Found it! Well, like this anyway, maybe there is a better one that allows for smoother range of motion.
I got my first pole a few months ago off Amazon, I have some rooms with 9 ft ceilings and some with 12 so I needed something that would extend further too. The pole I got fits 9ft ceilings perfectly but you can get the extender for it which I have heard works great if you need it to go even higher. Here’s the link

This one has a lock so you can make it spin or not. I'm not 100% sure how that works without having one in front of me.
If you look at the Amazon page, you can get a good idea of what parts they're using, and how big they are.
I think if you made 2 identical bases with bearings in them like the 15" diameter one in the link, 2 of those shearing shafts, and some of the different lengths of pole it could work. It would just be one that only spins and doesn't lock.
It's all metal fabrication though, so your cost might get high.

I was away from it for the three months. I did a lot of biking, planks, different variations of crunches. My teacher then started doing private lessons in her back yard. I thought I was going to be so rusty but I felt like doing those core workouts made me stronger. If you keep working on your core you won’t lose it.
