It is possible, yes. What you are referring to is called lean muscle building.
There is a book I recently purchased that has some very interesting unique information on this. It's called Vintage Physique: An Old-School bodybuilding guide to health and aesthetics.
It's by George Kelly, a Sports Nutritionist who after working for years with professional athletes - including bodybuilders - changed focus nutrition-wise on integrative medicine and healing through foods.
The book is a detailed guide with scientific elucidation on why Old-School bodybuilders were right about so many things when it comes to nutrition and training, while also not neglecting the aspect of health. It promotes a lean muscle building approach to gaining muscle by eating a low carb / carnivorous diet. It also has specific supplement and stack recommendations.

I’ve been using Bodyweight routines for a few years. Recently began this quick daily (5 days a week) routine. If everything I have followed, I enjoy it the most. https://www.amazon.com/Simple-Six-Easy-Shape-Stay-ebook/dp/B07L8K7L9W
Finished week 2 of Super Squats.
In just 2 weeks I've learned what it really means to push myself physically. My fear of failure on squats is gone. And those last 3-5 reps are just brutal.
This program is legit. If you're able to physically squat with good form I recommend everyone try it once. Link
If you go to the author's website, you can get the first half of his book for free (as an ebook). On Amazon, in the US, his book of recipes is free as an ebook:

I hope that helps?
Great physiques! Guys, one of the best things you can do even as a natural lifter is to study the philosophy of Old-School bodybuilders.
Old-School bodybuilders were ingenious physique architects. They had a profound knowledge of the principles of proper nutrition, smart supplementation, exercise science and muscle adaptability.
If you combine Old-School bodybuilding wisdom with modern, evidence-based science, it's the best, safest, most effective way in achieving a strong, sexy, healthy and aesthetic physique.
Vintage Physique by George Kelly is a nice book on this. It includes 3 lean bulking protocols (diet + training + supplements) depending on your training level. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B08L8DRNQ6/

If you want a good program check out super squats. https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B005KCKT0Y?ref=KC_GS_GB_GB it is a good way to shake things up.
However, if you are enjoying your program and making progress there is no reason to change.
I wonder the same thing. It’s from this book: https://www.amazon.com/Simple-Six-Easy-Shape-Stay-ebook/dp/B07L8K7L9W which is a best seller on Amazon (#1 in Sports Equipment & Supplies). It’s not a pure KB program though, but mixes in some calisthenics.
You are simply suggesting https://www.amazon.com/Simple-Six-Easy-Shape-Stay-ebook/dp/B07L8K7L9W
A great program loosley based on dans easy strength mindset. I have done it for a while and Love it!
OP, you're on the right track with a legs focused regimen for your situation. There's been ample research over the years (I can share PDF versions of thisclassic by Strossen) that suggested if your focus is on gaining muscle mass legs are a great place to focus.
Congratulations on sticking with it for 2 months. Seriously.
But honestly? You went from skinny to skinnier.
If I could start over in your position is would do a couple of things from the get go:
Super Squats. Read it from cover to cover. Do the six week program on a bulking diet. It is covered in the book. https://www.amazon.ca/dp/B005KCKT0Y/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_glt_X834NEYYH0KGXGWCNV1R
531 Beginner Prep School with 3 days of hard conditioning while eating in a slight surplus. It is located in the 531 Forever book by Jim Wendler. You squat and bench on Mondays and Fridays. You deadlift and overhead press on Wednesdays. You do conditioning three times a week: hill sprints, sprints, crossfit wods, kettlebells, whatever. Works your butt off. Recover on Sundays. This gets you used to percentage based training and teaching that bar speed at lower loads/training maxes is another way to progress than just adding 5 lbs to the bar.
I would then move onto MythicalStrengths 6 month plan on r/gainit. https://www.reddit.com/r/gainit/comments/j5q2ez/6_months_of_eating_and_training_for_mass_laid_out/?utm_medium=android_app&utm_source=share
I would then go on a cut following whatever program you like.
You would now have over a year of weight training running some pretty mentally and physically tough programs. You will have learned how to eat like a champ, and be big and strong.
If you choose to run any of these programs the daily discussion thread on r/weightroom is a great place to log or ask questions from guys and gals who have been through it.
Good luck.
Im sure what you outlined Will work if you enjoy that and put in the work.
Neither I have time or energy/recovery ability to do something like RR. Instead I follow Simple Six (https://www.amazon.com/Simple-Six-Easy-Shape-Stay-ebook/dp/B07L8K7L9W)
Its 5 days per week, ~15-20 min per session. Really like it!
I want to recommend an article and a book for you both:
The article is called "Understanding Vaginismus." You can find it in the "Troubleshooting" section in this collection:
And the book is:
It's very good on self-treatment for vaginismus. (However, if you have access to a good pelvic floor therapist, I urge you to go to one. If you can afford it, it's worth it.)
Also, try reading and posting on r/vaginismus.

