Nice video. You covered basically everything I bring. I ended up buying a cart on Amazon though and it's made my life 10x easier. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00BUUUIGK/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o09_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
I also bring bug spray because I've been outside with bugs a few times and there's nothing more miserable than getting eaten alive when you're trying to focus on shooting.
A small power strip comes in handy so you can charge multiple devices at the same time.
Drinks were something I forgot only once.
Noticed you didn't have a light. I just got a smaller one and I loved it for my last shoot. Was an Aputure Amaran AL-F7.
I did not know it existed. Cool. Landworks Wheelbarrow Utility Cart Electric Powered 24V DC 180W AGM Battery 330lbs (150kgs) Max Capacity Barrel Dump Material Debris Hauler https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07X6CR18V
We are going camping with our 1 year old for Memorial Day weekend camping this year so I'll be following this for other ideas! We are going with my coworker and all their friends (and their friend's friends) so there will be a huge group with us. But, here are the things that we plan on bringing!
We are also bringing a stroller because we are going to a festival in a nearby town. Otherwise, I wouldn't bring it.
Looks like they have the same one on Amazon. =p
I have this collapsible cart and can’t recommend it enough. I do have a car but have to park a long ways from my door and this has been my weekly hauler for a couple of years now.
Probably too long to take on transit when extended (but fine when collapsed). So, maybe best if your in walking distance or get an Uber/cab for your trip home with groceries.
I use a collapsible cart. I can easily fit it into my honda civic and then carry all my stuff to the line in a single trip.. I'm talking outdoor ranges.. It would work for some of the indoor ranges, but some of them don't have much room..
http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00BUUUIGK
I can easily fit a few ammo cans worth of ammo in there, plus my range bag, gallon of water and 3-4 rifles easily. I've even tossed in a wooden crate worth of ammo and it holds it fine. It will hold upwards of 150 lbs, although I haven't gone that extreme with the weight.. I doubt I've cleared 100 lbs at once yet.
You didn't mention to/from where so...
This is what I use to get them from the house, to the vehicle and from the vehicle to the line. - http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00BUUUIGK It folds up to easily fit into my Honda and makes moving multiple items a breeze.
When I went out last time I had 4 rifles in soft cases, 2 50 .cal ammo cans, my range bag and 2 liters of water..
Without the wagon, I'd have to make multiple, annoying trips AND I'd end up leaving things unoccupied as I was making trips.
Mine is not as nice, but I bought a LandWorks electric wheelbarrow. Not good for professional use but i've moved sod, mulch, rock, pavers and almost everything else you can imagine.
It has made doing things without having to hire it out very possible for me. Complete game changer.
Those Gorilla Carts are shockingly durable! I have used ours extensively hauling big log rounds up to the house when we were clearing land and still use them as firewood wagons. I have used them on reasonable rough terrain, but they do not handle rocks super great and you want to keep the centre of gravity low to keep from tipping. I have used them to haul water to young trees at the far side of our property (about a km) and they do the job pretty well. I am hauling the larger bottles of water, but the cart would handle better with multiple smaller jugs. Again keep the weight low, try not to go too far above the sides of the cart. You might also want to toss in a light towel or something to keep the last few from rolling around so much. I would recommend the poly version over the metal one for this, the metal will drive you batty with how noisy it is to pull offroad and the poly is lighter and goes better in less firm spots. I have several styles of carts and would recommend this: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01BECQAWO/ref=emc_b_5_t
This is the red one, they have different colors and designs
I got one of these that definitely saved me. It was for IC but had to make 2 trips up elevator and all the way down to the end of a hotel. They had multiple cases of water and soda etc

I've seen a lot of photographers with folding pull carts for their stands/sandbags/modifiers. Something like this random one I found on Amazon. I don't like pulling stuff, so I've got a large stand bag for all my equipment instead.
For chickens put up a grain hopper attached to an autmatic pvc feeder. That way it only needs to be filled once a month or so.
An automatic watering system as well. Also make the nest boxes so they are accessible from the outside and cleanable by opening the bottom to dump the debris. Use the deep litter system for the coop and roof the outside area as well.

