They make tv stands with built in TV mounts. Ikea has one for their Besta line of furniture. Something like that should allow you to raise the TV and put speakers below. It looks like a wall mounted TV without needing to drill holes in the wall. Here's the Ikea version: https://m.ikea.com/ca/en/catalog/products/art/20330599/
Another option is to get a universal VESA TV stand and raise the height of the TV. Here's one example:

And a final suggestion: I don't care if I get downvoted for suggesting this, but I was in a similar situation and went with a Bose Soundtouch soundbar. Zero regrets. I figured if I'm going to go down the downsizing path, I might as well go all-in and have a simple, clean setup. It sounds great for a soundbar, especially a Bose one. It's pricey, but there are cheaper options available like the DefTech W Studio and Studio Micro or Sony HT-Z9F.
I have a TCL as well and tried doing this but my feet only would go on the stock way. I purchased this to avoid having to buy a new surface to put the TV on and I couldn’t be happier. Easy installation and looks very sharp.
get this TV stand to replace the stock legs of your TV https://www.amazon.com/PERLESMITH-Universal-Swivel-Stand-Base/dp/B07T72QG3K
This way you can raise the TV, and put the Center under the TV.
I got the tv stand on Amazon . It actually went on sale the day after I ordered it but I really like the aesthetic of it. It was the only one I could find that would fit my center and AVR nicely. The plant I just put together with items from hobby lobby.
Like this one? I just bought one of these for an LG I had with no stand and it is the most stable base I've ever felt on a flat screen TV
Bricks, text books, reams of paper, scrap wood… cover with fabric to make it look nice.
Or you can buy one of these: PERLESMITH Universal TV Stand - Table Top TV Stand for 37-55 inch LCD LED TVs - Height Adjustable TV Base Stand with Tempered Glass Base & Wire Management, VESA 400x400mm https://www.amazon.com/dp/B077MJZ6ZG/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glt_fabc_1PX81V61H1H6P3BVQ5F0
Something like this is what you’re looking for.
No, I wouldn’t. Get something like this: https://smile.amazon.com/dp/B07T72QG3K/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_-HayFbG4GFE26
Or this: https://smile.amazon.com/dp/B01HE1IVNA/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_6JayFbX8JQ85H
I would say either:
I got this table stand that uses the mounting screws. It works amazingly well!
Echogear Universal Large TV Stand - Height Adjustable Base for TVs Up to 77" - Wobble-Free Replacement Stand Works w/ Any TV Including Vizio, TCL, Samsung & More - Flat Design Compatible w/ Soundbars https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07YN7VRK8/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glt_fabc_R144Y9CR67PEEZGPZ0FC?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1
Really hard to see everything with those 2 pics. There's a lot of smart people on here that might have creative ideas.
Also seeing how it's a basement, how set are the walls currently in place? Might open other possibilities.
Also getting a shorter TV stand and using something like this might give you the clearance you need for a center channel.

Get an adjustable TV stand, replaces the stock one and attaches to the TV like a wall mount bracket would.
https://www.amazon.com/PERLESMITH-Universal-Swivel-Stand-Base/dp/B07T72QG3K
This way you can remove the stock legs, raise the tv up enough to put the center channel under the TV.
this tv stand or something similar. Let’s you raise it to whatever reasonable height you need. Works like a mount but sits on a stand.
You could purchase a stand that attaches to the VESA mount on the back of the TV. Here is an example from Amazon:
PERLESMITH Universal Swivel TV Stand / Base - Table Top TV Stand for 37-65 inch LCD LED TVs - Height Adjustable TV Mount Stand with Tempered Glass Base, VESA 600x400mm, Holds up to 88lbs https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07T72QG3K/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_fabt1_fKVUFbTF37N7H
I got the same TV this year and I spent ages trying to find a good looking table stand since I needed the height of the TV to go up(44 inches floor to center of TV), but didn't have a wall to mount on. Ended up with this one per some reddit threads and it's been solid.

~~TV mount is not a wall mount. Search Amazon.~~ Should have said TV stand w/mount - like this one. I've been using it with my KS since purchase, keeps the set at eye level when I'm sitting on my couch.
It's not attached to the TV table. I wanted to raise the height of the TV so the center channel could fit in there. I'm just using this table top mount from Amazon - https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01N0VNIA9/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s01?ie=UTF8&psc=1
Personally I’m not fan of the LG stands this includes the OLEDs, I bought a replacement stand on Amazon and I prefer the way it looks.

You will need about 59" of clearance to be able to have tv fit with the legs right on it. I would do an even 60" just to give it space.
My table was not long enough but it is a fairly nice one and would cost more to replace it so I purchased these and they work really well.
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07YN7VRK8/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
I use this PERLESMITH stand with my 65" X950G and highly recommend it.
https://www.amazon.com/PERLESMITH-Universal-Stand-Plasma-Screen/dp/B07XLMQ39D/
There are lower cost options out there but the universal stand was a bargain compared to purchasing a new TV stand. I liked this one over some of the cheaper options because it has a thicker tempered glass base and the footprint is wider and deeper than the cheaper stands for excellent stability.
what about table top tv mounts
https://www.amazon.com/Fitueyes-Universal-Tabletop-Adjustable-Tempered/dp/B018I1XTFU
Unless you mostly watch TV standing up, not ideal. Front firing speakers sound their best when they are closer to the ear level.
Have you thought about getting a VESA mount TV stand like this one? (I am not necessarily endorsing that particular product as I haven't used it, but something similar to it.) If you look at the product reviews, many use it with the soundbar underneath (there are few photos with a soundbar underneath).
If you can't mount it to the wall easily and want it up higher than your stand, why not go with something like this? It's not exactly the most elegant solution, but with how the C8 has the mount way at the bottom of the unit, it makes wall mounting more difficult for sure. Mine barely fit on my IKEA Framsta setup, and I'm considering taking that down and mounting directly to the wall for a slightly better placement, even though it's going to be a PITA to do so.

My desk has a wall across the back of it -- can't use a monitor arm. The TV stand was "a happy little mistake" that worked perfectly lol.
I don't know how helpful this is, as the item is no longer in stock, but I have mounted both a 50in and 60in TV on this stand without any issues
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00IUUN6L2/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1
I'm going to buy this the height would be perfect if it was one or two inches higher.
