I got mine on amazon and loved it. I debated between this one, too.

I bought 2 from Amazon and one of them was terrible, it was so cheap and ugly and I'm trying right now to get a refund once I can get a chance to take some good photos of it to prove my point.

The second one was almost half the price of the second and is amazing! It's true to your dress size and is gorgeous for the price. Mine cost $79:

I've heard some dodgy things about cheap online dress stores (not honoring returns, pulling shady business with shipping fees, etc). I wound up getting mine for $30 off amazon, I love it, but I was also not going for a formal-bridal-gown look. I'd recommend looking for dresses that are the style you like and come in many colors - fancy white dresses tend to look bridal just by their nature. 91 - possibly a risk

I think the RHC shop on Etsy is probably a minimal risk purchase since they accept PayPal (I believe it's easier to get your money back if something goes wrong) and they said they refund the entire value of the dress if you don't like it.
