i can kinda answer both!

if you want opaque - i LOVE dance tights. my faves are these, theatrical's tights in prima pink. i am very cool toned so they match me perfectly, but if you need something a little darker most other brands' pink is v v pink rather than skin tone with pink undertones.

here is another opaque pair i'm a fan of, these in ivory

i can't seem to find them online, but my favorite sheer tights are jonathan aston's in ivory

i've used missha's bb cream in #13 for years and just recently switched to peripera's skin tint in #1. i like the formula a lot better but it's only a little less high coverage than missha's. it takes to sheering out with moisturizer better, though.
