, with basically no fat.
on gold whey is one of the more popular choices, available at stores and such is priced on average 58.99 for 5 pounds at around 11.80 per pound.
I buy pea protein from amazon Link at 7 pounds for 43.99 which ends up being 6.28 per pound
If you shop around you can find a good deal on veggie protein powders pretty easily
If you're looking for a vegan protein powder I really like the Garden of Life ones.
This is the one I get:https://www.amazon.com/Garden-Life-Organic-Vitamins-Probiotics/dp/B007SYT7LO/ref=sr_1_3_a_it?ie=UTF8&qid=1525201950&sr=8-3&keywords=garden%2Bof%2Blife%2Bvanilla%2Bprotein&th=1
I usually do a scoop of powder, a cup of almond milk, and 140g of frozen strawberries. It's pretty tasty and ~200 cals.
I'm not coming from a pregnancy perspective, but with what you're eliminating, it's gonna be REALLY tough. You could eat 10-cups of broccoli, spinach and bok choy all day and probably hit your macros and protein, but that's gonna be a death-march and your stomach is gonna struggle to keep up.
I think that given your other struggles, finding a Pea Protein that you can manage is going to be your absolute best bet. It's easy on the stomach, and basically pure protein. This one is 8g protein to 35 cal and it's unflavored.
Try to introduce it everywhere and see where it's most palatable. It doesn't have to be smoothies: if you're making a soup, thicken it with pea protein. If you're baking, throw some into the dough. If you're instapot-ing or crockpot-ing, throw it in. If you eat basically "as is" and throw in 8 tbsp of that pea protein SOMEWHERE every day: you'll have your lower-bound guaranteed with very little additional volume.
Protein "milk shakes" are also a great way to sneak in extra nutrients.
Orgain's Vegan Creamy Chocolate Fudge is my go to. Blending it with some spinach, milk, half a banana and some ice always tricks me body into believing it is drinking a chocolate milk shake- it tastes that good!

You can get a large tub for around $20 on Amazon.

PS- As a fellow twin I just wanted to say how lucky your sister is to have you. <3
Orgain Organic Plant Based Protein Powder in Sweet Vanilla Bean - Amazon. I blend it with 8 ounces of unsweetened almond milk and 10 ice cubes.
pea protein powder. you can add it in dairy free milk, oatmeal, and dairy free yogurt! :)
my local walmart & vitamin stores carry this brand as well pea protein
Orgain Organic Plant Based Protein Powder, Vanilla Bean - Vegan, Low Net Carbs, Non Dairy, Gluten Free, Lactose Free, No Sugar Added, Soy Free, Kosher, Non-GMO, 2.03 Pound (Packaging May Vary) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00J074W7Q/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_fabt1_o-YTFbTTXPYXH try this. You can hide it in drinks or yogurt pancakes etc.
I break out with acne every time I drink a whey shake, so I switched to plant-based protein powders a few years ago. I tried a few hemp powders and they tasted awful. I found a powder I really like from the Orgain brand. It's comparable in taste and texture to some of the whey powders I used to drink. They sell it at Costco in Southern California on sale at $24 for 2.74 lbs, which I stock up on, otherwise it's $30 normally. You can also get it off Amazon.
Note: Do not get Vanilla bean, it tastes awful.

I do, I usually have a scoop or two a day. I like blends. True Nutrition vegan protein optimizer is my favorite (45% pea, 45% rice, 10% hemp). And it's cheap, $9/lb. You can also build your own blend on their website, it's super easy. And they have a coupon that saves you 5% off site-wide, never expires "GOVEGAN"
I also hear good things about Orgain, but haven't tried it. Saw it on amazon earlier for $17 ($8.50/lb) https://www.amazon.com/Orgain-Organic-Protein-Powder-Chocolate/dp/B00J074W94/?th=1
Orgain protein powder is $10.95/lb amazon: https://www.amazon.com/Orgain-Organic-Protein-Vanilla-Packaging/dp/B00J074W94?th=1
Truenutrition is $9.50 / lb (Plus $7 flat rate shipping, you choose how many lbs): https://truenutrition.com/p-1169-vegan-protein-optimizer-formula-1lb.aspx?
Non-whey and non-plant, so are you basically specifically looking for egg protein recommendations?
I usually recommend Orgain, but it's plant based. However, it tastes great! And it's easy to get at Costco or Amazon.
Not OP, but I use pea protein in pancakes and baking and I use this one from Amazon
Orgain is the best I have tried.

