Note: I painted mine more solid red. It came in a metallic red.
Does your 2020 not have the little hidden area to put a tow hook in?
My 2019 XLE didn't come with one but I bought a tow hook that I can screw in when needed. The hook access is hidden in the grill

I'm not sure what exactly you are looking for, but I found several with a quick search. This one looks like one that would do what you want. Still I hope you're handy with tools, this one needs to be assembled.

You gotta remove the oem towing part, not sure what it’s called, and replace them with brackets and shackles. You can get them in a set now on Amazon $80. I bought them separately before $80 brackets $30 shackles.
No modification needed, just a few bolts you gotta undo. Pretty simple, 10min job.

Just make sure all the components can support the weight. You want the load capacity to be much higher than the weight it will carry, since the ratings are for a static load and your load may not be static.

Then attached the rings to those brackets!
The tow hook itself (which the orange shackle connects to) is actually one designed for an Impreza. I saw in the comments that it works for the Crosstrek as well, so I painted it black. The shackle is just a generic 3/4" tow shackle. Here are links to both:

With a stock bumper you could get these brackets off amazon. Idk if I would really trust them as recovery points but I’ve seen them around:

Yea people either hate it or love it. It's one of these generic ones from Amazon. I got it for around $20 years ago, but I repainted it myself. I wanted a more solid red instead of the metallic red it came in. I added it because the color red is part of the GTI heritage and through my mods I lost all the red, so I wanted to put a little red back on. :)
Amazon has them. Not sure how well the color matches though.
Or just throw a tow hook in there.
