its from the always sunny in philadelphia "self-help" book
you can buy it on amazon
This is the one my wife got for me off of Amazon, preordered it the day it went live lol. I think it has all the art from S1 plus a ton of other interesting visual stuff; they have some layouts for their camera pathing within the 3D environments, pretty neat that it's included but it's also a big part of how they plan out each episode/scene.
When the show started my wife loved the concept art so much I made her a fun 'concept art' book snagging a bunch of whatever art I could find off of Favreau's twitter and throwing it into a nice Shutterfly photo book. Nowhere near as complete as the official one though :)
I had to get my sunglasses to read this hot take.
If you don’t like to read that’s cool, but I got a suggestion that could change it (if you watched The Wire).
this book interviewed everyone in The Wire and has a very cool behind the scenes of the whole series. It has lots of great stories.
One thing, w/o spoiling, is that they actually filmed in West Baltimore.
I recommend Heroes' Feast. It has over a dozen in universe feasts and even a few tavern menus.
It also has some great recipes that taste delicious.

There's a whole bunch of video game, tv show, and movie based cook books. I personally recommend the Elder Scrolls one
I wanted to share, but I don't want to give away too much. You should really support the team and buy the book yourself! It's a little over $20 USD on Amazon right now! https://www.amazon.com/BoJack-Horseman-Art-Before-Horse/dp/1419727737
The girl who got mauled by a lion worked in the costume department of GOT, the lead costume designer was Michelle Clapton I believe. HBO published a book documenting the costumes on GOT and it was glorious

If you are into learning more about the costumes and their representations, I highly recommend this book. A Kitchenaid mixer if you don’t have one already! I got one for my bf’s birthday this year, because he’s a chef and loves to cook, too! You can get so many cool attachments for it to make homemade pasta, sausage, all kinds of stuff. I also got him a cookbook with recipes all from his favorite video game, Elder Scrolls! I’m sure there’s a DnD one out there!
Edit to add: DnD Cookbook!
I bought my partner this book since he loves the show. I recommend it if you love the show. It shows the process and art behind it.
The Art Before the Horse is an excellent read. Does a deep dive into every single facet of creating the show, including memos about the pilot to and from Netflix, thoughts about character design and development and multiple examples of how each characters look evolved. Kind of a must have.
I devoured Future Noir throughout the ‘90s, so finally being able to watch the Workprint was a literal dream come true.
Yup - and it’s not even that expensive. It’s also a nice read completely separate from the recipes. It’s not going to be campaign changing and it’s not going to let you avoid that TPK that your DM is secretly planning, but it’s cool to sit and read while your red wine sauce reduces.

If this is the book I think it is, I got it for my brother as a gift for Christmas years ago. I think he lost it though which is super lame. I personally have not read it. But it's called "It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia: The 7 Secrets of Awakening the Highly Effective Four-Hour Giant, Today."

I like providing finger foods for snacks, because they don't get your hands too messy before handling your character sheets and die. Charcuterie boards are always appreciated.
For breaks I try to make fantasy appropriate foods, often from the D&D cookbook. Particular winners are the elven bread and the tide-me-overs (meatballs). I've also provided "tavern" food - sausages, peasant bread, ale (or ginger ale, for the underage).
And if you don't want to go through the hassle, pizza is always a good bet, especially among college students.
To be honest, I think the other post linked by u/ChitlinNoodleSoup very much is on point.
But for me just watching it, it makes me think of Rhonda & Jimmy's doin-it scene in S1. Apparently, in the book All the Pieces Matter, Deirdre Lovejoy (Rhonda) says that the scene was hilariously directed (by whomever the director was), where he would have them like, moan in sync, and then he'd suddenly scream, "CLIMAX NOW!!!!!" And then everyone on set found it absolutely hilarious, so someone put that phrase on a T-shirt and gave it out as a crew wrap gift lol.
From thereon out, any sex scene in the show, I can't help but think of that director screaming that out.
But to answer OP's Q, def felt like release of tension for more than one character, and it was an economic way to show two types at once. For one, frustration, and fighting against something that isn't gonna change. For another, kinda new and hopeful. And the juxtaposition/ contrast between the two types of tension-release.
Heroes Feast has the recipe for Otik's Spiced Potatoes. I've made them and they are the best potatoes I've ever eaten.
There is an official licensed poster that is easily available - I have one and it’s great.
There are lots of x-files action figures on eBay.
I’d recommend this book X-Files Official Archives
I’d search eBay for the funko pops too.
They talk about it a little in the book All The Pieces Matter.. it was a conscious decision by the show to put him in the bar, but they never got around to developing the storyline further. Well, save for the toilet graffiti I guess.
You can get it on Amazon!
