The review is under the 2-star reviews. But MAN are there are a lot of 1-star reviews. I’m never ever going to buy this. Never.
(I mean I live in an apartment and don’t have a backyard, but still)

It’s on sale right now for the next 4 hours via Amazon. Great for washes and doesn’t require a pressure washer.
My buddy had a small patch and used a trimmer with a wheel-base. I think it was this:
BLACK+DECKER 3-in-1 String Trimmer/Edger & Lawn Mower, 6.5-Amp, 12-Inch (MTE912) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00HH4K6XS/
Ive done all the research. Buy this one. Don’t buy any that have the wheel to adjust the setting. This one is all brass and is solid
Alternatively, a Sun Joe SPX3000 Pressure Washer is currently $150 at Amazon. This is a 120V electric pressure washer, they are generally significantly less powerful than gas models, but this is a top-end electric model so surprisingly capable and totally suitable for home use.
If you can deal with a cord, I have one of these (best seller on Amazon) used 2 seasons that works fine which I'd sell for $60
I have a Sun Joe one from Amazon. Works well enough.

You can also rent the HD truck for 20 bucks an hour and get the tow version.
The "portable" ones are only good for branches no thicker than 2". Anything more than that and they won't be able to do it, or you will be fighting with them the whole time and having a hard time.
I rent the tow behind one once a year in the spring to do brush cleanup. Makes the work super easy.
If everything you have is small, and sub 2", you can buy an electric chipper for ~100 bucks. No idea how good they are, but they get solid reviews.
Likewise your town probably does brush pickup. Ours will pick up stuff once a week as long as its no longer than 3 feet and no more than 4" thick and you follow their rules for bunldling or containers for it. They mulch it all up, and also offer the mulch for free to town residents, or will deliver it to you for like 20 bucks a load. (not the greatest of mulch when it comes to consistency, you wouldn't want it in your front flower garden, but if you are just doing mulchy stuff its fine)
I did an analysis a while back based on psi, gpm, $ and wand connections. Ended up whittling it down to a Sun Joe. Turns out it's the number one seller on Amazon so I guess I wasn't too far off in my conclusion. I haven't pulled the trigger yet (pun intended) but it'll be my first choice for replacing my current machine this spring.

Plug in electric mowers work well depending on the size of the lawn. No messing with gas and in general they just work. They can be bought from amazon for $150 https://www.amazon.com/GreenWorks-25022-Corded-20-Inch-Mower/dp/B002ZVOLXE/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1489603128&sr=8-2&keywords=greenworks+mower
You do need to mow in a pattern that starts closest to the place you are plugged in at and moving out from there. So long as you do that managing the cord is no big deal. The plug in ones also tend to be really light and easy to push.
$150 for the most popular pressure washer on amazon 4k reviews! a lot of people pressure wash it seems haha.
Foamaster. Slightly smaller version of the NuCalgon coil gun. Half the price. Originally bought it to wash my car before I saw the NuCalgon version in RE Michel one day. Works pretty good! There's cheaper versions on Amazon. Adjustable dilution for different lighter or heavier soil buildup.
I got this one from Amazon for power washing patio, driveway, and house. Have loved it so far. Good for quick around the house stuff without having to worry about the gas engine complications that could come along later.

Green Works is an ok brand. I wouldn't get one if you have a lot of stuff to power wash, but if you have a really small property or space they will work fine.
I got this one as a gift and it works really, really well.
I bought this 6 years ago when I got my house and it does the job. Still works great and will be using it today actually.

I have this one:
It's corded, so you have to buy a cord, but I like it because you don't have to mess with batteries or gas. Push a button and it starts. I've had it for 3 years, it'll cut through anything, it's a beast.
I just bought a SunJoe from Amazon for about 160$ and it works great, I washed my car with it today. 2000 psi and 1.76 gpm. My father has the same one and he loves it, it comes w a 2 year warranty as well.

I have a similar setup. This past summer being the first one with my Landroid, I tried running a wire between the cracks of the sidewalk that run every two feet or so. While I love my Landroid, I wouldn't recommend running the wire to that area.
Due to the area in front of my house being narrow, the Landroid would often bounce around off the permitter wire excessively. Also, the curb between the street and my parkway is rounded. It took many readjustments before I was able to reach the point where it wouldn't slightly slide down the curb and my phone would start beeping "Outside of Permitter Wire".
I bought a cheap, lightweight electric Black & Decker Three-in-One Mower, Trimmer, Edger that I primarily use as my trimmer around my fence line. Next spring, it is unlikely that I will lay the perimeter wire to that small area and instead, I'll just quickly trim it with my electric trimmer. For me, it is much less of a hassle.
I use a Sun Joe. It’s not great but definitely good enough. I did have to order an extension hose to get around each car in one continuous circle. I also upgraded a few fittings based on comments on other detailing sites.

Can someone help me find a swivel to fit on my pressure washer handle?
I have this pressure washer:

Sun joe told me they do not make a swivel to fit on the gun, and I can’t find a solution. I’d like to not have a series of adapters if possible. Thanks!

This is what I have. It works for what I want it to do. I would appreciate a little more horsepower to get through knotty wood but I have leaned to avoid sizes and shapes that Tend to jam it.
I got this one. Won’t really use the detergent tank since I also bought the foam cannon (linked).

Works well for my scale. I pick up sticks when I walk the dog. When the pile gets big I rip em up and store them in a garbage can to add periodically to my greens.
Get a gas one for sure. I got started on this one, and it is more than enough for side hustle starter jobs: Simpson Cleaning MSH3125 MegaShot Gas Pressure Washer Powered by Honda GC190, 3200 PSI at 2.5 GPM, black https://www.amazon.com/dp/B004MXKUCY/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apip_ZGYGJRrX7kBfJ

I didn't want to handle maintaining a heavy gas engine for something I was only going to use 1-2 times a year.
I would recommend getting a cleaner, as removing some really stuck on stains with just water can end up causing damage to whatever its stuck to (I accidentally removed some mortar when I had mildew on it, its not a big deal to me since its veneer and our house is ugly anyway).
I personally didn't find gloves were too big a deal with this one, but you will definitely need to wear either sandals or rubber boots, and some goggles.
Okay years ago I was researching pressure washers and came to the conclusion there's no point in buying a cheaper one because the pumps are either not replaceable, or easily replaceable. Most of the washers 250 and under and made to just be replaced when broken, and judging by how all my friends washers have broken compared to what I bought I'd say this is true.
I bought a Simpson that uses a Honda motor which is very reliable, and the pump assembly can be bought and replaced easily; as the motor will by far outlast the pump.
I use mine every year and then rent it to friends for a week at a time for a small fee to cover the pump when it starts going out.
TLDR- Spend 400 once rather than 200 twice or more.