How to reverse hypothyroidism and increase metabolism / body temperature is an area of interest for me as well. Having cold extremities is a huge issue when fasting, especially during prolonged periods.
After doing a lot of research I stumbled upon a great article on the topic which resonates deeply with me as I have been diagnosed with thyroid antibodies in the past.
It's by George Kelly, a Sports Nutritionist who after working for years with professional athletes - including bodybuilders - changed focus nutrition-wise on naturopathic medicine and healing through foods.
I learned about him through his low carb bodybuilding book on amazon. The guy has a very deep understanding of nutrition and human physiology. He has also helped his mother recover from stage IV pancreatic cancer using extended fasting, diet and lifestyle.
There is a book I recently purchased that has some very interesting unique information about building a classic, Golden-Era type of physique.

If you are on a keto diet and eat enough meat, then protein powders and especially BCAAs are useless.
As this amazing low-carb / carnivore bodybuilding guide suggests, the most essential supplements for someone on a low-carb, high meat diet are: 1) Glandular extracts to optimize hormonal synthesis and endocrine function 2) Vitamin D for optimum immune function 3) HCL tablets and / or Digestive Enzymes to ensure proper protein breakdown.
It depends! I didn’t have it that profoundly and it took three doctors to get diagnosed. I could use tampons and use smaller sex toys but actually having vaginal intercourse was a problem. I went to PT for a while, and then got depressed and gave up. I’d bought every book on the subject and none helped except for the last one, Sex Without Pain. It explained how to use dilators (essentially medical dildos in graduated sizes) in a way I finally understood. I worked my way up the sizes (but out of seven sizes, I was working on the last three, so I didn’t have far to go). And now I’m “cured.” I hate how heteronormative and emphasis on vaginal intercourse the treatment is, but whatever. I’m still a 30 year old virgin because the Covid happened! Oh well.
You may find this book interesting. It's about building muscle on a very low carb / carnivorous diet using Old-School bodybuilding principles.
Interesting program! It looks alot like The Simple Six by Clinton Dobbins. https://www.amazon.com/Simple-Six-Easy-Shape-Stay-ebook/dp/B07L8K7L9W
You can definitely prefer one or the other, but you shouldn’t be experiencing so much pain! As women, I think a lot of times there are not good health resources to help us when we experience pain during sex. It’s just chalked up to “it’s not for everyone.” Not saying anyone here is suggesting that, we just don’t have good dissemination or knowledge in the medical community into what is actually going on. What you’re saying sounds very similar to what I experienced and I did a ton of research to figure it out. I’m suggesting a book and going to try and link it here. Take a look and see if it sounds familiar and I hope it helps you! It did me. Sex Without Pain: A... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00K7IH67U?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share
hey! I'm 21 and I had one done about a year and a half ago, the exact same situation where he cut from both sides and I was under sedation.
He advised me to do the baths but I never touched the opening at all until 6 weeks post-op, I was actually told I couldn't start using dilators until at least 4 weeks. My doc just told me to use wet wipes after going to the bathroom to avoid any agitation, I would say that after about 10-14 days I was pain-free (from the surgery lol but still vaginismus to deal with).
I don't see how you could scar and 'close over' that makes no sense to me, I didn't have any lotion but I've seen my gyno and surgeon since the procedure and there was no mention of scaring, didn't even know that was a thing that could happen. Logically touching an open wound would hurt and if you have vaginismus he should not have assumed you could put it inside without a lot of pain, I'm sorry he is being so insensitive.
ALSO, I saw the comments about dilating, I actually bought an e-book from a physical therapist who treats vaginismus (it was 9.99 in Canadian $ - I'll link it from amazon) and it was super helpful because I tried dilating randomly by myself for a long time before I picked a program to follow. She gives great advice and has a step by step process for starting to dilate. Also, dilating is not linear it totally can go backwards sometimes but don't be discouraged, we totally got this xoxo

Sure! This is the recipe I used:
– 1 oz lime juice (or lime juice substitute) – 1/2 oz Sugar Free Triple-Sec (I spent some carb allotment and used Pierre Ferrand Dry Curacao) – 1/2 oz Sugar Free Almond Syrup – 1 oz aged Jamaican rum (Smith & Cross) – 1 oz aged Martinique agricole rhum (Rhum Clement) – 1 egg white (not traditional but adds mouthfeel that's lost when not using sugar)
Feel free to play with the proportions depending on the syrups you're using.
If you want more keto cocktail tips, I wrote an ebook for low-carb exotic cocktails that you may like:

I'd say start with Mystery Method videos, and Annihilation by Style, aka Neil Strauss. You could also read Double Your Dating by David Deangelo, or my book for daygame, I Hope It's Sunny Out.
Most newer stuff focuses on inner game because in reality, all game comes down to confidence, self-esteem, and belief, with a dash of technique. All your techniques are useless if you have panic attacks just thinking of approaching. But approaching is the only way to develop game, outer and inner.
Another good product for newbs is Foundations by RSD. Maybe The Natural by Richard Laruina.
Those are a bit dated but will give you some training wheels until you realize the truth of game.
If you’re going to do dilators by yourself - this is a great book to guide you on how to do it: https://www.amazon.com/Sex-Without-Pain-Self-Treatment-Deserve-ebook/dp/B00K7IH67U
It’s written by a great PT and it is comprehensive. However, working with an actual good physical therapist is still better so your stretching program is tailored to your issues.
My book. I Hope It's Sunny Out.
