I'm taking the unisom + b6 combo and it doesn't take the nausea away totally but the one day I skipped it was TERRIBLE, so it's definitely making a difference.
The kind I have now is 100mg but I just got these on amazon, in 25mg. I'm going to try to lower the dose a little, I also read not to exceed 100mg/day.

I have been taking these B6 ez melts and each tablet is 25mg (two is a 50mg serving). You could definitely cut them in half, if you wanted! https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00VXDDU5A/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_glt_fabc_924VWY75A45FT811AG2B?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1

Hey guys. I went with Genius Joy. UPC 868054000380
https://www.amazon.com/Genius-Joy-Serotonin-SAM-L-Theanine/dp/B0743J21SF
Its XR released Sam-e 1000mg over the day. Whatever that really means. I stuck it in water, it still seems to 'disolve' like a normal pill. I will say - it seems to be the best quality of all.
It also has stuff like nalt and 5htp and some other stuff in it. Overall, I actually quit alot of what I was taking. Included CBD oil, started taking this - and elimitated a bunch of stuff like Gotu Kola.
So after doing alot of research - yes I left bad reviews for the nasty smelling SAM-e. Others said same. I think its a Summer-temperature thing, but alot of the same brands on Amazon seem to be getting it from some bulk source. My guess is NOT Genius Joy.
Normally I dont take 'stack' vitamins. In this case, Im kinda shocked. I hate reviews that say I got a free bottle for this review. But I'd really give it a 8.5/10. One of the better quality supplements Ive tried... amazingly. Gotta take 4 pills/day. 2 when u wake up, 2 4+ hours laterish.
i bet you didnt even look at the ingredients. but for anyone else being mislead by this bullshitter, look at the ingredients for yourself and compare the nootropics:

I take 25mg. My doc suggest 25mg every 8 hours for nausea. Here is a link to what I had bought. I could only find 100mg in store but Amazon came through with the win, per usual. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00MQ2MQPW?psc=1&ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details
Interesting, I think I can help you with that.
Hypothyroidism can cause high prolactin, which will cause you to feel fatigue/lethargy but most importantly, low libido. I speak from personal experience, as I thought I had low testosterone but in fact it was my prolactin that was high, stranding from my hypothyroidism. Bear in mind, I am 19, and these issues started when I was 17/18, so it’s perfectly reasonable to assume that this could be your issue.
You could go out of your way to get your prolactin checked to see if it is heightened. It’s not a very expensive test. But honestly, if your testosterone is normal, you’re 17, AND your TSH is a little high, I’d be willing to bet that your prolactin is the culprit here.
Take P5P, which is activated metabolite of Vitamin B6. It has been shown to lower prolactin. Here is a link to the one I take daily, it’s the cheapest and gets the job done: https://www.amazon.com/Horbaach-Activated-Vegetarian-Pyridoxal-5-Phosphate-Coenzymed/dp/B07M5HTM7B/ref=mp_s_a_1_10?crid=1UCNT9C7RAVOB&keywords=P5P&qid=1657222402&sprefix=p5p%2Caps%2C83&sr=8-10
Since it’s so cheap, I’d suggest you order the P5P and start taking it anyways, it certainly won’t hurt even if it doesn’t help. I went from having a low sex drive and poor erection quality to feeling like a kid again in that department in just a few days after taking it daily. Don’t let these years go to waste. If you have anymore questions, feel free to ask! I’ll be happy to help.
For me personally, P5P (activated vitamin B) and a more accurate glucometer did the trick when low carb by itself wasn’t working
I had a look at the 'active' ingredients. I don't think there's anything close to any kind of speed.
It's more like a bunch if dubious supplements than a stimulant unless I'm missing something.
So, probably bullshit but a nothing particularly bits unless I'm being a dope.
Ingredients listed here.
I have really bad insomnia so I always take unisom with melatonin. The melatonin I use has b6. It’s a great combo to avoid nausea and to combat pregnancy insomnia. Almost no vomiting or nausea for 25 weeks. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B072SD2PNY/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glt_i_1YK5MYMK58VBCZD22J24?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1
I ordered this one.I haven’t actually started taking it yet so I can’t recommend it personally but the reviews are good and 25mg was the lowest dose I could find.
Here’s the stuff I use :
P5P Activated Vitamin B6 100mg | 120 Tablets | Vegetarian Supplement, Non-GMO, Gluten Free | Pyridoxal 5 Phosphate | Coenzyme B6 | by Horbaach https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07M5HTM7B/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glt_i_NDPDXSKT2WCS1VAMKCRK?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1
I got these EZ melts. They're okay, have a bit of the fake sweetener taste, but the orange is not as sickening as I was worried they would be, and they really do "melt" super fast when you chew them
deff works. i take it myself for some random anxiety that would creep up on me. This is the one i take bro. i take it twice a day. morning and late afternoon. Amazon link: https://www.amazon.com/NOW-GABA-500-200-Capsules/dp/B001DB6LPS/ref=sr\_1\_2?crid=WFLE4B4NN9LE&keywords=gaba+now+500+mg&qid=1642828513&sprefix=gaba+now+%2Caps%2C100&sr=8-2
These are 25 mg each! I'm currently using them. b6
If you use Amazon, you can find them there. B6 Vitamins
Why didn't you just look up the ingredients of alpha brain? It's not exotic at all, it's made of extremely basic herbal ingredients, all very run-of-the-mill nootropics. Kratom is infinitely more dangerous than alpha brain due to its high addiction potential.
Vitamin B6
L-Tyrosine
L-Theanine
Oat (straw) Extract
Phosphatidylserine
Cat's Claw (Uncaria tomentosa)
Alpha GPC
Bacopa Monnieri
Huperzine A
L-Leucine
Pterostilbene
Almost all of these are nootropics that have been around forever and have tons of research behind them. And alpha brain has a 4.5/5 rating with over 13k reviews, so calling it snake oil is extremely ignorant of Ethan, regardless of whether Joe Rogan is a douche.
A good comparison would be someone who doesn't like Ethan claiming that Teddy Fresh is terrible quality without ever seeing their clothes in-person. This is what Ethan's doing.
"Alpha Brain" is a multivitamin white-label product. Here's what it contains.
We know the long term effects of Vitamin-B6, oats, etc.
Nootropics is just a very lucrative market. Put a bunch of vitamins into a little capsule, slap a cool name to it and promise people it'll help their cognitive functions (it will. Vitamins do, but there is literally nothing special with Alpha Brain vs eating like a lemon or a healthy cereal or something, the latter is more nutritious by far.)

Ah, good call. Luckily I was thinking they were referring to this GABA which likely wouldn't have done much anyways, but dully noted. Thanks!
Not sure about any harm it can do, but I took 100mg of activated vitamin B6. It lengthened my luteal phase by 4 days and counting. I'm getting impatient waiting for my period now that I know I'm out this cycle though. I probably should have tried 50 mg/day to start. Also check to see if it's in your prenatal first.
Xanax is okay. Clonopoin is the best. Here is something to consider that will save you a trip to the doctor. At night, melatonin might be a good one (the sleep hormone). Here's an option: GABA. For me, it doesn't work until the next morning. I take a GABA and I wake up the next morning feeling chill. https://www.amazon.com/NOW-GABA-500-200-Capsules/dp/B001DB6LPS/ref=sr_1_8?dchild=1&keywords=gaba&qid=1606504284&sr=8-8
I bought some on Amazon that are 25 mg which helps https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00MQ2MQPW/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_image?ie=UTF8&psc=1
Have you tried Melatonin? There one by Natrol at Walgreens and Amazon that is half instant and half time release (link here). It took 2-3 in the first week to take effect for me but it really helped me get back into natural sleep patterns. After the second week I only use occasionally.