It's currently on sale for a great price, but from Amazon it's usually about $21-22 a container, which comes to $1.10 per serving, which is still much cheaper than what you're using now.
Chocolate is definitely the better flavor, and looking at the label it's not actually hemp. But it's cheap, tasty, and good enough.
Oh awesome.
You can hit a high protein requirement on a vegan diet. I drink protein powder too, and while I tried two vegan protein powder brands that were gross, Orgain Creamy Chocolate Fudge has been really good, and doesn't include soy. There's also Ripple brand Pea Milk, that's more protein dense than cow milk, which doesn't include soy, and there are nut milk which have a high amount of protein which are also soy free.
While tofu and soy based alternative meat are off-limits, there's Seitan, which is very protein dense (100 calories have 20g of protein) and apparently can be used to make a legit steak, which is still crazy to me.
This one doesn't have that chalky taste. I tried it and recommend it.

I usually get the Walmart brand but I wanted to try something new so right now I have the Amazon brand but they're both great.
whole milk all the way
1-2 scoops ice cream
1 banana
peanut butter
frozen berries
add whole milk until smooth
Why is your protein goal 85g/day? Protein intake should be calculated using lean body massage not total body weight. I use pea protein powder. It is very affordable and it's taste is pretty easy to disguise. You can get it in bulk on Amazon for $0.45 a serving: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00JL6ZKFE/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_88OCzbC5FXGJH
I have this same problem and I LOVE the Orgain protein powder. Sold here on Amazon, or at Costco.
I've always just ordered it online. I'm assuming they would ship to Australia?? But I couldn't say for sure.
EDIT: You can get it on Amazon. Australians have Amazon.....Right???
Not just Pedia-Sure, but also the Carnation breakfast drinks. My fruend had the same issue, not really gaining weight and her doctor told her mother to give her these drinks. She gained weight.
If you’re worried about the sugar content, go for the ones from Amazon - these
They’re good and I use them for myself and my children. When my youngest went through a period of vomiting so much he was losing weight, this drink helped him gain it back.
Your dad’s a douche for installing all those buttons, and I’m sorry. But I also applaud you, because you recognize that thtese buttons were installed. You’re miles better than he ever was.
I can also relate to the little girl wanting her daddy thing - I have had the same moments, even now even though he’s passed. I want the daddy I thought I had back, not this THING that he became. hugs if you want them.

I use this protein, with the subscribe & save discount + 5% amazon credit card discount, it cost me about .75 cent a serving. Plus it tastes good.
Anthony's Premium Pea Protein, 2 lb, Plant Based, Gluten Free, Unflavored, Vegan, Keto Friendly https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01COARRFE/ref=cm_sw_r_em_apa_i_TbKhFbT7138CR
This is what i buy, but really you can't go wrong. Pea protein is amazing. Calorie for calorie peas actually have more grams of protein than meat. I like to mix this stuff into my oatmeal or pancake batter, but really it can go into anything.
Oh and rubbing olive oil and Montreal steak seasoning into portobello mushroom then grilling will give you amazing burgers. I like pinapple and chao cheese on mine. Sweet baby rays is vegan and adds a little something.
I just started my switch from whey to vegan powders too like a month ago. Ordered this one on amazon. $7.50/lb is super cheap by my books. I don't know about flavored ones, but as far as I can tell this is about as cheap as it gets for unflavored.
I drink an orgain protein shake within 15 mins after every workout. Timing is important. I drink it on site, I don't wait to get home to drink it. It tastes good, and it's super easy on my digestive system because it's all plant based.
I typically bring it pre-mixed in this shaker bottle.
I'm guessing the same thing. My acne whenever I bulk is almost always due to either dairy or creatine, which is a huge breakout trigger for guys.
This is the dairy-free protein powder I'd recommend:
For what it's worth I think most (all?) protein powders are classified as "food" with regular nutrition labels and made from normal foods. E.g. pea protein is a common "vegan protein" and is just ground-up peas with the starch washed away. Protein powders can also be made from rice, soy, seeds, etc.
This protein powder is a good way to get veggie servings in and it doesn't taste like vegetables and is GD friendly. You can mix it with berries, almond milk or another liquid. I haven't tried this flavor but personally I like the coconut almond one I think it is. https://www.amazon.com/Vega-Protein-Greens-Vanilla-Servings/dp/B00MYRXIIS/ref=sr\_1\_17?crid=34ZQWG18BSZKA&keywords=vegan+protein+powder+sport+almond&qid=1660059506&rdc=1&s=hpc&sprefix=vegan+protein+powder+sport+almond%2Chpc%2C...
