That's why I use one of these. link
Your OCD might enjoy a Keysmart keychain
I used steel cable key rings and they changed my life. Highly recommend, they’re a little big but a small price to pay for not having shit fall off anymore
I bought one of these Lucky Line Flex-O-Loc , 5", Assorted Colors; 1 Per Card (71101) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B000JQ05B4/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_b2Y3zbAC6DEQB back in june 2013 after becoming a fan of /r/edc and its never came apart on me because its 'deform to unlock' rather than 'twist to unlock'. When i bought mine it was only $2.96 including shipping from 'aj wholesale' on amazon, now that amazon sells it themselves at retail pricing the price has gone up.
I used a TagVault to put one like this (pic 4 and 5) on my M 20.
Elevation Labs Tag Vault is a pretty AirTag case.
Its completely covered and I love it.

Here is the amazon link: TagVault
Recently picked up a rugged case for my Apple AirTag. TagVault, $13 on Amazon.
I'm digging it.
(The quarter was intended to give scale, but I'm realizing that the keys provide scale, so ignore the quarter.)
For what is worth, I have the Micra and the Style CS. While both are good, I prefer the former. It's just more useful all around. If you need the carabineer to hook it on a keyring you may want to consider using something like this.
The silver thing on the left is a detachable keyring: https://www.amazon.com/Lucky-Line-Keychain-Nickel-Plated-70701/dp/B00HZ0BOR6/ref=mp_s_a_1_3?keywords=Detachable+keyring&qid=1555461715&s=gateway&sr=8-3
Not sure about the gold circular thing on the right. Does the Keychain attach to it? It could be a base that attaches to a wall to insert the keyring into.
it for a quick release key chain... there is another piece (missing) that attaches to a belt loop or a backpack loop which you sorta-kinda squeeze to release. https://smile.amazon.com/Lucky-Line-Keychain-Nickel-Plated-70701/dp/B00HZ0BOR6/ref=pd_lpo_vtph_229_lp_t_2?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1&refRID=P7PAQQ0QZK9EE2VMMNQK
I did that while I was working nights and had to wait 2 hours for my dad to wake up to bring me the other key. Not fun.
I got one of these and hooked the keys to my belt so that if I forgot to take them out of the ignition and tried to get out it wouldn't let me.
Hi - I know this is a bit late but I got my fiancee one of these -
They work great.
Lucky Line Quick Release Key Chain, 1 Pack (70701) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00HZ0BOR6/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_yIgGAb7GE53PP
Get something like this and attach it to your house key ring . Put a little shrink wrap on the metal bit that dangles around your ignition to avoid scratches
I would suggest (if you have a normal key ring) to remove the key ring and replace it with this https://www.amazon.com/Lucky-Line-Flex-O-Loc-5-Pack-7113005/dp/B00TSU7MKO/ref=pd_sim_200_2?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1&refRID=JJ0W21DE1J5G6PRCDPZB I find key rings to be a pain and this helps if you don't have a ton of keys.
This guy actually does something super creative:

But you might consider purchasing this instead of the leash:
Your smartphone likely has glass that won't get scratched by keys. I carry my flashlight or my knife in the same pocket as my cell phone, and neither have caused damage to it. That said, I understand the concern. Would something like this help, by keeping your keys more together and less likely to scratch your phone?
This is the exact one I got. I only use it for 4-keys. It came with extensions, so i could probably fit another 2-keys tops. If you see my earlier post, you can note that to be affective, the supplied washers need to be on either side of each key. Well, they take up space and make it tight, but it works great. I can only comment on 6-keys worth. If you have more than that, I would continue researching.
Attach a bell. Some of the tracking hounds I've hunted with in the woods get a 1" toy cowbell attached to their collar with a Lucky Line-style keyring.
I had one that came undone all the time. Used to drive me crazy. I bought one of these key rings on a whim and it really has held up - has yet to accidentally open on me: http://www.amazon.com/Lucky-Line-71101-Key-Ring/dp/B000JQ05B4
ive had one of those bust when I took it out of my pocket and I nearly lost my keys on a train. I use this now.
it's a high-quality aircraft cable. got it from amazon:
the picture shows a blue example, but you'll get a red one.
