>ATD 1.2 Adjustable Torque Driver
This torque driver is sufficient for smaller items and travel assembly. But you may want a larger torque wrench for things like rotors, cassettes, bottom brackets that could come undone.

These, the rounded hook worked the best. After letting them soak in bleach water I used that one to go underneath or the middle and pluck them off. Not easy and is a long process, but worth it at least for me. Lol

You might have to take a look at changing the 4 Nec tokin on the back of the console first, they're very hard to remove if you're not equipped, I personally use a hot air station (Quick) have to crank up to 500° and 120 on air flow (basically maxed out everything the hot air can do) then remove the plastic cover of the nec tokin to heat up properly the solder under the nec.
Don't forget to use kapton tape, life saver on this stuation.
Once you're good with the 4 Nec Tokin go for a simple RSX deliding (DO NOT TOUCH CELL AS IT IS YOUR 1ST TIME)
Warm up the IHS (450° it's ok) then simply use this blue Tool on the left, very easy to delid RSX with it !
Replace thermal under and on top of IHS and you're good
Plug it in, pray af, if no luck, you either have bad BGA soldering (reflow with flux) or a fucked 4/8 nec tokin left.
Usually, when it's nec tokin related (not enough nec replaced) your console stay on for longer, might do a video of it to show you
Have a look at this, very handy.

The best and easiest way is an Ez Out broken bolt/screw extractor from any auto parts or hardware store. You could also drill it out starting with a tiny drill bit and working your way up in size. Just don't damage the bolt hole threads.
I have this set and it's fantastic price:quality. As far as non-power tools go, this covers pretty much everything I need around the house and working on my cars, except for a hammer and wonder bar. I think I remember buying it at Menards for $50 on sale.
I'm a huge fan of Hitachi power tools. Excellent quality for very reasonable price. Lifetime warranty. The 18v drill/impact combo is like $115 on Amazon.
The biggest helper of all the tools I own is the oscillating tool. I have this Porter Cable model that has served me veyr well, but ANY oscillating tool will do. Uses include: scraping up stuff like old stick-down tile (with a scraper blade), cutting holes in things like drywall where a utility knife would be a lot of work, removing old caulking (scraper blade again), small cuts on things like trim, sanding into corners (such as when refinishing a hardwood floor), and the list is basically infinite in my mind.
Other handy homeowner power tools include (in order of my preference) an air compressor, angle grinder (be safe with it!), bench grinder (sharpen your own mower blades, etc), reciprocating saw, and circular saw. The last two are more useful if you're doing more DIY projects but the others are really handy to have all the time.
Try and make a bundle of 36 CAT6 cables sometime, keeping them straight and organized and neat. Time how long it takes you to make it look clean and professional. Visit /r/cableporn for examples.
Then, try and make the same bundle with a cable comb. Time how long it takes. Compare the results.
I pulled a 36 cable CAT6 bundle mid last week, out to just over 100 ft. Took all of about 10 minutes to completely untangle, straighten, and secure the entire run, making a nice, tight bundle, with the $45 Cable Comb I ordered off Amazon a few days before. Absolutely 100% worth it for bundles larger than 10.

I bought a set of picks and I end up using them so much for faucet repairs, pulling hair out of drains, unclogging tubes of silicone and other random shit. So useful.

Tbh if you are looking for an all around homeowner set off Amazon I would look at https://www.amazon.com/Crescent-CTK170CMP2-Mechanics-Tool-170-Piece/dp/B00F4AVRGW/ref=mp_s_a_1_3?dchild=1&keywords=crescent+tool+set&qid=1625544868&sprefix=crescent+tool&sr=8-3 then just pick any 12 or 16 oz hammer from a box store or Amazon to pair with it.
I will always post this on a 10mm joke. You can get on Amazon and buy sets of just 10mm assorted sockets! This is my go-to gift for my car/motorcycle mechanic friends.

They make screw removal tool kits like: https://www.amazon.com/Damaged-Screw-Remover-Extractor-EasyOut/dp/B07HGSPQDV/ref=sr_1_4?dchild=1&keywords=screw+removal&qid=1619010634&sr=8-4
Another option would be to get a drill bit that is smaller than the screw and drill out the center which would compromise the screws integrity/maybe loosen it so you can remove it easier but you have no idea how deep it goes and you could drill into the camera.
Personally, I'd take it to a camera shop. This can't be the first time someone's had this problem.
Its not a bradawl as those have a flat tip. It does look like an awl but I believe its just a straight pick from a precision pick set. Tekton has sets that look similiar to what you have.
Top to bottom looks off but hard to tell from that angle.
Get one of these. Its saved me a ton in grading fees.
I found several replacement parts on ebay. I replaced my USB-C port and antenna cable. -> The tools I used for replacement
Here's one I just got on Amazon for $45. Prime Eligible too.
It's reshelling a console with a single ribbon cable that connects the bottom and top parts. It's very easy.
Honestly, a 12 year old could probably do it. You won't break anything, I promise. I'd recommend buying the iFixit starter kit off Amazon for $20 and a shell for $10. The iFixit kit comes with tweezers, which you'll need to remove the rubber gromits on the top screen. That kit also comes with 16 screw bits for common jobs, a pick and a Jimmy. You won't need all of that for this swap, but it's a nice kit to have all and all.
Oh and by the way. You might want to go on eBay and find a seller who sells replacement shells with the hinges. The original hinges can be swapped out into the new shell, but it's a pain in the ass.

iFixit's Elecrronics Essential Toolkit is great. The only thing they don't have is the iPhone standoff screwdriver bit. But that shouldn't matter to you since that's only used on the iPhone Motherboards/Logic Boards.
It includes: - Metal Pry Tool - Spudger - Screwdriver - 16x Screwdriver Bits - Suction Cup - 6x Guitar Pick Prying "thingamajigs" - Angled Tweezers - Plastic Pry Tool
And it comes with a lifetime warranty.
I bought this set from Amazon and it did the job. I had a similar worry when I was replacing the backplate, but the SD card on its own little board and seemed to be pretty easy to remove. It really seems like they designed the switch with repairs in mind!
I don't think you have to be wealthy. I got a basic tool kit similar to this one back in college over a dozen years ago, and it's served me very well for taking care of basic around the house/apartment tasks.
Get a small right angle pick and pull it out. something like the the one in this set.
I did the same with an old office chair. I used these velcroish tabs to mount to mount sticks/throttle in three positions depending on the game and flight configuration.
Buy one of those grading guides. Its like a plastic guide and itll show you how off your bordering is.
