The Panache wired sports bra might be what you're looking for if you want separation. It holds you pretty secure even with jumping and running, and is very full coverage. The only trouble I've run into with it is I am a very short, petite woman and the wires are a little too wide and tall for me, but that may be a non-issue for you.

If you want something super supportive that doesn't hide things and won't give you the squashed-down uniboob look, check out the Panache underwired sports bra -- but only once you've been properly fitted!
Try panache underwire sports bra. It comes in so many sizes and is great for high impact. I couldn’t recommend it more! I think they also make a non wired one if that’s what you are looking for, I’ve never tries that though. https://www.amazon.com/Panache-Womens-Underwired-Sports-Black/dp/B005VNFJFW/ref=mp_s_a_1_3?ie=UTF8&qid=1538923190&sr=8-3&pi=AC_SX236_SY340_QL65&keywords=panache+underwire+sports+bra&dpPl=1&dpID=41z%2Bal%2Bc7yL&ref=plSrch
This sports bra literally changed my life. I can run, jump rope, jumping jack without fearing giving myself a black eye. I echo the others, head over to /r/ABraThatFits and check your size, and then immediately get this bra.
Yasss! Get yourself this bra. It's in UK sizing though so make sure you aren't using US sizing. And it runs a little tight so you might have to sister size up for comfort. But it's true, it keeps those things in their place.
You might want to try the Panache sports bra if you haven’t already. Zero movement, very comfy, breathes well, no uniboob, looks good. Definitely use the r/abrathatfits measurement and sizing guide if you haven't worn Panache before. It’s not cheap and it’ll probably take a few tries to find the perfect size but it’s so worth it.
I am a 32F and I got a great Panache underwire sports bra via Amazon. Kind of looks like a tank top under your clothes but I don't move or spill out at all!

Yes!!! https://smile.amazon.com/dp/B0013XWDDU/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_awdb_imm_Z964EYHRH3DX74V8J86N?psc=1&vs=1 it’s the fruit of the loom cotton pullover ones. I got mine at Walmart but this is the product! I am a 36B and got the 36 size of these. I’ve had them for two years now, washed and dried, and they’re holding up so we’ll still. I wear them constantly!
It's a trend where women, and some men, get this specific brand of legging that makes their ass look huge. This chick has the same style of thing but it's a body suit.
Hey there! Definitely not an expert here (I'm sure one of them will check in) but I used to have the same problems. Sports bras are the worst with a pendulous shape- I felt like I was always trying to escape out the bottom of a too-big band! I was jealous of my friends who could just buy a cheap one off the rack in some store labeled in "S, M, L" sizing and make it work. That was definitely not going to happen for me. Looking back, I think most of them had firmer tissue and were self-supporting, so they had a completely different shape than I did.
You'll definitely want to measure yourself according to the sidebar guidelines so that you have a better size to start with. Then, there are lots of sports bras that have adjustable bands and straps, and even different types of hold.
My favorite turned out to be the Panache Sports Bra (I like both the wired and non-wired for different activities). I get incredible lift and support, and absolutely no movement. It's on the expensive side, but I've never been more comfortable in a sports bra and I don't dread working out anymore. Plus, Amazon has lots of sales, so I've rarely paid full price. If it works with your measurements, I recommend trying it! If not, there's lots of other styles to try, and this sub was very helpful in making a few recommendations for me when I was looking. Hopefully you find something that works for you!
Sports bras once you get past a C become a WHOLE different ballgame in terms of them actually doing a damn thing. Something like this will do nothing for you now unless it's so tight you can't breath. Far and away the best sports bra I have ever found is the Panache Underwire Sport which is actually built like a real bra and operates via an encapsulation model vs a compression one.
I think you still might be running too small on your cup size. What I would do is go on amazon and order a pile of all the different sizes going up to even an E cup along with the appropriate sister sizes. Amazon offers free returns on quite a few bras so it might be the only way you can actually find your size because exceptionally few brands carry a 32D or DD
It should be compression but not too tight where it hurts. I tried a ton of bras these are all I'm comfortable in as recommended by others on here.....Women's Zip Front Sports Bra Wireless Post-Surgery Bra Active Yoga Sports Bras https://www.amazon.com/dp/B078HZV198/ref=cm_sw_r_awdo_navT_g_XNKVBW85AWKW84KHK95Q
Congratulations!!! Also, once you're all healed up, you'll have SO MANY OPTIONS FOR NIPPLES. Tattoos, piercings, you name it.
I would ask the surgeon about the first surgical bra--most places will give you one or two at the surgery. Then you'll need a few for home if you don't want to rely on them.
I bought these: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B078HZV198/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_glt_fabc_W4GYZPHQMNEHWCF6V8Y8?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1 they're SUPER comfy.
On the size chart, you'll want to go up at least two band sizes and go several cup sizes larger than your surgeon says your end size will be. My surgeon said I would be a 32B, I bought based on a 34D, and I couldn't wear that one for a week post op until swelling had gone down somewhat, haha.
ETA my favorite nipple tattoo idea I've ever seen is one photorealistic nipple and the other one is just text over an arrow pointing to the other that says "that is not a real nipple"
They're cotton so i intentionally shrank mine. I'm not sure you can guaranteed go down 2 sizes that way though.
I bought these zip front ones and love them, easy to get into and comfy enough to sleep in.
My doctor said to keep the front zip compression like bras on especially because of swelling and not wanting gravity to do it’s job because my boobs were ready to “fall into place” basically. I’m 3 weeks post op today and wear these: Women's Zip Front Sports Bra... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B078HMR63H?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share without the padding in them and they have helped a lot.
So happy for you and I wish you the best with your healing! If you’re struggling to find a bra, I suggest these! They’re sold in packs of two and I think the price is really reasonable! They zip at the front and the band doesn’t rest on the incisions, it rests lower. so they’re super comfortable! They do run a little small though (I’m a 34c post op and the large fits snug but tight which is perfect since I also needed a compression bra) so I hope that reference helps! It’s the one I’m wearing in my most recent post if you’d like to have a look :) good luck with the rest of your healing!! https://www.amazon.com/dp/B06XC7CY44/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_fabt1_rIzVFbV8P6R56
I got these off of Amazon:

