Those mason jars. The same ones used for canning. You have the lid with the rubber seal around the edge and a screw cap to tighten it.

Here is how I do it. start with coarse ground beans. I use (2) - 32oz Mason Ball Jars(https://www.amazon.com/32oz-Regular-Mouth-Canning-Mason/dp/B01N6QBJG0), one for brewing one for storing. I use 2.5 cups of coffee, fill with water to top, and set it on the counter for around 24 hours.
