People like this are why I'm considering keeping a set of Go Jacks in my trunk. If they block you in, move it out of the way.
I’m sure 825watt is only going to be a peak power rating (not locked rotor though) but their truck battery almost certainly can’t provide the necessary 70a. in fact the alternator probably can’t either.
I get the feeling Op is going to be breaking things
Op should consider a manual trailer dolly

Did you find out if it was compatible? My concern would be weight on the bearings. Those crappy basic (Harbor Freight like) 5/8" axle bore pneumatic tires usually fail at the bearing because it's so poorly welded. Really interested in making a motorized cart, basically, just to go up and down hills to our other property.
But these and move his car between the lines everyday. https://www.amazon.com/WEIZE-Loading-Ratcheting-1300lbs-Capacity/dp/B09MS56QSW/ref=m_pd_aw_vtp_sccl_2/136-5558934-7770535?pd_rd_w=mPKCV&content-id=amzn1.sym.b8794477-21f6-4384-8a41-3f4639665fd0&pf_rd_p=b8794477-21f6-4384-8a41-3f4639665fd0&pf_rd_r=MSG1V10DMR5PH1EZKJ0V&pd_rd_wg=lcGoK&pd_rd_r=aec3aaf3-b146-4c41-9329-8396d33f3b61&pd_rd_i=B09MS56QSW&psc=1
This is when you find a friend with car skates (aka wheel dollies). Put one under each wheel, jack the car up, and reposition the car somewhere very difficult to get out of, like behind a concrete pillar.
I use a MaxxHaul Trailer Dolly for our 17" Casita, and it works well.

With two caveats...
Trying to do really sharp turns, the tire gets stuck under the tongue. I wish the ball was mounted just a little higher to avoid that. I'm working on it.
Second, I've only ever pulled mine around on hard surface. Not certain how it'd perform in the grass. But your Burro will be so much lighter than my Casita, that I think it'll do nicely.
I've thought about doing that with a car that parked in my assigned spot last week. There are some adjustable tire dolly skates that you can use and just... Push the car around however you want. (Like these: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07QY2RSYH/)
But I opted for a note and letting management know.
Have customer service page them that their car is being or will be towed.
You could carry car dollies to move the car.

lol..."Mom, I think I should take your Scamp out for a test camp. Just to make sure it's ready for use." Nice one.
Yeah, there are so many approaches to RV camping. I envy the comfort and storage larger campers have; but the portability, maneuverability, and just plain cozy feel one gets in the small campers is hard to pass up.
One other accessory I might recommend for your mom, an option that works well for small, lightweight campers is a trailer dolly:

as long as her driveway is fairly flat, a device like this can take a lot of the pain out of backing the camper back into the drive. (not to be used on a steep driveway, though. things can get out of hand)
Too bad you didn't have a set of wheel dollies like these, https://www.amazon.com/Stark-Vehicle-Positioning-Hydraulic-Ratcheting/dp/B07QY2RSYH/ref=sr_1_9?crid=24J25G75MJCPW&dchild=1&keywords=auto+wheel+dollies&qid=1619331939&sprefix=auto+wheel+%2Caps%2C188&sr=8-9 , then wait till late at night and push his truck to a no parking zone.
We have a 35 ft Class A and use a tow dolly since our Prius can’t be flat towed. If we know we’ll be in a pull through we leave the trailer hooked up to our motor home at the camp site. If we’re not sure what type of site we take along our trailer dolly to help maneuver the trailer to its spot once we’ve unloaded the car and unhooked the tow dolly, I’ve posted a similar one that you can get from Amazon, though we bought ours at Northern Tool. We keep the trailer dolly in the back of the car while we’re on the road because it doesn’t fold for storage.

When we get to the registration office if there’s room to drop the car and he’s not blocking traffic, my husband will do it then. If he can’t then he’ll ask the folks at the office where’s the best place to drop the car. Most times, if it’s a back in site he’ll drop the car when we get to the site, unload the trailer off to the side, then back in the motor home.
While we’re there camping he’ll scout out the area for the best spot to load the car since he needs to have the tow dolly straight and not cocked, to load the car. When it’s time to leave we hook up the tow dolly to the motor home, I follow him and drive the car to the spot he’s selected and he loads up the car.

That's what I know them as, but I only learned of them about a month ago, so they may have other names. This is the kind I'm familiar with https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01LZYZB10/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_44cwFbW98H7VV my dad bought this type (not this particular one) and attached a matching bit to a power drill to scoot around a trailer.
