An alternative is to get a cane with an ice spike or possibly hiking/walking poles. I’d hate to slip & land on that spike, there’s probably something safer already made for this exact purpose

Try these.
Someone recommended this to me when I was searching for mounts for my lightsaber. Holds up really well. Been on my wall for 5 years now.
I second the spiked crampons for your shoes and the cane tip. I used this one and it worked well. Hope the link works.
Can I just say that 3 weeks into no weight bearing- forearm crutches are superior to armpit style. Estimated another 7 weeks to go before I'm crutch free too.
Not sure where you are in the world but I also got the little flip down spikes that are great in the snow/ice. Link to something similar below.
If you want a concrete example. As a dual cane use that just broke his hand (which moonlights as a leg) because of fucking ice. Take this: https://www.amazon.com/Cane-Attachment-Prong-Canes-Crutches/dp/B0009STN2E and make it so I can flip it up from the handle part of the cane without having to balance on 2 legs and one cane, flip one cane upside down, use my hand which is supposed to be balancing me on my down cane to flip up the spikes and then repeat with the second one. It’s not a good design.
For reference of what I am thinking of. These are outriggers https://enablingtech.com/collections/superlite-outriggers/products/superlite-outriggers-custom-titanium the bottom ski part flips up and down with pressure from the drawstring at the handle, which releases the holding mechanism and a spring system does the rest. To get them down you pull the string to release the holding mechanism and push down to move them and then release the string to put the holding mechanism in place
Tacx makes a handlebar mount that holds tablets if you're looking for a solution that connects to the bike itself (versus a separate stand).

> I don’t have anywhere to put a cane on my bike and unicycle
I got on of these for my walker. You may be able to find one that would fit a bike frame, or even 3dprint one.

I use these off of amazon. "They'll do their job well, I guarantee that"
Kahlua is right. I've used these many times. They are to hang a walking cane on a table edge.

I use a cane in the winter time. Like box-of-cookies, it's black and foldable (could be the same one, lol). Once someone confused it for a camera tripod. I like being able to stash it away when I need to.
I also customized it to have a spike for the ice by buying a fold-down/up spike for it. The spike doesn't get in the way of it being foldable.
I do have a standard gray-looking cane, but since I got the foldable one that's the one I use instead.
I did this awhile ago, but figured I'd share if anyone is looking for a simple project. This location might not work for 2nd/3rd gens since I only have 2 doors on the xtra cab, but with these universal mounting brackets, you can put the flashlight wherever you like. All in all, it cost about $25 and took all of 10min to complete.
edit: just incase it's not clear, this is right behind the driver's side seat. Easy to reach back and grab it when you need, and doubles as a "You gotta fuckin problem, pal?!" deterrent to road ragers.