“Ohh this, I got it training archery” it’s actually cooler of an excuse then most.
I’ve worked my share of sketchy jobs in bad hoods, unless you’re tactical GI joe or are paid to fight why worry about it. A bruise won’t make or break a idiots choice to rob ya or try to start something.
Or try these. UV Sun Protection Arm Sleeves - Cooling Sports Compression Multipack Athletic Sleeves for Men & Women - UPF 50 Arm Cover/Shield for Basketball, Running, Cycling, Golf, Baseball & Football https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07RZMTCDW/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_fabt1_FehRFb20M8045
I’ll find a link but I saw on amazon high compression sports bras. You may by able to get your parents to support that?
https://www.amazon.com/Underworks-MagiCotton-Sports-Binding-Minimizer/dp/B00I54WZGK
this isn’t officially a “sports bra” but i’ve been wearing them for the last few days (post op) and i think they would work great as sports bras! https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B078HZV198/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_image?ie=UTF8&psc=1
there’s no harm in trying! you can always return if it doesn’t work out. i just worry for your overall comfort of wearing a bra with a top that already has a built in shelf bra... personally i’ve never tried it, nor have i thought of doing so, but this would be a nice experiment for future gals who encounter the same problem! also if that doesn’t work out, there are a couple dupes that many on here have attested to being better for bustier girls :) hope it works out & good luck!
edit: added links
I am looking for the exact same thing right now!! Like literally was went over to reddit to search what others have said.
I found these, but don't they have much support, and not sure how stealthy the spaghetti straps are (i'm eating spaghetti right now so many coincidences lol) even though I'm wearing a cami with spaghetti straps under a regular shirt right now
I think more what you're looking for is the underarmor sports bras, they're a little expensive but they sound like they'll work perfect for you.
I'm sorry you're going through this. You can also try wearing compression sleeves under your uniform shirt. Like this:
I am a 36DDD and have been doing OTF for a few years.
I swear by the Panache Women's Underwired Sports Bra.
My surgeon recommended a zip front sports bra from WANAYOU, here's an amazon link. They come in 2- or 3- packs for pretty cheap, happy healing!
Like most here, I was sent home in one and given an extra by the hospital. For some extras (to wear while washing), I went by band size. I'm pretty petite around the ribs (30-32) but anticipated some swelling, bloat, and tenderness, so I bought a medium in these.
It’s like a sports bra but not as tight as a sports bra. They typically have no clasps or an underwire. Here’s a link on Amazon

These might fulfill your criteria! Supportive and front-closure but definitely not compressive.
