This one. It's absolutely Suicide Notes.
OP is confused by this novel which is inspired by the comic strip:

It looks good but it's definitely not by Watterson or anything.
Turtles All the Way Down Is a beautiful, well-written and accurate description of a teen girl struggling with OCD.
There's a series about these two young girls at a boarding school who open a "detective agency" and try to solve murders. It's a series. The first book is called Murder is Bad Manners
Very entertaining and really nothing to do with romantic relationships.
Hello Everyone!
My new YA book Talk will be available for FREE on Saturday November 3
All her life Susie Hale was told not to ask questions. Not to talk. Don't wake your sister.
The silence was killing her. That was all she had. No answers. Silence. Pretend that nothing was wrong. That everything was all part of the adventure. Moving from one small town to another, living out of a car, and later on the streets.
Her father, George Hale a charming man, who chose to live an unconventional life, and stubbornly forced those ideals on his family.
He drank. He would pick fights. He would disappear for days on end only to return and uproot them from their life and they would find some new place to live. The Hales lived on the run for years, always looking over their shoulder. As the family fractured, Susie and her sister Mary had to stick together as they weathered their parents' lies, abuse, and found the will to set out on their own and make a life for themselves. The silence was killing Susie. It was time to talk.

Buy one from Amazon and set the delivery to her house. New ones from $3.65, in my country, that's £2.50 - With P&P it's $7.64/£5.37.
It's considerably cheap, and I'm sure she has enough time reading the first three books you have received, for you to raise $7.64. :/
There's a book that's not necessarily about self harm but more about suicide and this boy's experience in the mental hospital after a failed attempt to commit suicide. I thought it was a really good book and I think you should look into it even though it's not exactly what you're asking for. It's called Suicide Notes by Michael Thomas Ford. So when I read your story, it immediately reminded me of a book I've read because the main character had exactly the same thing that you describe. Here's a link to the book if you want to check it out:
I know it's just a fictional novel, but the author did a lot of research and her character's disorder is based on a real life form of OCD, which is classified as an anxiety disorder. So this could definitely be an extension of your anxiety. I would highly recommend talking to your doctor/therapist about these thoughts. Of course you would never do anything bad, but the thoughts clearly make you very uncomfortable, and they can help make them go away with treatment that works for you! Hope this helps.
when i first picked up It's Kind Of A Funny Story for a highschool independent reading class, i thought it wouldn't be anything special. i was determined to just skim through it, write my weekly required book report on it, and be done with it.
i could not. put. that. book. down. it is engrossing, and unfortunately very relatable for me personally. i highly recommend it.
that'll do pig
Chopsticks by Jessica Anthony and Rodrigo Corral has a corresponding iPhone/iPad/iPod app that gives readers a deeper interaction with the book through music, videos, and more.
Here's the goodreads page for the book. It's not exactly like what you're talking about, but it's an interesting foray into multimedia interaction.
