I bought this after a bit of searching.
The battery is insane I think 20 hours. But I just return it back to the dock after my session

Yep, I ordered the PowerA one - https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B08J8992SD/ - although it seems out of stock (on Amazon at least) at the current time. I had their old XB1 version and it worked great for me and reviews seem good.

It comes with 2 charger covers that fits both XB One and Series controllers.
I also have their dual stand w/(XB1 battery covers) for a long time so I have 3 battery packs now and they last quite a long time to me.

You don't need Kinect or the Xbox One S. Just get the regular Xbox One with a controller... might be bundled with some games, if that's the cheaper option.
The console does not come with a controller recharger -- it just has batteries. So it's up to you if you want to keep buying batteries, use rechargeable batteries, or buy the Play and Charge Kit. Personally I have the play & charge because I don't want to be bothered with buying/recharging batteries.
Recommended games for him: Halo Master Chief Collection, Halo 5. Final Fantasy XV is coming out Sept 30th but it will be cheaper if you wait a while to get it. Final Fantasy Type-0 HD is pretty cheap right now, but it doesn't have the best reviews -- it started off as a handheld game, so it's not a huge game.
Games are going to be way cheaper used on Amazon than in any stores. You can buy an Amazon gift card with cash at a store and use that to buy stuff on Amazon.
TBH, I don't recall what type of batteries they take--I assume either AA or AAA. I bought one of those cheap Nyko charging kits at Costco when the XBox One was first released (years ago). The kit came with rechargeable batteries and I've used those ever since. When I got a One S controller the battery and cover fit so I use it for both the old style & new. There are other, similar charging kits on Amazon--I'm not sure which is the best. The one I have has been adequate.
The cradle I purchased on amazon came with the rechargeable pack. I think it was like 18$ for the whole setup

I have been using these for the last 2 months , they are solid. I think they last about 4- 5 hours if I'm not wrong (just from experience so I might be wrong). But either they are good

oh wait did you say you can replace the battery? If so that means you have the Elite Series 1 which is the original one because the Elite Series 2 doesn't allow you to swap batteries out. This is why it comes with a charger.
You can just grab one of these which should work with your Elite v1 controller
FYI I bought one last time they were on sale from The Source, and really love the feel of it for PC gaming. My biggest gripe was the replaceable batteries, so I bought this charger and I haven't looked back.
The charge lasts for multiple evenings of gaming, the controller always has somewhere to live, and you just click the base down when you want to charge.
I bought these PowerA rechargeable battery packs 2+ years ago and they have saved me so much $$$ from buying batteries. Like I said, depending on daily usage I get 3-6 days of playtime on one full charge.

I used to go that route, but I recently bought this and it’s so nice in my opinion. Pick controller up off stand, game, put back on stand. It’s magnetic and super simple.
I bought these a while back. Having to use micro USB to charge is a little annoying, but I think they're well worth the price.

You don’t need that cooling stand. Save the $20, and put it towards an external SSD.I’d also swap the rechargeable batteries for this one as it is both a set of rechargeable batteries a cradle.
I just recently bought this one. It comes with everything included, and it works as a good controller holder as well since you can set it to not charge by just pushing it. Definitely recommend it!

I use the PDP slim charger. It's nice, but the bad part is the battery covers only come in black, which clashes with the white controller. Other than that, it's fantastic.

I’d rather recommend you get this charge kit for your controllers instead. If my controller is dead, I just place it on the charge stand and swap to my 2nd controller that I leave charged.
I don’t know how expensive rechargeable batteries are in Turkey, but they go for about $20 in the US. It’s well worth it, as you can use them around 500 times before they need to be replaced.

I really like the battery pack with the charge stand. The charge will last for several play sessions. I always keep my controller on the charge stand when not using it so I always have a charged controller. They come with two so if you have two controllers you'll always have a back up.