Automate everything you can and install safety measures. Labor saving devices are a big help, like this

Consider a caretaker. Look into someone willing to work for space rent for their rv. Just make sure to do your due diligence and have a clear contract.
Protips to make groceries without a car easier:
Get you a wagon. https://www.amazon.com/Mac-Sports-Collapsible-Folding-Outdoor/dp/B00BUUUIGK This one folds up to save space! It doesn't help much with the stairs part, but it does mean you don't have to carry your groceries for several blocks.
I used the removeable expanded metal sides of a garden cart on mine, similar to these: https://www.amazon.com/Gorilla-Carts-GOR1001-COM-Heavy-Duty-Removable/dp/B01BECQEA2
They're longer than the trailer, so they add quite a bit of extra room for bulky items and are very convenient to attach elastic cords to. Expanded metal is pretty common, you can probably find some being scrapped.
Have you tried those fold up wagons? My mom got my SO one for when we go to the beach. Worked out pretty good imo.

We got a wagon from Amazon and it works great. Our lab puppy is 10 weeks and 15 lbs so I can’t carry him, but he loves his wagon.
Here is one, and just get bags large enough for it? https://www.amazon.com/Animal-Supplies-Bucket-Wheels-Lightweight/dp/B01MZ66556
Or this? https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00YSVQBJQ/ref=sspa_dk_detail_0?psc=1
I would just strap a pail to a small cart or dolly. Easy and less expensive.
Wow thanks for the critiques and kind words.
Butter beer shot was way worse but I used some warp to try and help it - bride was a big Harry Potter fan and that was the only shot I have of that sign so I needed to salvage it.
I don’t use sliders and I prefer well composed static shots over unnecessary movements that serve no purpose. I like my cake shot. The dramatic lighting is what I appreciate about it.
As for the carousel, I definitely agree with you and I could’ve ended it with that first shot. But I also liked the final one with the bokehlicious lights in the background.
As for equipment, my 2nd shooter and I each have an A7S2 + A6500 so we had 4 cameras at our disposal. We use monopods most of the day and only use tripods for ceremony and formalities like speeches and dances. We both own the Aputure 120D and we use the fresnel attachment for that - this is how we achieve the lightning for our speeches and dances. We use a gimbal like everyone else but I try not to overdo it in the edit. My 2nd shooter likes to use a massive Atomos Ninja recorder just as a monitor.. for me, I absolutely love the SmallHD Focus - hands down the best purchase I made this year other than my Rokinon 85mm cine lens. We use Tascam DR-10L’s for officiant and groom, and we use either the Tascam DR-40 or Zoom H6 to tap into the church it DJ feed. Internal microphone on my A7S2 is broken but I bought the Rode Video Micro and it’s an amazing little shotgun mic. I have the Pro as well but it’s too bulky now that I own the Micro.
Finally, I have a folding wagon that we use to tow everything. THIS is actually the best investment I made this year. My back no longer hates me. https://www.amazon.com/Mac-Sports-Collapsible-Folding-Outdoor/dp/B00BUUUIGK
Just upgrade to a wagon or a collapsible cloth wagon and nobody will care. Does the same job and stores in the car/closet more easily than your stroller does. Handles better in terrain like beach sand or snow, carries your groceries with your kid, and in my opinion is a lot easier to manage than a stroller in front of you, tripping your toes.

We use a heavy duty traditional wheelbarrow and a 1,200 lb rated four wheeled Gorilla garden cart. Both have their uses. I'm the lady and prefer the Gorilla as it won't tip like the wheelbarrow, but my husband prefers that one.
We also use a towed cart behind our lawn tractor but far less frequently.
I snagged one of these. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0079P1KH6/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
Working out pretty well so far. Folds up, goes over pretty much all terrain. You can put two packs in it, or a pack and a cooler. I plan on building a custom box and getting rid of the pack altogether.
I have a cart similar to this that I am going to bring:
Mac Sports Collapsible Folding Utility Wagon Garden Cart Shopping Beach Blue https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00BUUUIGK/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_awd_UyBexbSC8TCT4
I bought my cart a couple of years ago and I have gotten a lot of use out of it. If there is something better suited for hauling gear between a parking lot and a camp ground, I don't know what it is.
