This little book had some stylistic and practical advice:

though not much on the business side of things so you'll be on your own as far as getting published. Like other have said, LNs are not really made in the West (though they are marketed here) and the chances of getting published as a foreigner in Japan or China are probably not very good.
In school we had a book that had the major stories that are often alluded to in pop media (prodigal son, 30 pieces of silver/judas, garden of Eden, etc etc) and examples of such allusions like Pradise Lost & Chronicles of Narnia. I can't remember the exact title but it was something like Biblical Allusions or Dictionary of Biblical References or something like that. I found a couple online that looked the same/similar like this one and this one so if you don't get any other responses maybe you could compare these / other academic books?
Your handwriting is mostly printing. Do you want to learn cursive? I suggest you buy a book on Amazon to learn cursive. It will be faster and more readable than printing and will last you a lifetime. A good starter Cursive Workbook I know it sounds arduous but trust me on this. I taught my daughter this way and she takes the most incredible notes and it greatly facilitates her studying and recall. It takes practice but once you learn it you never forget it. Once you learn the basics, take just a regular lined pad of paper and do an entire page of capital “A”s and an entire page of small “a”s then and entire page of capital “B”s and so on for the entire alphabet. Go through the alphabet like that 3 times and do a couple workbooks and you will be golden. It will enhance your retention and absorption of the material presented more than you can imagine.
I liked Getting the Knack by Stephen Dunning & William Stafford.
Didn’t mean it in a bad way. If you’re interested in learning cursive, this is a good book to start.

There's also a book called How to Write Light Novels and Webnovels for sale on Amazon. There are no startling insights in it, but if you haven't read anything on the subject, you might learn a thing or two.
Not sure how old your kids are, but maybe you could look at this book with them. The language is super simple, and even though it’s aimed at school age kids, it helped me improve my writing skills as an adult.
I've been meaning to order this book: I've been playing around with the ideas from Steve Peha that I've been able to find online. I have a pdf of chapter 8 (punctuation) from his book--if you want to PM me, I'm happy to share! Haven't had a chance to implement much, but it's definitely gotten me thinking!
